Bruce and Lucy made my stay in Ireland. They became like family, and their dogs Alfie and Sandy were truly the most wonderful dogs to look after. They have the most beautiful personalities, and it says a lot about how they were raised. I've never quite met pups with so much love and joy to give. They made me laugh, they made smile, and they really filled me with joy. I will never forget this sit. I will never forget Bruce and Lucy, and I will never forget their animals. We loved this house and pet sit so much, definitely one of our favourites! Lindsay and Michael were very accommodating and so easy to communicate with. They have a beautiful and comfortable house, which is well connected to nearby areas with buses/trains. The area also has a country feel to it, which is nice. Zora and Ray are beautiful dogs. Ray is quite possibly the happiest dog we have ever met, and Zora is clever and independent, but at the same time loves a good cuddle at the end of the day. Their routine was very clear and well explained, and easy to follow. Thanks for having us 😊
I had the pleasure of pet-sitting for lovely Olive for two weeks, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. Olive was a joy to care for, and I enjoyed every moment spent with her. We made a special connection. I made sure to provide her with all the love, attention, and care she needed, from regular walks and playtime to ensuring she was well-fed and comfortable at all times. Mel was very supportive and welcoming, she had a beautiful house where I had a great time to work remotely. Overall, it was a fantastic opportunity to bond with Olive while staying at a beautiful apartment in Tunbridge Wells.
Dave is so lovely as was the house! Katie picked me up from the station and made me feel very welcome.
Duke & Pip are a couple of characters! They’re younger dogs so they’re very playful & have a ton of energy. But they have a nice big yard to run around in & don’t require walking (Pip wasn’t quite leash trained when I sat him & Duke was afraid to go more than a few blocks from the house). They also have a really easy care routine & are low maintenance (outside of them always wanting you to play w/ or pet them). Shahla & her partner Sabbi were great hosts. They left me with a fully stocked kitchen & generously included a few bottles of excellent wine. Shahla was easy to communicate w/ before & during her trip & she organized a thorough walkthrough for me right before they left. They also cleaned their home right before departing so everything was nice & fresh for my stay. As someone who works from home, having access to their home office w/ a huge monitor was really nice. Shahla also left some music books out for me on the piano in case I wanted to practice. Overall, I’d say you should really love dogs if you do this sit since Duke & Pip have big personalities. But otherwise you’ll be in great hands in a very comfortable, cozy home!
