Sabine exudes serenity, compassion and maturity and we were so thrilled that she was available to take care of Smoky. On our return, we found Smoky calm, content and with the fullest and shiniest coat of hair ever. We received regular updates and some of the loveliest pictures we have of Smoky, attesting to her comfort with Sabine. Smoky has been a bit hesitant with sitters after the pandemic, and we appreciated Sabine's patience which we're happy was rewarded after a few days. The apartment was perfectly clean on our return and Sabine always made the extra effort to inquire what else she could do to ensure we enjoyed our time away.
Christian was very patient and understanding with me. I was a bit nervous leaving my three rescue dogs for the first time with a stranger. Even though she met up with us and our fur babies before the sit, and did great with them, I was still nervous. I did receive some pictures and videos which I greatly appreciate it. For me pictures, and especially videos shows how the dogs are really doing. Christian took a video showing her playing "Whose paw is on Top" with my big Rhodesian Ridge back. It is a little game my dog loves to do, and it just requires both of them sitting next to each other. This was a great video showing her interacting with my dogs in a loving matter. Christian had the house spotless and nothing out of place when we got back. Even though I told her not to worry about it since the cleaner was coming the next day. We hope to see her again.
It is our sincere pleasure to have met and had Sandra and her daughter Niazayre house sit and care for our sweet, loving dog Cole. We couldn’t have felt more comfortable, secure and relaxed leaving Cole in their care. This was Sandra’s 2 nd sit and you’d have thought she was a long time house and pet sitter. Sandra kept in regular communication with us through Email, text and photos of Cole. Sandra went over and above the required time for walks and play time, seeing to Cole’s every need and comfort. I’m an overly sensitive, over the top mommy of our family pets, and find it hard to leave them. I was so thrilled knowing he was in such good care. When we arrived home Cole was so relaxed, we could tell he had a fully active and well cared for week. Our home looked immaculate and Sandra even took the time to wash the used linens. Sandra even insisted on driving us to the airport and picking us up, but we opted for airport express so not to put her out. Lastly Ziazayre, drew the most endearing pencil sketch of Cole that completely melted my heart. Also we found a lovely fragrant bar of soap in a beautiful box waiting for us on the kitchen island. This is my second attempt to leave a review with a system glitch, preferring my first review even more, but I’ve recaptured the highlights. I feel like I’ve made life time friends with both Sandra and her beautiful daughter and I hope some day they come back again to take care of Cole, or for a personal visit.
