My sit at Lymington, was excellent Prue, made me feel so welcome on the night of my arrival took me out for tea and met some of her friends. Prue, had everything organised for my stay. She has a lovely home. And my two little shadows Tommey, and Megan, very rarely left my side which I enjoyed. There are a lot of historical places within a short distance to visit. Lymington, is a lovely town. Prue has invited me back again in January, to sit for her again. Am really looking forward to It. I highly recommend this sit. Many thanks Prue.
It was such a pleasure to take care of Rocky and Lola, they are the most adorables cats we’ve ever had ! They love to get attention and they are so peaceful. We really enjoyed the place, Catherine’s makes us feel like home ! We had a beautiful private bedroom, access to the garden and there is so many walks that you can do to explore around ! The beach is only at 20 minutes by drive and the Bennetts cafe is just at 10 minutes !
This was a 5 star housesit with two of the sweetest pups, Gracie and Tucker. I just smile thinking of these adorable, well behaved pups! They are easy to care for and just love being near you. Barbara and Stan made us feel so welcome and are such an interesting couple. Their home is gorgeous and comfortable. Evrn with so many hikes and things to do in the area we loved sitting in the backyard just relaxing and enjoying the incredible views of Lake Keowee. Plus we had the built in entertainment of Gracie and Tucker playing. We highly recommend this housesit if you are looking for sweet dogs, a welcoming host family, peace and quite, lots of hikes and waterfalls, great restaurants and fun small town explorations.
I had a wonderful time sitting Isa and Tia. They warmed to me the moment I walked through the door... they're both so full of affection and cuddles too. Given Tia only has three legs, she has no lack of energy, if not more to compensate! She's very easy on a walk and everyone coos at her. While Isa is a bit more timid, do give her all the affection. I think she's too shy to ask, whereas Tia begs for it!! The location of Vicky's cottage is magical. It's about a 15-20 minute drive from the centre of Guildford and is nestled in the Surrey Hills. For any fans of the movie 'The Holiday', it's the area of the cottage is inspired on. If you're into walking (especially with Isa and Tia), you're not at loss for locations. You're surrounded by National Trust land, as well as walking and bridle paths. The cottage itself is beautiful and has all the mod-cons. It's beautifully finished and furnished, has underfloor heating in the kitchen and access to Netflix. Strongly recommend this sit!
