Daniel is awesome! Due to the proximity of our house to Breckenridge, we received a lot of sitter requests. We set up interviews and Daniel immediately stuck out as our top pick. He had a calm demeanor and I could tell that my dogs and my house would be in good hands. He has a lot of experience and that was clear from the questions he asked. We also liked that he didn't live too far away and had some flexibility in case our international travel plans had any hiccups on the return. On the first day of the sit he came a bit early and we gave him a tour of the house and introduced him to our dogs. They immediately took to him which was reassuring. We went on a walk together so that he knew our routine and it was nice to chat a bit and get to know him. During our vacation, Daniel kept in touch with us via Whatsapp and sent us pictures of the dogs. They looked very comfortable and happy. When we returned we found that our sheets and towels were cleaned and the house was spotless. So much so that our regular cleaners found very little to do when they arrived the following day :-) The next vacation we book will be done far in advance, not to take advantage of lower pricing, but to make sure that Daniel will be available! I look forward to him sitting again.
Sheri and Kevin are a very nice couple. They arrived shortly before we left for a week long vacation and I could tell immediately that they were a good fit. They were careful to make sure they understood all the instructions and ins and outs of our vintage house and kitty care. I got several texts saying all was well. She’s incredibly smart, and her contagious energy will fill your days with play. I’ll miss her snuggles and daredevil Frisbee catches. Victoria and David were always available for questions and check-ins, showing genuine care to ensure a great stay. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. I promise to keep in touch!
