I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! We no longer live in the area and we still bring our dog to board here whenever we are away. Our puppy was incredibly nervous around people when we first got her. Instead of turning her away the staff took the time to sit with her and give her time to warm up. Now she loves it there and is comfortable with the staff. The hours are amazing and the price is the best around. It is family owned and they really get to know you and your pet. They always answer the phone or call you right back. Highly recommend!

They are wonderful! My dog loves going and always comes home exhausted from playing with his friends. They love them and take great care of them! Each room feels like home with couches, beds, TV's.

Stay and play is the best! I highly trust Carol and the rest of her staff to care for my 2 dogs when I am at work or out of town. The dogs love playing with their friends and have the best time. I always know my dogs are in great hands leaving them at stay and play. The staff really treat the animals like their own and I am so grateful to have found such a special place. I was very lucky to have found this place when I needed a boarding kennel for my TWC for a weekend. My dog came home happy and tired! I will call them again for sure!

My daughter has a covid dog. Meaning he is not socialized. We were hesitant to take him, but we needed to board him. When we bought him in the knowledge & comfort of everyone working there, it made us feel at it ease. They helped calm our dog down & were able to take him with no problems. Have used since May 22 for day care and recently for a week of boarding. Staff is great, hours are flexible. Our Grover loves it and always come home exhausted.

I recently used Stay & Play Pet resort to take care of my 10 months old kitten Ralphie when I was going out of town on vacation. I am so happy I chose this "resort" for my furbaby. The entire staff is very caring and took great care of my kitten. He got his own room and the staff visited him throughout the day to ensure he was well cared for and for some attention. I called daily to check on him and everyone was very kind and gave updates on how Ralphie's day was going. I am definitely going to reserve a stay for all of my vacations because it gave me such peace of mind knowing my lil furbaby was happy and in good hands. It was the best situation for my two dogs and my two cats while we were away on vacation. The staff at best friends treated my fur babies like family! It’s always hard to leave your pets behind when you go away, but knowing that they are safe and in good hands makes all the difference. It allowed us to enjoy our vacation and know that our fur babies were well cared for! I cannot thank the staff there enough. Christine was exceptionally helpful and put our minds at rest!

We booked a few night boarding stay for our German Shepard here after we moved and needed a closer spot. Our pup was well cared for and came home happy. We also had him groomed before coming home and it was one of the best grooms he's ever gotten!

After shopping for a good hotel for my dog I finally found one that she enjoys. She was pampered and loved by the staff. When I picked her up she was happy to see me and appeared that she enjoyed her stay. The staff and groomer were very professional the called me to let me know she was ready and had her bath and nails trimmed. Facility is very clean and temperature was great. No smell odor free. 🐩👍

I had just rescued 2 small dogs with PTSD, but had a trip planned a year in advance. Avery at Best Friends invited us to come visit and see if a stay would be possible. Avery was amazing at communicating and understanding our situation. The staff were very gentle and loving with our dogs, including carrying the more scared dog to our car. I am confident they were well cared for and am relieved we have a safe place for our dogs when they need boarding.

Absolutely wonderful service! I’ve been taking my Corgi here for the last year and a half, and if he was able to speak I know he would say that he had the most amazing time every time he’s been there! The staff is lovely, the facility smells nice and is clean! 100% would recommend taking my dog here!

My baby has been going here for 4 years. He loves the play group as well as boarding. He has stayed there sometimes just for the day, sometimes a weekend and sometimes for longer stays. They are great and make each fur baby feel like they are the most special.

I LOVE this place! I have an English Bulldog, and in my experience, the usual franchise grooming places do not want to spend the time grooming him because they’re so afraid of what might could happen because of his breed. Best Friends is AWESOME. I explained my concerns to them, and they reassured me that they have the experience with English Bulldogs, and that he would not be a problem for them. He has used their grooming services and has even been boarded for about a week. They are very timely, communicative, offer so many things to your pup, and are so very nice. They are the only grooming place I use now. They do such a remarkable job!

Best Friends Pet Hotel was very nice for my 2 dogs while we were away on vacation. Since we had older dogs (rescues) who had never been socialized when young, they were kind enough to place our dogs in a part of the facility which was more quiet and would take both dogs outside without other dogs around as they don't get along with other dogs. The place was very clean, and the people who work there are very kind and considerate. I would definitely recommend them for day care, camp, or staying.

I feel the need to leave a review of my sad experience. This was the second time I had left Teddy at a pet hotel and this experience was not good. There was one lady that complained about Teddy misbehaving while under the dryer and heard my dog barking in distress. After asking to see my dog and bringing him home he was very withdrawn from us. He also did not look well physically and would not stop licking his back paw. I am glad Christine the manager called me back to let me know they would pay for him to get checked at a vet, and that is exactly what she did for us. Teddy is on an antibiotic for his paw and feeling better now that he is home with his family.

Left my puppy there and was so nervous about him being there with no family to cuddle, but when I came to pick him up Gosha kept running from me to the groomer smiling and wiggling his tail. He obviously felt safe and loved. Thank you guys!! ❤️❤️❤️

After adopting a second puppy this summer, we had to find a new solution for pet sitting. While our puppy is very sweet she is also incredibly nervous and shy. She took a few months to warm up to us so we were very nervous about a pet sitting plan for vacations. Fortunately, we lucked out meeting Emma and Sandy with Jurassic Bark. They quickly fell in love with our two dogs and put us as ease knowing our dogs were in great hands. They provide wonderful photo updates and were easy to communicate with if needed. They’re attentive and willing to help with anxious-dog parent details. We were even pleased to see our nervous pup warm up to these dog lovers and enjoy snuggling on the couch together. It’s safe to say our dogs had a lovely vacation away from us! We can’t thank Jurassic Bark enough and will recommend to anyone looking for pet sitting needs!

Last week our sweet Lily had a pup-cation at Jurassic bark while we were away. She came home exhausted but happy and showed no signs of separation anxiety. This is due to the care she received from Emma and her staff. Jurassic Bark is the best place for Lily to have stayed while her humans were away. They loved her and treated her as if she were their own. We received daily update with pictures of Lily making new friends and playing. She had a great experience!

Jurassic Bark is incredible! Emma is so quick to respond and does her best to get your pets covered. Our dogs love when Emma comes to visit and we love knowing our dogs are happy and well taken care of. The detailed updates and photos during each visit give us such peace of mind! Jurassic Bark has cared for our cat, dog and rats for years. Emma is amazing with all of the animals. Recently, I had made arrangements for a family member to take one of my dogs. With only 3 weeks before my vacation, the plans fell through. Emma was able to help us on short notice and our vacation was saved. And best of all, I know my fur babies will be safe and happy with the staff at the resort! Adding to this since we have returned from vacation. I had pictures and updates in my email every day. I think my dogs truly had a better vacation than I did! Even my shy girl was snuggling with the staff and pawing for attention.

We never left our first dog anywhere. When we got our newest dog during Covid we were lucky enough to find Jurassic Bark. It has been great for our dog and us.

Emma has taken such wonderful care of my pup. She sends you the details any pet parent would wonder about. Her personal dogs are so kind to my pup and I loved seeing them play together.
