Julie has a stunningly beautiful home in the quaint village of Ojai. I was lucky enough to spend a week here and loved every minute of my stay. Her two kitties are so adorable and no nonsense easy going little sweethearts. Sady - her dog - is the town mayor. Everyone already knew and loved her when she took me out on walks. She was the chillest dog I've ever met. Julie herself was detailed with instructions, and very easy going to deal with as well. I absolutely recommend this home, pets, and person :)
Lovely and responsive family with two wonderful pups and THE most affectionate kitty you could hope for. Huge house walking distance to a surprisingly hopping downtown Portsmouth. Highly recommended!
Uzma and Billy were super welcoming and friendly! Their pup, Sona, was very easy to care for. She is calm and friendly, and highly trained! She loves rubs and to play fetch, this made our stay even more enjoyable. Their home is beautiful, cozy, and very clean! As well as the neighborhood being beautiful and quiet. They provided a detailed welcome guide which we loved and they were also very attentive with us. Overall, an amazing stay!
The sit with Whisper and Tank were better than we expected because Whisper was traditionally a little bit 'stand-offish' with new people. We found she was best friends once we found her weakness... being brushed out. Once she warmed up, no issues at all. Tank accepted us from the start but he loved brushing too. Kate and her home were exceptional. As in over 30 housesits performed, this was definitely at the top of favorites list. No hesitation at all to sit for Kate ever, if we have that opportunity again. Communication and the details left were excellent. The neighborhood is safe and near any facility you might need like a grocery store, movie theater, library, etc. Of course, Carlsbad is a tourist destination near the ocean so no lack of any activities. Definitely a 5 star opportunity for you.
This was a great sit, KoKo is well behaved and loves his walks around the neighbourhood. Dianne and Iain, we’re easy to communicate with before and during the site and left great instructions and information. All in all I can recommend sitting for KoKo !
My stay at Beth and Bryan's was very pleasant. They were both very welcoming and gracious! Their home was clean and comfortable and they made me feel at home. Their kitties are all unique to one another and the quirky personalities of some of them were very entertaining. It was easy to leave to go do some sightseeing and the location was ideal to visit DC and Baltimore. I wouldn't hesitate to house sit for them again!
