Patrice & Stephen

Patrice and Stephen were excellent house/pet sitters for us, going above and beyond expectations. At our request, they arrived the afternoon prior to our departure so that we could go over instructions and answer any questions. They were extremely conscientious and accommodating, asking important questions regarding our house and dog. While we were away, they took excellent care of our dog, walking him daily, and providing all of the care he needed. On the day before our return, they texted to let us know that dinner would be waiting for us in the refrigerator. After a long day of traveling to return home, that was definitely and added bonus to not have to stop and shop to prepare dinner on the way home. Upon our return home, the house was clean and organized, and our dog was happy. We were definitely in good hands with Patrice and Stephen, and would welcome them back any time, given the opportunity.

If you are fortunate enough to have Albina apply to stay in your home, don’t hesitate to hire her! Essentially, she checks every box… responsible, communicative, intelligent, respectful, attentive and terrific with our pet. Wish I could give her 100 stars rather than just 5.

Danica

Danica was great!! Very responsible and communicative. She sent us pictures and videos of our little corgi when we were gone. She is an animal lover and played ball and frisbee games with Bayley and took long walks. We felt at peace while we were away for the week knowing our little pup was taken care of. She left our home organized and clean. We feel very comfortable recommending her for others!!

Ryan was great! He communicated well and sent lots of pictures of my happy cats. The place looked great when I returned. Would gladly have him sit again.

Lisa-Marie

Lisa-Marie was responsive, tidy, and self-sufficient while we were out of town. Olga was in great hands and we came home to a clean home and a happy cat.

Terrianne & Ray

Terrianne and Ray were available for a last minute sit for me. We had a great conversation beforehand to make sure they were comfortable with everything since we weren’t going to get a chance to meet. Terrianne had a great list of questions. While they were only here for a little more than 24 hours, they kept me well informed and my pups were happy and healthy when I arrived home! The house was also spotless!!

Alize

Moon always updated us during taking care of Barney, even walked with him with so much bad weather. It as just 2 nights but I felt comfortable leaving Barney with her.

Kathleen

Kathleen was the perfect house and pet sitter. She knows and understands dogs and cares about their wellbeing. She was concerned about our 14 year old Amber in particular and checked in with me. She was very communicative about both dogs, and incident that she encountered and handled well. Kathleen left our home squeaky clean and tidy and it was absolutely grand to meet her and spend sometime getting to know her too. She is a responsible, trustworthy and caring house and dog sitter. She is most welcome back anytime!

Simone was a fantastic pet sitter! She took great care of our dog and two cats. She sent regular photos and updates, and left the house even cleaner than she found it. Hopefully Simone can look after our animals again.

Our experience with Laura as a petsitter for our 6 cats, 2 dogs and turtle was 5 star! Laura committed to the sit for us a couple of months in advance and she was very responsive and communicative from beginning to end. We arranged to meet in person prior to the housesit and we were impressed instantly with her relaxed nature and comfort level with our menagerie of pets. It was very reassuring to travel after seeing how the pets took to her. A few of our pets have issues but Laura managed everything perfectly. She sent us updates daily and left the house in better shape than we left it. If you are reading this review to decide on a petsitter, I would look no further than Laura.

Gina was a brilliant sitter. She took great care of our little cat Dota and sent us lovely photos and videos of him every day so we could see how he was. She was very organised and attentive making sure she checked with us on anything she was unsure on with regards to Dota or the house. Ahead of the sit she checked in too which was reassuring ahead of our trip. I would highly recommend Gina and she is welcome back anytime 😊

This was my first time using T.H. and I have to say that when I hired Kathleen and Curt...I HIT THE JACKPOT! I was pretty nervous since it was my first time but now I am sold on this service! Kathleen and Curt were OUTSTANDING..Billy was given so much love and attention when I was gone, I think he may miss them!!!!! They did a great job of responding and staying in touch with text and photos and my condo was spotless when I got home. It was like they were never there. I highly recommend them and hope all my other experiences with T.H. is this positive...I know my next one will be because they will be watching Billy again for me in the next few weeks.
