It was a pleasure to look after Laala. What a sweet dog! We had lovely walks with her. She behaves very well and likes her routines. She remained a bit shy towards Gertjan, but also walked very enthusiastically and neatly next to him on the bike. The house is very stylish and very neat and clean. The street and neighborhood are quiet and very nice to walk around. Lively streets with unique stores, restaurants en galeries around the corner. Communication with Sylvie and Yannick went very smoothly. Overall a nice sit and highly recommended.
Thank you so much Heather and Maurice for making me feel so very welcome in your home. It was such a delight to have time with Rosie, she is so so adorable. I am so grateful for your kindness and generosity in all the things you did to make me feel comfortable such as providing me with a really lovely meal on my first night with you and then allowing me to help myself to all the veges in your spectacular garden. The room I stayed in was perfect as was the rest of the house. You are such caring and easy going homeowners that it was such a joy to be able to spend time in your comfortable and beautifully located home. I would highly recommend this house sit. It is handy to everything you need like the airport, local supermarket, great selection of shops and even a small library. There is a bus to get to the city. There are such beautiful walks around the local area.
I really enjoyed this sit. Theresa and Sue were excellent hosts – very welcoming and considerate. They were clear and responsive both in planning and during the sit. The three cats – Frankie, Jack, and Percy – each have their own personality and are a charming bunch :) Jack's a little wary, understandably, but they all warmed up over the sit and are relaxed and very easy to get along with. The home is a nice apartment with an excellent rooftop terrace, with plenty of sun and shade depending what you fancy. The neighbourhood is fun, with plenty of local businesses.
It was a pleasure to look after Luna at Rebecca & Sam's place in Berkeley. Luna is a big soppy loveable doggy - very easy to care for. She spends a lot of time resting or sleeping - so she is the ideal companion for TV binging ☺ She has to be persuaded a little to go for a walk - but with encouragement (treats!) she will - also she is nicely sociable with other dogs. There is a good place to walk at Claremont Canyon - 2 mins walk from the house. The house is lovely with fab views over the Bay. There is a basement bedroom which I was given and it was very comfortable and cosy. Communication was easy and straightforward with Sam. In summary I had a lovely time here and would highly recommend sitting for Luna if you get the opportunity 👍
Rob and heather were lovely hosts. They made us feel at home right away. Elsa is a lovely dog and is well behaved. Her and our dog quickly became friends and enjoyed their time together. Couldn’t recommend this host more. They’re very sweet and kind and you will have a great time in the country! 💕
I had the best time looking after Toto! Dinah gave me a warm welcome, picked me up from the train station, and even prepared a wonderful dinner. Instructions were clear and easy, as was all communication. Saintes is a picturesque small city with lots of sights, a beautiful old town, and a nice cinema. Dinah’s house is very much like a dream, full of books and paintings and a beautiful terrace and garden. I was tempted not to leave the house and just spend my time reading with Toto close by or on my lap all day. Toto is a very friendly and easygoing cat. We got our pup King T’Challa during the pandemic and we were stressed out about socializing him - but we found our forever home at Scamper Bellevue and Kirkland. I love this place and so does my husband! Our dog has been going since be was a pup. The daycare feels like a family and I completely trust our little baby with their care from boarding to day camp!
My dogs love it here! They literally start to whine and bark as soon as I park. They scurry in so fast without even looking back at me (haha). I feel like my pups are in good hands here and I don’t have to worry.
Great place to bring your dog to daycare. Bruno loves all the staff and the fellow dogs he meets. We haven't tried boarding yet but nice they have a services like that. Also they offer grooming/nail trims once or twice a month. Very friendly and happy to keep bringing our pup😄 …
Don't bring your dogs here. Exceptionally rude customer service. After spending easily 20k here i'm blown away at how rude their staff is to customers. Also they don't know how to handle dogs. My dog had her head yanked through a crate door because they reached in and dragged her through. When I tried to talk to them about it the owner refused to let me speak and just got incredibly defensive. We came here for 3 years. 2 1/2 we were told our dog is wonderful and behaves so well, then they changed their staff and all of a sudden my dog was treated badly and were told it's her behaviour. Meanwhile they send home report cards that say no incident. Also staff straight up say "you shouldn't bring your dogs here". I would avoid this place like the plague. There's plenty of other places that we've brought our dog without incident. Really went downhill last 6 months.
Our dogs LOVE coming to Scampers! The initial meeting was super quick and then they got a larger report card of their first day. Both my dogs get super excited as soon as they see the building because they know it’s daycare! Staff are very friendly and give attention to the pups! I know my dogs are safe and well cared for while I’m at work. Scheduling days is easy through the Gingr portal!
My dog loves the Scampers Bellevue branch. The handlers are incredibly friendly. The co-owner that primarily runs this branch is super kind. My dog is ALWAYS pooped after a long day here. And if your pup develops any quirks while coming here they do an amazing job at communicating with you and trying to find the best way to help your pup and you. I highly suggest them. :)

This is an excellent place to leave your dogs. They are friendly and are very attentive. My dog does a lot of playing and gets tuckered out, which is great because she is very high energy. I also board her here whenever I go out of town. They are very trustworthy and it is nice to get the report cards, while I am out of town.
Scampers is an amazing place for dogs; the people there are super nice and caring about your dog; I like that they give a report card, my dog has stayed overnight and loved it. The day care goes until 7 pm. It is clean and bright with space for dogs to romp around!
Angie was amazing with our doggy during his boarding stay! He felt right at home in her care and loved relaxing in her yard. She was great at handling our big boy (115 lb) as he can be a handful on walks and she took him to his favorite parks and around the neighborhood. You can tell she truly loves and knows dogs. When our flight was delayed, she was incredibly accommodating and flexible, which we truly appreciated. We highly recommend Angie for exceptional pet care!
Angie takes the best care of our bulldog when we go out of town. He is always so happy when we get to her place and so happy when we leave. She follows the care instructions and is very reliable.
My 2 1/2 yo labradoodle spent 6 days/ nights. Angie was very open and flexible for my dog's needs. She responds quickly to messages, and sent daily updates. My dog was comfortable with her, was very well cared for, and seemed very happy to be with her. I would recommend without hesitation.
Angie is the best! Our dog Milo loves seeing Angie and she takes the best care of our pup. She is now our go-to for out of town trips. We get regular pictures and updates. We know our dog is well taken care of and loved when he’s with Angie.
Our dog is very sensitive and not friends with everybody but she LOVES Angie. We have boarded her with Angie twice now and unlike other experiences, she comes home so happy. Angie is seriously our goto best dog sister! Boba has stayed with Angie several times now, and every time when she dropped Boba off, she's like a new pup – so happy! We can tell she's had a pawsome hanging out with Angie. Plus, Angie keeps us updated here and there, which gives us such peace of mind while we're gone. It's so great to see our dog so happy and how much of a difference Angie makes. Comparing it to other places we've left Boba before, there's just no contest. We're even recommending Angie to our friends. So, if you're looking for someone to look after your fur babies, Angie's your gal. Angie has been pet sitting our senior dog since last year. Her gentle and caring demeanor works well with our moody and reactive dog. I was initially nervous about being gone for extended period, but our dog was well taken care of and enjoyed her time with Angie. On her most recent stay, our dog enjoyed long walks, and sunbathing in the backyard. I would recommend her and use her again.
Angie is the absolute best! We have left our dog Theo with her for boarding multiple times over 2 years now and we always feel comfortable knowing he’s in good hands. She gives updates with pictures and she is able to handle Theo well on a leash, even though he can be a bit reactive. I have nothing but 5 stars to give Angie!
Noah had a great time with Angie! She was very sweet with him and let me know that he was chill during his stay. What dog owner doesn't want to hear that? I'm not sure Noah wanted to leave when I came to get him. I will definitely use Angie again and would highly recommend leaving your pup with her.
I have been using Angie for pet sitting since my golden retriever was a puppy (1.5 years). She is very warm and engaging with my dog and always excited to see him. He loves staying with her. She is very reliable, has great communication and sends photos to us while we are away.
Katherine is great with my 2 dogs, one of which is very anxious. My anxious dog goes with her willingly (and usually won't go with anyone else willingly), and I get pictures and updates about them. I know she takes great care of them and they enjoy being with her. I really feel like I don't have to worry about them when they are in her care.
Kat and her husband put their all into what they do. They take wonderful care of all who boards with them and Kat is an exceptional trainer. She truly has a gift. If you're in the area and want the best care for your pet, this is the only way to go!

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! She took great care of my Guinea pig for a few days while I was out of town! She followed all of my instructions and gave my furbaby all the care and attention he needed. Elizabeth is amazing! First time trusting someone other than my mom with our precious baby girl Cotton. Cotton is our cat fur baby. She is 1 year 8 months and Elizabeth went above & beyond to make sure she was taken care of while we were away on vacation for 10 whole days. She sent pictures daily, voice messages with updates, and checked in everyday. She changed her water and food daily plus cleaned her litter box too. Discarded liter in the garbage and really took over for us fully while we were in a different country. We fully trust Elizabeth for future vacations and it has truly provided us with ease knowing we have someone who will love Cotton close to as much as we do. Celia's Resort is wonderful! I can't think of a better place to take care of my Poppy while I'm away. Poppy received lots of love and made new friends. All her needs were accommodated. I received daily reports of her, as well as a report card and photo! Poppy will be back whenever I have to travel!
It was my first time using a dog sitting service. I had been somewhat nervous until the morning when I saw my puppies again. They did not want to come with me! They kept following Celia around. I could tell that they really enjoyed staying with her. Her house is surrounded by spacious fenced yards. My pups came back happy with their muddy paws. I will definitely use this service again.

My Australian Cattle Dog is a regular at Arlingford. He's always so happy to go and play with the other animals and has bonded with the owners as well. They take great care of him and are very responsive when scheduling dates and drop-off/pick-up times. I have great peace of mind knowing that my dog is happy and well cared for while we are away.
Have used Arlingford for years and my dog absolutely loves staying with them. Exceptional care, great service, and our dog always comes back happy and healthy. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.
I took my 8month old Labrador Rottweiler mix puppy here while i went on a 4 night backpacking trip. Dane was there when I dropped off Roan, he had a calm and gentle demeanor and seemed to understand my dogs crazy antics. He clearly loves dogs and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with him. My dog had the best time, he loved running in their yard with the other dogs. When I picked him up he was running in the yard and didn't want to leave! He clearly had a great time, and is now so calm at home due to his doggy camp fun. I will book with them again and recommend them to any friend or family with a dog who enjoys other dogs company.
Couldn't be happier with my experience with Danny and Dane. I boarded Charlie for his first time with them for 8 days and he had a blast! They sent me updates while I was away and took such great care of my boy. They were so flexible with my schedule and great to work with. When I picked Charlie up and loaded him in the back of the car he jumped out the driver's seat and ran back to the house to see Danny! If that's not a sign of a a joyful pup I don't know what is. :)
My dog stayed here last minute over a long weekend in May, 2020. We're new to town so we don't have any "usual" places - all the places near my apartment crate the dog all day long (one even makes you pay extra if you want your dog to use the bathroom outside of the crate!!!). Finding this place was such a gem. It was a nice 'home away from home' for my dog. He is pretty high energy, so I was surprised when he came home and went right to sleep! He obviously had a great time.
Danny and Dane did a great job boarding my mixed breed pup over a last-minute weekend. She's not the easiest sometimes (I've had her professionally trained but that doesn't stop her) and they called me for not a single problem with her the whole 4 days. 10/10 very professional, hospitable gentlemen who run a tight ship!
We had a great experience with Arlingford Dog Boarding and highly recommend them. It's so nice to have a locally-owned, family-run business that is doing a wonderful job. Danny cares deeply about his work and it shows. Talking with him it is clear that he is very knowledgeable about dogs and dog behavior. Our 9 year old Chihuahua is quite nervous, especially meeting new people and other dogs. Under Danny & Dane's care she did great - she even had another Chihuahua friend to hang out with while she was there! The logistics side of things was very easy -- Danny has clear, prompt and professional communication. He was very accommodating of our last minute, unexpected needs and just really went above and beyond. Thank you, Arlingford Dog Boarding!
Danny is attentive to my golden retriever's needs, I am confident he's taken well care of and has lots of room to roam and have fun while he's at Arlingford. Very convenient location for me too, close to my house! I also appreciate how prompt Danny is when I try and book a time for my dog to stay with him - we'll keep coming to Arlingford whenever we can! We don't call this 'boarding' - it's 'camp' for us!
Arlingford Dog Boarding is far less like taking your dog to be boarded, and far more like leaving them with a trusted friend. They are in a home, they are played with, and they have lots of new friends to socialize with. All up it was an excellent experience for my dogs and I highly recommend their services!
We have a medium breed dog and wished we had known about Arlingford Boarding earlier! Arlingford Boarding is a super fun completely cage free place for our dog to spend time while we are away, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for him to romp around and make friends. Marley seems to always have a very good time here. He is always in very good spirit, happy and relaxed when we meet him at pickup, shows no sign of stress or anxiety and behaves as his normal self when back home after several days of boarding. We are truly grateful to Danny and Dane for taking such good care of him while we are away and for making his staying comfortable and fun. We have returned here since we discovered them and will be bringing Marley again in the future. Truly recommend them!
When we first contacted Pete he was super responsive and he was able to take King on July 4th weekend for boarding. As we did our research we realized this wasn’t a commercial place where they have a large amount of dogs which we really wanted for King We told him he had separation anxiety and said it wouldn’t be a problem. We also received updates from him throughout the day. Pete’s accommodation for late pick up was greatly appreciated since we were held up from our drive on the way to get him. Upon arrival, King looked super happy to see us, looked well rested and fine. Pete said he was a perfect dog and we really appreciate his words! We’ll definitely have Pete take care King for boarding and day care if needed. Thank you Pete!
Pete was an enormous help to us when I was having my baby. He was willing to have a flexible drop off time, and he even said that he would leave his phone on in case the baby came in the middle of the night. When it was time, my dog (who had never met him) instantly liked him and was happy to be left at his house. Pete sent pictures of my dog having a nice time, and seemed genuinely happy to have my dog stay with him. He even gave my dog a toy to take home with us! Pete's services were above and beyond what I was expecting, he treated us like friends even though we were strangers. I am so happy we found him, and I would absolutely recommend him!

Such an amazing and stress free experience! We were expecting and didn’t really know how to plan for dog boarding. When I called to inquiry, I was met with ease free info and assurance that they’ll work with us and completely understand. We have two bulldogs, and when we picked them up they were both in good spirits. One of our dogs is a lot to handle. They seemed to have no issues and were very understanding. So grateful for Seattle Dog Boarding and allowing us to focus on welcoming a new baby girl while our dogs were in good hands!
Absolutely the most inhumane and unprofessional doggy daycare. Lets just say we didn’t end up leaving our dog at Seattle Dog Boarding but they charged us for the entire booking. So be forewarned… They make you pay upfront with no tour of the facility; which hindsight all makes sense as if you saw the rundown house and the folks that live there you wouldn’t leave your dog there either. Pete wasn’t there when we showed up to drop off our dog. No one answered the door, so we called Pete hoping we were at the wrong location. He had to call a “roommate” to come to the door. By that time, we already decided that we weren’t going to leave our dog there and politely asked for our money back. The roommate said we needed to handle with Pete who finally texted us and said there are no refunds but we could book for another time. I can see Pete asking for us to pay for the first day and reimbursing us the remaining amount but no he outright refused.
So happy we found Pete and Seattle Dog Boarding to take care of our huge 7 month old puppy and our 15 year old dog. They are at such different stages in life and I never thought I would find someone to handle both of their needs. We just returned from a 10 day trip and both dogs were so well cared for and came home happy and healthy. The senior dog had space to chill and relax and the puppy had a blast playing with other dogs. Thanks you Pete and everyone at Seattle Dog Boarding for taking such great care of Cleo and Bear!
Worst doggy daycare experience of my life. Incredibly unprofessional and not to mention expensive, as a single day of daycare is $69 (which they make you pay up front with no tour of the "facility", which is just a rundown house). In addition, they don't make you provide proof of vaccinations. I dropped my dog off at the house. Pete wasn't there when I dropped her off, but his roommate was. This man didn't look like he should be around dogs. These dogs are our children, so if a man can't take care of himself then I'm not sure how I can trust him to take care of my dog. Incredibly unprofessional and off-putting. I knew in my gut something was off, so I returned 10 minutes later...she was alone in a house full of larger dogs she had never met before. There was zero staff inside. I had to call Pete so that he could find someone to return my dog to me. I waited 10 minutes for a "roommate" to emerge from behind the house took my dog and left immediately. This is an INCREDIBLY SHADEY place. It's dirty, disgusting, and probably a front.
They had my 1 1/2 year old Yellow Lab for six days and took excellent care of her. She is a hand full and a very busy girl. They keep her busy, they played with her and took her for daily walks. They even sent me pictures of her playing with other dogs in the program. I think they are great and I can fully recommend Seattle Dog Boarding as a good place to board your dog!
Our dog spent a night at Pete's house during a quick trip to Seattle where our regular boarding options back home weren't going to work out. Pete was very accommodating and our dog had a great time and made buddies with the other dogs. We would use Seattle Dog Boarding again.
Our dog has been with Jessica on multiple occasions now from boarding and also training. She’s so sweet with them and takes them on all sorts of fun adventures! Our pup’s a bit dog and human reactive, but Jessica has been nothing but understanding and helping her get over her anxious tendencies. She is also great and teaches us how to handle and continue training our dog to be calmer. We love getting the updates and seeing our puppy run around with the other dogs and look so happy. Jessica is an absolute joy to work, super understanding, and our dog now wiggles her little tail whenever we drop her off. Cannot recommend her enough!

Jessica is a joy to work with and has exceeded all expectations. My 3 year old GSD blue heeler mix rescue was challenging and exhausting. He was anxious, stubborn, and extremely dog reactive. We went through four other trainers with zero results. When we met Jessica for the first time, she spent over an hour with us observing his behavior and talking about our challenges and goals. I could already tell by her handling skills that she was the real deal. We decided to move forward with a three week board and train. By the end of his stay, he was able to be off leash with one of her dogs! Through our continued work with Jessica, my guy has become more confident and life with him is so much easier and enjoyable.

Our first visit with Jessica was about 90 minutes. She met Teddy, our 4-year-old Golden Doodle, and observed him as we discussed our goals for the training. Jessica put together a 10-day program tailored to his (and our) needs. She kept us aware of his progress with videos and phone calls throughout his stay. On the final day, we had a 60-minutes training session where Jessica gave us the information we needed to continue the improvement he had made. We recommend Jessica Apperson to anyone looking for a dog trainer.
Sent our 5 month old puppy to a 10 day board and train program with Jessica at MDI and had a wonderful experience. Being our first dog, we knew that getting a strong foundation of good behavior was important. We got updates every 24-48 hours, and our pup came home with the baseline that we could reinforced. We appreciate Jessica and will certainly use her again.

Tommy was very friendly and professional. I can tell mousse had a good time because when she got home she immediately went to take a nap on the couch. Would give 10 stars if i could!
Tommy was great with my puppy-took her out on pee breaks and introduced her to the pack when she got her vaccines. He was also wonderful with my older and grumpy dog. He understands dogs! He is also very trustworthy and I felt comfortable when he did petsitting for us.
