We had a lovely time looking after Rusty. As we already live in Keswick we know what a wonderful place it is. We had a great welcome from Craig and Heather into their home and were made to feel totally at home. Our room was lovely with outstanding views of the fells
Rusty was very easy to look after. Although his eyesight is limited it does not inhibit him and we enjoyed taking him for his walks. He is laid back and very friendly.

We had an incredibly beautiful time at Suz and Trent's farm. They were both very welcoming and explained everything to us thoroughly in the first few days before they left. We felt comfortable from our first conversation with them. Suz always replied quickly to any questions or issues during the Housesit.
The farm is situated wonderfully outside of Braidwood, and we had everything we needed there (including an infinite supply of eggs). We quickly felt at home.
We took care of all the animals in the morning and evening, following lists of tasks and feeding instructions. We were well-prepared and had no fear of making mistakes.
All the animals were well-behaved, and we particularly grew fond of the cat Bluebelle and the dogs, especially the two Maremmas. Braidwood has surprisingly many shops and good dining options. We will miss the farm and keep it in good memory. While this Housesit involved more work than with a cat or dog, the learning experience and beautiful moments made it absolutely worthwhile.
We highly recommend this Housesit to anyone who loves (farm)animals.
Thank you, Suz and Trent.

Ben
I loved my stay at Ben's place with Scarlet. She's a very sweet, easy dog. We went for three walks a day and she behaved beautifully. Her food and water is left out, so she can help herself without me needing to remember feeding times or amounts. Ben was well organised and had instructions and other information clearly laid out in the welcome guide. His place was neat, clean, and comfortable. I'd be happy to return anytime!
