Ashley and Dane gave us a warm welcoming and Boo was sweet and easy to care for!! We were both working during the week and had no issues looking after Boo. Would return and definitely recommend to future sitters. The complex has a pool, and you can walk to some restaurants. Also, they have the easiest litter box and cleanup setup I've ever used.
Cat sitting for Pumpkin and Shadow for 2 weeks in Haarlem was terrific! I was able to arrive the night before Karri left, so she went over how to prepare Shadow’s (special) food as well as review household basics. The location is 10 minutes from a grocery store, a few restaurants, and a train station, and 30 minutes walking from the center of Haarlem which is a very interesting and lively city. The home is remodeled and contemporary and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a small, winding staircase to maneuver. Karri is warm and friendly and communicated daily. Pumpkin and Shadow are both independent cats but they like to play, and they will come to you for pets. They would always come into the room I was in and lie near me but not on my lap. Their personalities are friendly and silly and I grew to love them both. I highly recommend cat sitting if you get the opportunity.
It was a last minute sit for me, and I think Veronica’s pet sitter dropped her last min too, and when I say that all the stars aligned for this sit, it’s true. Spending time with her kitties was just the best, Sky and Shadow are soo snuggly and cute that I got pretty attached to them. I followed all Veronica’s instructions and it was super easy because Veronica made sure I have all the information I needed to take care of her babies, plants and the house. She even recommended me some nice coffee shops and places were I could go hang out or shop. And even when I was confused about something she would try to promptly respond even though we had 13 hours time difference. Communication was very easy and I’m so thankful to her she picked me I got to hang out with 2 of the best kitties and spent some time in a nice LA apartment. I would totally watch Veronica’s cats again and recommend this pet sit because it was very smooth and just a lot of fun💜💜💜
