I was very happy with Patricia and Larry’s care for Lola and my home. They were communicative ahead of time in planning. They took good care of Lola. They were responsive during the stay if I texted. And they went above and beyond in leaving my place neat and clean when they left. I’d ask them back in a heartbeat!
I literally couldn't have asked for a better sitter - Lydia went above & beyond in SO many ways, she is seriously amazing!! I was lucky to meet her before the sit and my dog was practically doing summersaults b/c he was so excited to be around her, which made me feel that he would be in good hands while I was away. I could tell immediately that she was responsible, organized, knew dogs VERY well, and was extremely caring towards dogs. I.e. She was so thoughtful & kind to bring him some birthday gifts, all of which were perfectly fitting for his bread. During her stay, she sent me regular updates & pictures/videos where I could clearly see how happy and content my dog was with Lydia - he was affectionate towards her and loved the toys and treats she got him!! She was here through 4th of July - during the fireworks, she made sure he stayed busy with homemade pup cups and turned the TV up loud to distract him. Thankfully he wasn't scared of the fireworks but I know even if he was, he was in amazing hands w/Lydia - she truly cared for him on as if he were her own, and I can't properly articulate how much that means to me. I returned to a perfectly clean home and a happy dog that had ALL of his needs met! Bulldogs can be a little high maintenance, but Lydia handled Maverick like a pro - she's so caring and thoughtful, I highly highly recommend her for your sit and would welcome her back to my home IN A HEARTBEAT!
Milky was such a godsend! She's communicative and awesome with my dog! My dog is an escape artist and pulls on leash, she made sure to take my suggestions (clipping him to a fanny pack). She gave frequent updates and pictures which I needed!
Alasdair and Clare and super welcoming host, bluebel is such a lovely behaved cat, and the house is well located in Brighton near stores and the center, I totally recommend to stay in this sit.
