I love Away Home & Pet Care! I've used them multiple times and every time they have been exceptional. Each day they give me updates on how my kitty is doing with pictures and a message. Me and my family find them to be heart-warming, comforting and sometimes funny. My kitty is very scared of most other people, and she has warmed up to Robert, even letting him give her belly rubs while purring. It's nice to know that she has somebody that is so kind to give her some loving attention and provide for her needs while I'm away.

Amazing!!! Robert and his team at Away Home Pet Sitting are fantastic! We have lived in seven different states across the US and have had a lot of wonderful pet sitter’s, Away Home outshine them all. The love and care that our dogs are given is priceless. They offer several different scheduling options so we can rest assure our dogs are visited at the times we need Away Home. After each visit we receive photos and very detailed updates about each pet and our home. We love Robert and his team and highly recommend them and so would Stella, Otis and Bertha!!!

Robert and Aspenn provide incredible service and care towards my dog. My dog can be reactive and high energy. Robert and Aspenn are always patient, calm and gentle with Rocco. Rocco fell in love with both of them from the start and is always eager to see them. Robert’s high-touch service and communication are superior. He messages back in a timely manner and is very accommodating. Most importantly, I always know Rocco is in the best care and getting the needed walks/pee breaks when I’m at work. I trust them very much!

I brought my dogs to Utah this past February. Away Home Pet Care walked them for me. Not only did they take good care of my dogs, they were very easy to work with. I love the app they use. It was easy to schedule and pay and I loved the report I got after the walks were complete. I highly recommend Robert and his team!

I highly recommend this business for your pet sitting needs. With each visit they provided me with a photograph and a detailed update of my pets behavior and overall health so I could have peace of mind while away. Each person I've worked with was responsive to my questions and addressed anything I needed. On top of looking after your pet they also keep an eye on your home during the visit for anything abnormal. The owner Robert is excellent to work with.

I would give Away Home & Pet Care of Utah 10 stars if I could. Robert is phenomenal! He took care of my two cats like they were his own when I had to travel on business. My kitties were treated with care, love and respect with visits twice a day, everyday to be fed and to get their head rubs in. We also had Away Home come by to check on our home during the winter. Robert checked on the house weekly and sent pictures of the interior giving us peace of mind that all was well during the six months we were gone. So impressed with the services this company provides. A BIG thumbs up!

If you are looking for a company for people who are professional and care about animals, you have come to the right place. If I could give Robert and his team more than 5 stars I would!! We were gone for a week on vacation and I couldn't have asked for a better team to come out and watch my cat. This was our first time gone from our cat for a long period of time so we were pretty anxious at the start of our trip, but Robert put our mind at ease! Robert and his team love your animal just like it is their own. They would cuddle, play with, and feed our cat while we were gone. One of our favorite things during our time away was the check ins we got. Every time they visit they give a full report on how our boy was doing, eating, energy level, etc.

Updated review: we’ve been using Robert since we moved here three years ago and continue to be thrilled with his kindness, thoroughness and professionalism. Leaving our pets is the hardest part about traveling and knowing they are safe and well cared for in Robert’s care means the world to us. We’ve had senior pets with complex needs and now busy young high energy dogs- Robert handles all of their care with ease. I’m a veterinarian so I’m pretty selective about who cares for my pets and I highly recommend this service. We’ve used both their pet sitting and dog walking services. I LOVE the updates and photos when we are out of town. Every thing is thought of and well executed. Someone recommended Rover Right Over on Nextdoor. We LOVE having Jo take care of our pets while we are away. She is so reliable, kind and playful with the dogs, and always send us pictures of the pups which gives me huge peace of mind. She truly loves animals and it shows. I have recommended her to several friends and neighbors without hesitation. Their services are comprehensive, and you can even do add-ons like mail and plant watering. Jo has been a life saver for us, and I plan to use Rover Right Over for many years to come!

I needed a pet sitter for 5 days and Joanne proved to be very attentive, caring, and trustworthy. She did multiple home visits each day in order to feed, exercise, and love on my large dog & cat. I even had to change plans last minute and ask Joanne to give my dog prescription meds (because he hurt his shoulder at the dog park a few days before my vacation), and Joanne was very accommodating. I came home to find my pets happy & healthy, and she took great care to follow all my instructions, no matter how tedious. I've used pet sitters from two other companies in the past and found that they got sloppy and didn't read/follow my instructions, but Joanne was very conscientious and mindful of all my pets' needs. Thank you, Joanne! I go on trips often, so I'm so lucky to have found a pet sitter I can trust!

We had a perfect experience with Rover Right Over and will continue to utilize this dog sitting service. Jo took great care of our dog, while my husband and I left town for a weeklong vacation. We had a family vacation planned to Hawaii. We had all the details arranged...except...for what to do with our dog! Oh shoot! We found Rover Right Over online, they were very responsive and came to the house to meet our dog Sage and understand what we needed. We went on our trip, and we couldn't have been more pleased. We got texts with photos and video clips of Sage out on walks. We even had some neighbors and family that live nearby check-in, and they were all impressed. When we got home, we had a nice note and toy for Sage on the kitchen table. We're done shopping for dog walking/watching services. We'll be using Rover Right Over from now on.

I am a finicky pet owner, my cat is my only child, I was really nervous at first to hire a professional pet sitter, I had always relied on family to watch my cat but at the same time I did not want to bother them every time we travel which is quite often so I finally decided to hire a professional, I did my research and I found Joanne, what a wonderful lady! She took very good care of my cat , my very shy and afraid cat warm up to her. We trust Joanne completely and will highly recommend her to anybody.

I have two psycho German Shepherds. One will do anything to avoid being within reach of anyone she hasn’t known and personally vetted for months. The other is so playful as to exasperate humans and, worse, other dogs. No way can I board them when I travel. And no way can I leave them to roam the house with someone checking in on them. They’d destroy the place. So I hired Rover Right Over to stay with the dogs in my home while I was gone for five days. I didn’t worry about handing over the house key. To meet the Hankses is to have instant confidence. Besides, they’re fully bonded, they’re insured, they have solid references and good reviews, blah, blah, blah. But I worried about my psycho dogs. Would the shy one have a nervous breakdown? Would the playful bounce uncontrollably off the walls and reduce my home to a pile of rubble? Owner Jo Hanks must know a thing or two about worried pet parents. She sent videos and photos of my happy dogs while I was away, which calmed this nervous dog dad. When I returned home, the dogs were more than fine. You know the welcome-home dance dogs usually do? They didn’t bother. It was like, “Oh, you’re back, eh?” It attested to how happy they were with their petsitter. The next time I traveled, I hired the Hankses without the least worry.

We were very happy with Rover Right Over. They were very attentive to our needs for our bunnies and kitties, and took great care of them. She sent pictures and video and checked in daily. Will definitely use them again!

My husband found this site at the last minute when our pet sitter had to cancel. I'm so glad! My cat, Brady, loved them and they took very good care of him, including giving him oral medicine! Very professional. The app you can download to your phone is a great idea. I got messages and photos while I was gone and had the confidence that my cat was being cared for by people with a heart. I will use them again and have already referred them.

As my pets are my "children", I am a little over-the-top with their care (ok, they are spoiled). Jo did not hesitate at anything I asked her to do during her visits. She was willing to care for my out-of-the cage Blue and Gold macaw (a daunting experience at least), care for newly weened kittens, and even refresh the water for the honeybees. She spent a lot of time with me and the animals before the first visit. I would totally trust and recommend her for your little loved ones when you are away.

My fur baby is always so excited to go to daycare and leaves at the end of the day tired and happy. The report cards always brighten my day. The staff is always very friendly and loving towards my pup. We love coddled critters!

My dog Dakota LOVES to visit Coddled Critters. I have done long weekends, weeks at a time, and even for a month while I recovered from surgery. She's well taken care of and loved by the entire staff. She's always healthy and happy when I pick her up. I highly recommend boarding your dog or cat. The daycare is an amazing way to find out how well they will handle their stay.

I love coddled critters. After the pandemic I feel like my dog and I both developed some form of separation anxiety. The webcams helps me check in on my dog and feel more secure, and they take pictures and send report cards for your pet that are super sweet and charming. They seem to really love my pup and I appreciate it so much.

Our dog loves going to coddled critters! He gets so excited when we start filling up his food bags, as he knows that means he is headed off to play with his furry friends and the wonderful staff. When we get there he pulls on his leash dragging us behind to get inside. The staff here are very attentive, kind and love the dogs. We highly recommend coddled critters to anyone who needs pet boarding!

Our Corgi, Waffles, loves his days at Coddled Critters! The staff is always great to provide information about how he behaved each day. We have also used their grooming services and they always do a fabulous job!

We have been using Coddled Critters for long term boarding for about four years and love them! Our 6 pound dog is genuinely cared for by the staff and he comes home happy and tired. We always get a bath for our dog at the end of the stay and he is fresh and clean - they do such a great job. I also appreciate the convenience of being able to get a kennel cough vaccination at the time of boarding. I highly recommend this business to anyone seeking any of their services- they really care!
