Pet Sitters in Belper

Georgina was lovely and I believe she took good care of Cloud, she sent few updates of him and it all seems going well. The organisation was ok, after she cancelled the first meet up she kindly offered to come over the flat to pick up the keys and I guess that was also fine. Not much communications on her side but I understand she was busy working and I was enjoying a holiday, no news is good news! I gave a low score because only when she left the flat she mention a problem with the toilet flush (could have been sorted earlier), but when I got home I found a big amount of cat food left on the plate and the lights left on. Maybe she left in a rush but when I messaged privately I got no answer so, here it is.

Georgina and Andy were perfect house sitters! From the moment Georgina applied for the sit her communication was responsive and timely. On our call about the sit they asked lots of questions about the cats to ensure they had all bases covered. While we were away we received lots of lovely photos and updates of the cats who looked very happy to be in their company. On our return to the house it was left spotless and incredibly clean and the cats had even been bought treats! I would highly recommend Georgina and Andy to others as reliable, clean and tidy house sitters. I would invite them back in a flash to sit for our cats again.

Another wonderful sit by Charlie. The pups are so content with him and the regular updates we receive just show how happy they are! House was spotless and I really cant emphasise how lucky we are to have Charlie.

We were delighted with Abbie’s care of Betsy. She took her to the beach, which she loves and had plenty of walks. Abbie’s lovely dog, Arthur was a great companion for Betsy too! Our home was clean and tidy when we returned and Abbie was very flexible when we asked what time she wanted to set off home. We highly recommend Abbie as a reliable and trustworthy sitter!

Debs and her daughter housesat for me for 10 days. They both immediately made friends with the dogs and gave them the care and attention they needed, ensuring they understood the instructions and particularly medications required. Debs was communicative before and during her visit, providing me with daily updates about the dogs whilst I was away. I was reassured that the dogs were in experienced hands. Debs left the house tidy and had even got the sheets and towels washed on the last day before I got back, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend Debs for future housesitting.

Heather and Tom looked after our house, dog, cats, bantams and sheep for two weeks and we returned to a clean tidy house and a very contented menagerie who had all clearly been well looked after. Communication before during and after the sit was all very easy and we would be very happy to have them return and sit for them again.

Nigel and Pam were great. Molly was well cared for and had fabulous walks. The house was clean and tidy when we returned and they kept in touch with us whilst we were away as requested. I was sorry that the weather wasn’t nice enough to sit out in the garden. The big bonus was my garden. Pam worked so hard to help sort out beds and pots. She even sorted my greenhouse out and gave the tomatoes a good cut as well as trussing them for me. We were delighted and would love them to sit for us again. Thoroughly recommend them.

Adrian and Deborah were top notch. Arrived locally the day before so we could go through things prior to our departure, without being asked. We got daily updates and communication was great.  They left the house exactly as they found it, and we came home to a very happy Cassie.  Wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

Fiona was a treasure. Given her extensive experience with large poultry flocks our two hens were hardly a challenge, but she went above and beyond in caring for houseplants and a polytunnel. She also saved part of our fruit crop by voluntarily picking, preparing and freezing gooseberries and blackcurrants. The house was left in immaculate condition too. Assuming she wasn't discouraged by the weather, we'd love to see her again.

Freya and Will were perfect housesitters. They are a lovely friendly couple with a passion for animals. Our dog, Betty, took to them immediately and we were very happy indeed to leave her in their care. I would not hesitate to recommend Freya and Will to other hosts.

We didn't meet Abbey because she arrived and left when we weren't home, however her communication was excellent throughout our interaction. Our dogs were looked after well and she really helped us out by changing the sheets on the bed at the end of her stay.

Wendy was a joy to have at our place taking care of Watson, our basset hound. Watson was so happy and relaxed. The house was tidy and well in order. Wendy sent us regular updates so we don’t have to worry of our fur baby. She is such a lovely and caring human. Anyone would be lucky to have her.
