Hannah was a thoughtful and caring sitter for my cat, Freud. He took a liking to Hannah immediately and clearly missed her when she left! Communication was excellent, she was responsible and reliable in every way, and left the house clean and tidy upon my return. I can't speak highly enough of her and recommend her if you have the opportunity to invite her to your house for a sit. Freud and I look forward to welcoming her back again sometime!

I have been using Zeewoi for a couple of years now and am always happy with my house and pet sitters . Rebecca was no exception. She was warm and friendly from the first conversation and I could tell she would be perfect for Missy and Ginger . I was right ! When she arrived I could see I wasn’t going to worried being away ! We spent a couple of hours together and then I left her to it . She sent regular updates and photos and had a lovely time . When I got home it was if I’d never been away ! Abigail

Abigail communicated frequently and sent plenty of cat photos. She managed to get Homer to play with a laser (he ignored my attempts) and paid close attention to his behavior. Everything went really well, and the apartment was left spotless and tidy. Abagail even left me some yummy treats to come home to!

Mihaela & Andrew

This was the first time we had used zeewoi and I can’t deny my anxiety was at an all-time high, especially as I have never left 17 week old Billi. Gabbi who is 6 normally goes to our “adopted mom and dad” but they are in their 80’s and I was concerned that a puppy was going to be too much for them, so we decided to give this a go. From the minute Mihaela and Andrew walked through the door it was like meeting old friends and the dogs were immediately taken with them both. You could tell straight away that they were both naturally dog friendly. They were fantastic sitters, communication was great we had regular updates and photographs, the dogs really enjoyed being looked after by them. I would highly recommend them as being honest, reliable and trustworthy and their confidence made us feel at ease. It certainly gave us great piece of mind seeing how they interacted with our two within a few minutes of walking through the door. They were very comprehensive ensuring that they understood all of our routines and quirks, and they took it all in their stride. We hope that Mihaela and Andrew would like to come back some time, and if you do Billi promises not to get you out of bed so early.

Delighted with Tyler and Emma. They were very flexible which allowed us to meet them briefly before we left. Good communication and the dogs clearly had a wonderful time. House was clean and tidy on our return. Would definitely have them back again if they’d come. Thanks.

Matthew is a kind and friendly young man. We enjoyed getting to know him before the sit, and he was reliable and open in his communication. While we were away he kept us up to date with how our pets were getting on. He obviously has a great affection for animals. He was respectful and thoughtful. We picked Julie up from the airport as we arranged. Julie was lively with a bubbly personality. She got in well with Sam and Sheba as they did with her. We showed Julie around and refreshed her on our requirements. Julie looked after the house and dogs very well. The house was clean and tidy on out return. 1st sitter out of 7 not to break anything. Would recommend to anyone.

Laura

Despite initial difficulties in contacting Laura and Alex ahead of their sit, they arrived punctually and we had a pleasant evening settling them into the house and area and getting to know Murphy. During the sit we received several updates on Murphy which was reassuring. However, sadly the last day of sit did not go so well. On arriving back at the airport after a 7 hour flight, a message from them revealed they had left early without walking Murphy which resulted in him being left in the house on his own for 9 hours. Clearly this was very distressing and could have easily been avoided with a quick message the previous day to enable me to arrange a friend to walk and look after Murphy. On my return the house was clean and tidy but Murphy was understandably distressed after such a long time alone. I am sure that Laura and Alex will understand that this was far from ideal and such a situation will not happen again.

Thanks so much to Tyra for staying with our 4, you took good care of the house and we felt safe knowing the dogs were looked after and cared for. Arrived in good time and followed routines and suggested. Kept in contact and sent updates on how they where all getting on 😊 We will be happy to invite Tyra back later in the year for more sits.

Denise was a dream cat sitter! She came round before the sit to meet Flexie, see the house, and to collect the keys. Denise has a great energy and loved Flexie right away. She provided regular updates on how Flexie was getting on. When we got home the house was cleaner and tidier than when we left. Flexie was also very happy. I will definitely be interested in having Denise sit for us again. All in all, Denise was a fantastic sitter!

I’ve offered up my house before on TH and this was a lovely first experience in the other direction. I watched Franny and Bean for a week in January. They were very sweet pets and Franny especially was very cuddly! Grammy was a lil anxious at first that her person was gone, but long walks, dog park time, and cuddles helped. Bean was sassy and independent (in an adorable way) but definitely warmed up, too. The house was very comfy, clean, and with a great location for exploring Seattle. Libby was good about communicating needs and expectations, and was so so helpful and accommodating when we were having trouble lining up handoff timing.

I had a before visit with Jo, Ross and Mac.  Oh my heavens, Mac greeted me with wonderful hugs and kisses.  Jo and Ross were so warm, welcoming and funny!  I adored all three immediately.  Their home is beautiful, comfortable and the location is priceless!  The best part of this wonderful pet sit meeting and caring for Mac.  Mac is the best of the best.  He cuddled with me every day and slept with me every night.  He is a true Jen.  Conversations between Jo, Ross and me was easy and heartfelt.  I was incredibly blessed to have met them and would absolutely recommend their home and Mac as a top sit…but you’d have to beat me to the draw.

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have embarked on remarkable adventures with Sparrow, the Zen Dog, during the breathtaking season of vivid reds, oranges, and yellows adorning the trees. Our walks together were nothing short of a Zen experience. Sparrow, in particular, had perfected the art of hypnotizing squirrels. Our record for Sparrow gazing into their eyes stood at an impressive fifteen minutes. During these moments, I had the privilege of taking in the surroundings, reading a book, and breathing freely , luxuries seldom found in the midst of a bustling city.

Darian and Sparrow have created an absolutely quintessential Montreal living experience within the walls of their home. The space exudes comfort and safety, flooded with ample natural light and serenity during the night. The neighbourhood they call home is a must-visit. Every desire can be met within walking distance. As a passionate climber, I particularly appreciated the nearby climbing gym, although I regretted not being able to bring Sparrow along, which limited the length of my climbing sessions. Leaving Sparrow was undeniably challenging; she possesses a remarkable talent for making you feel like her dearest friend, even as a stranger. Our cozy cuddles under the blanket were a cherished memory, and we even constructed a couch fort together.

The caretakers within the building were a delightful addition, providing opportunities for enjoyable conversations and sharing treats that Sparrow savoured. Darian's preparation for my arrival was exemplary, making the process smooth and effortless. Darian's accessibility and her sharing of beautiful pictures from her own journeys added to the overall experience.

In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Darian and Sparrow to anyone seeking an authentic Montreal experience. Their warm hospitality, along with Sparrow's unique charm, will undoubtedly make your stay memorable.

Nash

The last 2 weeks here with Rufus couldn’t have been better. He was really great company and easy to take care of. He is full of joy and will for sure make you fall in love with him. 

You can go everywhere with him, to the park, the beach, the pub, he’s always gonna be willing for a new adventure. 

He’s very clever and will easily understand if it’s time to play or not. I was working from home and he let me do my thing during the day. All he wants is to be around you. (But he’s always gonna be ready to go catch a ball as well if you want to)

Jo and Nash are a lovely couple and they will do their best to make you feel comfortable. Their home was very clean on my arrival and everything was ready for me. They showed me around and make sure I knew everything before leaving.

The house is beautiful and you’ll find everything you need to cook. There is a lot of transports to go everywhere in town and around. It’s a beautiful city full of lovely people. 

It’s definitely one of my favorite sit and I would love to do it again if the opportunity is there. I can’t recommend it enough and I’m already missing Ruf so much (I secretly hope they are gonna go on vacation again soon so I could come back)!

Chantelle

Chantelle and Bigwig were both amazing and a very chill parent and pet pair. 

Chantelle’s place is really modern and comfortable and well connected to central Amsterdam. There are also some cute cafes and bars in the area we could walk to which we really enjoyed. 

Chantelle was on hand if we needed but also super chill and so easy to communicate with. 

Bigwig is a really well-trained indoor bunny who even poops in a litter tray! He’s very chill and likes to hang out in the same space you are in, and if you’re lucky (or have food) he’ll come closer for some ear scratches. 

We would absolutely come and sit Bigwig again and highly recommend Chantelle to sit for.
