Isabel and John are simply a delightful pair and we enjoyed getting to know them, sharing travel stories and more. They transported us to and from our ferry and had a great meal ready for us upon our return. Of course the house looked great plus Oberon and Elwood clearly bonded with these two and were sad to see them leave. Isabel wrote wonderful pet reports everyday, aka “pupdates”! Loved this! I know they are based in Europe and other parts of the globe, but hope they’ll come back to visit sometime! zeewoi comes through for us again!

This was my first experience using this site to connect to a sitter, and I was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, some unavoidable circumstances caused Lisa and Ruble to have to cut their housesit short. While I understand and hope everything is well with them, I was very frustrated that they did not contact me before they proceeded to change their travel plans. I was out of the country, and received a text from Lisa less than 3 hours before they left my home, they had already changed their travel arrangements before notifying me so I had to scramble to make other arrangements to take care of my animals until I returned. In addition to this, I became aware after they headed out that my cat had missed several feedings over the period they were here, and the plants that were supposed to be watered had not been watered at all during Lisa’s stay. I was told by Lisa that she departed with clean sheets on the beds, but was told by my housecleaner that she was asked to finish washing the sheets and making the beds, cleaning dishes, and feeding the cat (none of which are her normal responsibilities). Prior to their departure, on several occasions during my trip I received system notifications from my vehicle's app that it was left unlocked or with windows down when in use away from my property. Ultimately, I cannot say that I feel Lisa and Ruble gave my pets, home, and property the attention and care that I was hoping for based on what I have heard about the reputation of this community and the reviews from their prior sits.

Sara and Bill were excellent pet/house sitters. They came in advance to learn the ropes and asked thoughtful questions. We received updates on the doodles while we were gone and the house was pristine upon our return. We also came home to several thoughtful touches and happy dogs. Highly recommended!

Nancy and Wayne were great. One of the things that needs to be done here is light our split log wood boiler, which some people can find complicated. Wayne understood this straight away and just got on with it. We came home to a spotless house and happy pets. We'd be happy to recommend Nancy and Wayne to anyone considering them.

I couldn't have asked for a better sitter in Michelle. We arranged and met ahead of time before she did the sitting. She is delightful to sit and talk with and I felt totally comfortable leaving my dogs with her overnight. I have nothing but praise for her stay. She sent pictures of the pups and kept us up to date on the house as we had bad weather come through while she was sitting. She left everything the way it was when we left and her communication was great. I would not hesitate to have her sit for my pups again!

We were happy to have Gin watch our Curly while we were away. She checked in regularly, sent pictures and reached out when she had questions about the house. The only thing I can comment on is that Curly started to chew up part of his crate tray while we were gone, which we haven't seen before. I am thinking it was because of missing us so much, since he is a very clingy dog. Thank you, Gin, for watching Curly for us!

Heather was a loving pet sitter. Overall it was a great experience and I would have her back for sure. We did have a few hiccups with communication and her dog chewing an item in my house. So I would recommend to pet owners to make sure to go through your house and remove anything that a dog might want to chew. Heather was mature about the feedback and we talked about it beautifully. She's a wonderful person and her dog was a sweet spirited animal :-)

Jake and Briana are fabulous. We were away for 7 weeks, and we did not have to worry at all about anything back home. It is reassuring when you can relax and not have to worry about anything. They spoiled our pets rotten, they got so much love, walks and cuddles, to the point where I actually think the dogs were depressed when they left. I would welcome Jake and Brianna into my home again anytime even if it's not for house sitting just as the friends, I feel we have become. I highly recommend them.

Keelee was a great sitter! We really appreciated her willingness to meet us and our pups in advance both in a virtual call and in-person meeting. She immediately showed a solid understanding of dog behaviors and asked questions to ensure she was aligning with our training style. Our pups, who can be nervous with new folks, quickly warmed up to Keelee as she made it a comfortable greeting for them by allowing them to come to her and squatting down to their level. The pups were a Keelee fan before we left our home! She exercised them multiple times per day and was very attentive to their needs throughout her stay. Before leaving, she checked in to make sure her leave time worked for our schedule, left the house as tidy as she found it, and even sent a text to make sure we made it home from our trip. We would definitely have Keelee sit for us again!

Anna and Tibor are great!! They are very reliable and friendly! They took an excellent care of our home and Miss Savannah (they even left her toy and beautiful poem 🥰🥰). It was very relaxing to come home to very happy well brushed kitty and clean and organized home 🥰🥰 Truly recommended and we will always welcome Anna and Tibor back for the next sits. I'd recommend John to anyone wanting reliable and trustworthy care. John communicated well, came on time so we could spend an hour together or so and left the place very clean. My pets were very well taken care of.

Larissa was perfect, all I could have hoped for in a home/pet sitter. I was glad to have had a couple of hours to meet with her before I left town. Above and beyond her skills as a sitter, she’s also a delightful person!

Beth took care of our cats and garden, however, communication was difficult.

The boys took to Susan right away. Susan was a joy to meet! would absolutely use her again

Christine and Logan were awesome! They communicated with us early on regarding their travel plans to San Diego. They came into town prior to us heading out of town and were flexible with our meeting time. They were great to work with and left our house in perfect condition. They did a great job caring for our crazy almost 1 year old doodle and our older lab. We would definitely have them come to our house again! So grateful for them!

We were very happy with Hannah as our dog sitter! She took the time to come and meet us beforehand, ensuring she was familiar with our dogs’ routines and needs. She was also very flexible and accommodating to our travel schedule. Our dogs were happy and well taken care of and our house was in perfect shape when we returned. We highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a responsible and caring dog sitter.

Lisa is a true animal lover and especially a cat lady in the best meaning of the term, and my two kitties would agree. She was reliable and organized and communicative and very adoring and attentive to the fur babies. She kept them hoppy and entertained and very well-groomed, and sent me fun photos of them to keep my mind at peace. I would totally invite her again to look after Pumpkin and Gremlin, and I recommend her to anyone who frets over their pets like I do.

The only other house sitters we’ve had that could compare to these two were the last time they house sat for us. We came back to the house spotless, and we have a high bar for what feels clean to us! We could tell from the pictures and videos they sent that our pets feel comfortable with them and were happy. They kept great communication with us- we never had to reach out to see what was going on and got plenty of cute photos. They took good care of our pets, plants, house, everything! I’d give 6 stars if it would let me. Thank you both so much for housesitting for us again. All the best!
