Big thank you to Malou and Marti for putting their trust in us and picking us as their first sitters. It takes courage to open your home to strangers and to allow them to look after your furry child. It was an absolute pleasure to look after Rex. He is an extraordinarily happy puppy with lots of energy and affection to give. He is well behaved and gentle. You never have to worry about any kind of mischief. Rex is very social and enjoys company. If he hears you laugh and have fun - he will most definitely come to you for cuddles and play! Taking him for walks was a breath of fresh air. We let him go off leash on day one and he would alway come back to us! During walks in The Amsterdam Forest and Diemerbos, I would recommend walking alongside the horse paths. Rex loves horses and gets very excited :) Rex also loves bread ! Morning walk to Noe Boulangerie for a loaf of fresh bread - and you will quickly become the centre of his universe ! We had fantastic time with Rex ! He is a real sweetheart and all round good boy ! We miss him dearly and would most definitely love to keep him company again ! :)
I cannot say enough great things about my time with Oscar & Felix! They are the sweetest boys with the best personalities. They love attention but are also OK lazing by the fire during the day. The love going for walks on the trail and saying hi to their human and pup friends. Jill and Bradley are the best hosts. It was amazing to get to know them. They were easy pet parents who were really communicative which was helpful for any questions. Their home is so comfortable and has everything that you would need. They live right near the TART trail which is great for walking the pups on. I really enjoyed working from their breakfast nook near the fire. I could go on and on about my experience with Jill, Bradley, Oscar and Felix. I can’t wait to visit them again in the future!
I was incredibly sad to leave Flint, Catherine, Maria and Peter! It was such a wonderful experience getting to know the whole family. Flint is such a vivacious and loving dog always up for spending time together - even came to get coffee with me. He’s incredibly easy to look after with walks, food and affection. His recall is incredible and if you get lost on walks he’ll happily lead you back. I am so lucky to have met the family! Was so lovely getting to chat to all of them about travel and they made me feel so at home. They were all so helpful making me feel oriented and comfortable. All had great communication too whenever I had queries :)
Lloyd and Jamie are a lovely couple who welcomed us warmly into their home. Hades was an absolute delight to look after and is so adorable. He loves nothing more than playing with his friends at the park and cuddles on the couch 🥰 We truly appreciated this experience with Hades and highly recommend this sit 😊
