It was a real pleasure to cat sit for Livia and Nick's sweet cat, Bella, who whilst being a little shy to begin with, she soon relaxed and let me stroke and groom her (and to dry her off when she came in from the garden after getting wet in the rain a few times. And communication was excellent with Livia and Nick who gave me a good hand over and a very friendly and warm welcome as well as providing me with clear instructions and being very quick to respond to any queries i had while they were away. Livia and Nick's flat is well situated for local bus and tube routes with in easy reach, as well as some convenient local shops. And i found their flat to be a great combination of homely comfort and stylish furnishing with some lovely art work. Bella kept me good company during my stay and she is quite an independent cat who enjoys spending time in the garden, whilst also loving her strokes and cuddles and curling up on a chair for cat naps. All in all i definitely recommend this sit and i'd be very happy to return.
My stay with Bella at Lisa's house was perfect!!! Bella is intelligent, affectionate and easy to care for. Lisa's house is centrally located near trails, parks, Rec center, and downtown Boulder. The house is beautifully decorated and tastefully upgraded. Lisa is well organized and a prompt and detailed communicator. It was a wonderful stay.
I had a wonderful stay at Michelle's place with Lulu and the chickens. Lulu is such a sweetheart and very well-behaved. We had a lot of nice walks and runs together and I really enjoyed her company in the casita. The casita is warm and comfortable, with great views and close to trails and restaurants. It was my first time taking care of chickens so that was an adventure, easy enough and fun to cook some fresh eggs.
Vicki was so generous and welcoming. The house was very comfortable and it was a wonderful experience to sit on the swing on the wrap around porch watching a variety of wildlife, finding even more walking with Scout on the trails just behind the house. You feel like you are in the woods, but supermarket and coffee are just a few miles away. Scout was an affectionate and energetic companion.
