Richard struck me as kind and competent from the beginning of our chats! Coming from another state to stay with our pets, he was very communicative about his travel plans which made me feel so much more at ease. Even in the last days when winter travel became a nightmare coming from the east coast to California and it looked as though Richard’s flight might be cancelled or delayed, we FaceTimed and be assured me that he would get here on time! He left a day early and spent two days at two airports on standby, just so he wouldn’t be late. He came an hour before we had to leave for our holiday to meet and walk through our home, and he was so pleasant and friendly, was clearly very comfortable, enjoyed the animals, was super self sufficient, and made me feel so at ease. He brought his kids over for Christmas so our pups got extra love and snuggles, and I’m so thrilled that he enjoyed our home for the holidays! I’d highly recommend Richard to take care of your home and pets, and would gladly have him back!
