Christine was great with communication and was available throughout their trip for questions. Their home was cozy and warm during a very cold spell in the Cowichan. Little Gatu is a dynamic kitty. She is sweet and cuddly when she wants attention but she has some attitude at times. It took us a few days to settle in together (I would skip trying to get her into her harness/leash until she really knows you). Also very friendly neighbours who were super helpful. Great sit!
This was a great sit, D-Beau, Goose and Blue were straightforward to take care of. I got a great briefing on their ways, likes and dislikes and new how to handle them and as a result had no nasty surprises. They do like to check out scents, obvious really given their breed so don't expect to be walking fast with them. Indoors they are quite happy to relax on their beds and they do like to follow upstairs where they sleep at night on their own doggie beds. William showed me a short walk nearby and pointed out some other routes, I was also able to see how the dogs react other dogs and this is something William doesn't try and hide. They can get noisy and pull on their leashes, but with a firm hand and command they quickly calm down. It wasn't anything to concern me. The house was very comfortable with everything I could have wanted. The neighborhood is great, with public transport (bus) very close and the S-Bahn into the city centre a 10 minute walk away. I'd love to go back on another sit for William and Corynn.

I cannot say enough good things about Peace of Mind Pets. We have taken our Coton Fred here. Fred is a small dog, 12 lbs. and we do worry about him when we board him. Fred came back to us very much himself and not stressed out in the least. We have had a fantastic experience. I really feel like we are leaving Fred with family. It does make me feel at ease with the way he is cared for. I highly recommend.
I would just like to say THANK YOU. Our other boarding place canceled at the last minute. We called literally the day before and she said YES. We are so grateful and thankful. Jasper had an amazing time and made some new friends. I loved the pictures and the updates. Hearing that Jasper was such a good boy made me sooooo proud. Definitely recommend 10/10. 💕💕💕 will be coming back.
Cyndi Richard’s was so helpful from the moment I reached out to her. I had to leave town for a family emergency on very short notice. She arranged a meet and greet the same day. She worked to very efficiently capture all the information on my pet and our needs. Then, most importantly, followed through to ensure our Rosie received excellent care….and we received lots of reassuring photos which was a plus! Our short trip was extended to over two weeks and had a few twists and turns. Cyndi accommodated us every step of the way. I am not sure I would have made it through the last several weeks without her. I will say - she gave me complete piece of mind at a very stressful time for our family - and our pets! I would highly recommend Peace of Mind Pets RVA to anyone needing pet care services.
Peace of Mind Pets RVA is aptly named. Whenever we've used them, we've never had to worry about them taking care of our pets. They provide detailed reports (complete with pictures), and are always very thorough. They almost always go above and beyond what we ask them to do, and all at a very reasonable price. Cannot recommend them enough!
I had never left my kitty for 3 weeks and was nervous! But this team of caregivers were just wonderful. Every single day I got a report and pictures. I didn't have to worry at all because I knew she was in very good hands! I travel frequently and will not use any other service. Hands down, the best!

She is flexible on pick up and drop offs which helps when plane or other travel is unpredictable.
