We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay at Jackie and Richard’s house. They are both so thoughtful, charming, with wonderful senses of humor. :) We enjoyed getting to know them before and after their trip away and we will definitely stay in touch as friends. Jackie and Richard are very organized and explained everything that we needed to know. They prepared all the important and necessary information, drove us around the local area, and recommended places to go and things to do. Both Jackie and Richard were happy to answer all of our questions and easy to communicate with during their trip. We adored and loved spending time with their wonderful pets. They are all easy going and have wonderful personalities. Gemma is such a sweet, quiet, and cooperative dog. Mollie and Lena, the cats, are very independent, but they also like to interact, especially at meal times :) We loved being around them so much, hardly left the house! We ventured out some, visiting the local markets, wineries, and magnificent countryside. The house and outside areas are beyond gorgeous, even better than the photos. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. There is a lot of outside space to explore, with many different trees and plants. We spent a lot of time in the fabulous pool and loved picking apples, pears, and plums straight from the trees. We could not ask for a better experience and it was our favorite part of our summer vacation. We highly recommend Jackie and Richard and we hope to be back again.
Cris and I had an absolutely amazing time in Luc-Sur-Mer taking care of Valérie’s sweet cats and chickens! We would love to visit again some day. Valérie’s home is so charming and comfortable, and her cats are all lovely. Joy was my favorite - he loved to climb on my lap when we were sitting on the couch, and Jane also liked to sleep on the bed with us at night. The animals were all easy to take care of. The chickens gave us delicious eggs every day, too. Valérie’s home is also very close to the beach, and we enjoyed walking along the beach and exploring the cute little town of Luc-Sur-Mer. We also took a couple of trips to Caen, the larger city about 25min drive away, and really enjoyed that as well. Thank you so much for sharing your home, Valérie! We hope to see you again, and you are always welcome to come visit us in the U.S. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt! ♥️
We had the most amazing time at Audrey's and Roberto's wonderful home. Their 3 dogs Grayson, Piper and Bianca are adorable pups: All 3 have super great personalities and are soooo people friendly. Audrey and Roberto gave us an incredibly warm welcome and their gorgeous home has everything you could wish for - from the gourmet kitchen to the pool. It is situated on a quiet street on the golf course. Downtown St-Augustine and the beaches are within biking distance and so are the grocery stores. If you get a chance to sit those 3 pups for Audrey and Roberto you are in luck!
Jarvis, Momo, and Franklin are sweethearts, and adorable! Their feeding and water stations are set up conveniently. Their meal routines are all a bit different but June explained it very well and even left a professional looking diagram. It was quite easy. The 3 kitties have different personalities. Jarvis and Franklin are a dynamic duo, they like to play together, sleep together, and eat together. Jarvis is super cuddly and loves massages. Frank prefers head bumps and Mo is more calm and likes when you’re gentle around her. June is an amazing hostess! She is super nice, easy to communicate with, and flexible. She welcomed us into her home right away. The house is spotless, comfortable, and with great views. June’s decorating style is fantastic; the apartment feels like it’s right out of an interior design magazine! This is the perfect staycation and a remote worker paradise. I would recommend it to anyone. We would love to stay there again.

Panda and Clover are awesome animals! They really just want affection. Panda will be your best friend. She never left my side the whole time I was there. She would even get sad when I left.
