Kathryn
Kathryn is the perfect host. She had a lovely, comfortable home and JujuBee is an easy and loving feline. Her home is set up for Housesitting w clear instructions and information. I appreciated she has a wonderful housekeeper who came every other week (bonus and not required or expected). The home is as described in her listing light filled and airy. Location was easy anywhere (before or after LA rush hour) providing an opportunity to explore the area, beaches or LA.

JujuBee took a minute to get comfortable (like many cats) but once she is - the purring never stops. While voice-full at times you know what she wants, water from the tap, food, or love. I found it amusing and gave her what she wanted. We had come nice chats ;).

Highly recommend and delighted to return if I have the honor of being asked.

Amy & Scott
Had a great time pet sitting and staying at Amy and Scott’s place. It was clean and comfortable and very close to the historic city center, only 40 minute drive to the mountains if you want to ski, or only an hour drive away to the closest Hot Springs. Their dog Fable was a pleasure to take care of. She is very well-behaved and a lot of fun to play with. Their two cats were also very well-behaved but a little bit more mellow but cuddly at times. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Taos

I had an absolutely fantastic time in Amsterdam.

Capucine is a total sweetheart. She is a super chill cat. She wasn’t shy at all and loved loved loved sitting on my lap. She kept me great company while I worked from the apartment, ate my breakfast on the balcony or watched some Netflix.

Léa was super easy going and provided me with all information I needed on Capucine and the apartment. She was always reachable and everything was just smooth from beginning to end.

The apartment is great. I loved the balcony and rooftop, totally enjoyed the projector to watch Netflix and the location was also awesome. It was great to be able to use Léa’s bike to ride around Vondelpark or into town.

All in all I had a wonderful stay.
Thank you, Léa and Antoine! Maybe till next time.

What a great mountain getaway with two comical dogs! Heidi and I met on Zoom, and she was a great communicator from start to finish! She took me on a tour of the house and grounds when I arrived the morning they were leaving, and she had thorough instructions printed out. The house is lovely, great tv, and superb hot tub - if only the weather had cooperated after day one. Halle and Coco are humorous and full of fun, and can be left for several hours while you hike or tour around the area's great gift shops! The 'girls' are always very excited to have you return, and are happy to snuggle when temps are chilly! There is a spa/fitness center in this resort, although the days/hours were limited due to covid, and the pool is kept chilly for laps. The location is quiet and secluded, perfect for enjoying the deck on a sunny day. If you love dogs and the mountains, this sit is definitely for you!

We loved staying with Alfie and Piccolo so much that we didn't want to leave! They are so lovely and were very well behaved! They love a cuddle on the sofa and love attention with a belly rub! John and Juliemma were great at letting us know what we needed to do, and when with the dogs, and always answered our messages as soon as they could. The house is amazing, and we loved having enough space for working from home and studying from home. And we appreciated being able to use everything the house has to offer for example the bbq on a Saturday when the weather was nice. Also a lovely neighbourhood, really quiet and residential. The park/reserve to walk the dogs is really nice, and lots of other dog walkers who of course love Alfie and Piccolo. We loved our time here and would definitely go back.

We just fell in love with Foodie! She’s the sweetest dog, and easy to care for. We were there in the heat of August, so we stuck to earlier/later timeframes to walk her for slightly cooler temps, as she loves walking but can overheat if it’s too hot out. She loves treats and sunbathing, and is hilarious when she gets bursts of energy playing keep away with her bone! We miss her!

The area is lovey and quiet, a nice respite from city life, but still easily accessible. Has everything you need- both in the house, and shops/amenities within a 10min drive. The farmers market is great, along with the shop at the Belted Goat and McIntyres bookstore is amazing! We loved the sunroom for reading and the screened patio is where we ate almost every meal. John possesses an expansive knowledge of local flora and fauna, and his care of their property shows this. You’ll see many birds and bees happily visiting the flowers all around the property and deck, along with seeing deer in the neighborhood every day. Both Pepper and John were easy to communicate with and readily available for any questions we had. The neighbors we encountered were all friendly and it was sweet to see them all say hello to Foodie with such affection- she certainly steals your heart!
