Dog Sitters in Bergen County, NJ

Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.

I can't say enough nice things about Sarah and her mom. It's not an exaggeration when I say they loved our Larry and our home like their own. Sarah is so kind, so responsible, and a dream sitter. We came home to a cleaner home than we left it and it was so helpful to reintegrate with that boost after our long travel back. Sarah and her mom are both like dog whisperers! Larry LOVER them! They made sure he had everything he needed but also kept him comfortable and happy despite his bouts of limping. I can't recommend Sarah enough and I hope she comes back to visit soon!

Debbie is a very personable and gregarious individual who takes her responsibilities seriously. She spent a lot of time with our dogs and rabbit. She even hand feeds our picky little poodle. She is one of the few sitters we’ve had who enjoys gardening and keeping the outside areas tidy. We would welcome her back anytime!

Tiffany is such a joy. She has sat for me and my kitties 5-6 times now. I love her, the cats love her . What more can I ask for? Willow, the shy cat was all over her for cuddles and the house was perfect. Tucker loves her too .I would always recommend her with no regrets.

Jenna was a great pet sitter. Lochy took to her straight away, she made him feel comfortable playing with him and giving him treats. She sent us picture updates over the weekend. The house was clean and tidy when she left. We would recommend Jenna.

Heidi was very friendly and trustworthy. She made a nerve racking first experience leaving my home and pets with a stranger much more comfortable. She seems genuine and is easy to talk to, flexible and communicative. Above all, she truly seems to adore and understand animals. I would have her sit again in a heartbeat.

Antonia and Leo are the best-case-scenario zeewoi. In addition to listening carefully, and reading our instructions, they clearly had a great time with our dogs. They enjoyed our home and left it as friends would. They were communicative and accessible throughout the stay, There were absolutely no hitches to this stay. We would have them back anytime. 

Sonja was amazing!! She was great with Moose, left the house in pristine condition, and I recommend her for anyone who needs a sitter!

I cannot say enough about Shakiya and the care she gave our beloved dachshunds. From the moment we received her application, through the preliminary interview, and follow-up messages, Shakiya earned our trust and respect. She is a great communicator, as well as a curious and proactive person regarding your pets and their routine, habits and personalities. Shakiya came a day early to get acquainted with us, the dogs and our home. We felt 100% comfortable by the time we left that we left our precious babies in the right hands. While we were away, Shakiya sent us daily updates along with photos and videos. She was quick to respond to my messages, and she was great at asking questions when things came up. She treated our dogs with true love and affection, and for this we are forever grateful to Shakiya. We couldn’t have asked for a better pet/home sitter, and we look forward to having Shakiya sit for Bentley and Tilly again soon. She also took very good care of our home and left it in fantastic condition! I cannot recommend Shakiya enough — she truly is a unique and incredible person, and we feel very fortunate that she decided to apply to care for our doxies! I know they miss her already! 🐾

Laura was actually the best dog sitter in the world. My pup loved her so so so much. Going to try my best to have Laura watch my dog again :) she is so sweet and gentle and took the puppy for adventures to the park and 3 walks a day. The best! She is the best best best! I wish she was around for my trip next month!!! You will not regret picking Laura, I’m not kidding! :) thank you Laura so much for treating my dog like your own!! <3

Natasha took such good care of our home and pets! She communicated well, sent us photos and updates, and updated us on arrival and departure times. She left our home squeaky clean! We would absolutely have her again.

Energetic, kind-hearted and dependable. Daniel was great with my elder dog, who he treated with patience and love; my fluffy cat adored him too. He even made friends with my crazy little partially feral kitty. I was very relieved to have Daniel volunteer at the last minute, and he enjoyed getting to the beach (despite some rain!).
