I cannot sing the praises of Peaceful Pups Dog Care loudly enough. My dog had a rough passage prior to coming to my home. He endured losing a leg in Hurrican Marie in Puerto Rico. Peaceful Pups has worked with me to overcome his reactive quirks so he can have a much better life. I never worry for a second when he is in Lauren's care. She is a dog whisperer extraordinare. My dog howls when he knows she is coming. Praise from a pup who has had a tough time. THAT says it all!!

Pedro is an excellent dog walker. I have recommended him many times to neighbors and friends without hesitation. He is very attentive, reliable, and caring. I have a senior dog that Pedro has been taking care of (because a great dog walker does more than just walk your dog) for the last four years. I couldn't be happier with Pedro and Hot Paws Pet Care. My pup can be a bit of a handful so I was a bit nervous about finding a walker for her, but I knew from the moment I met Pedro that she would be in good hands! Pedro is *obviously* a dog-lover and has a lot of patience. He is also extremely communicative and reliable; he has NEVER not shown up for a walk and has never canceled on us. It is SUCH a relief not having to worry about my dog while I'm at work! I also always receive text updates about the walk, which is great. All I know is that my dog absolutely adores Pedro. It was important to me that my dog could expect the same walker every single day, which Pedro accommodated, but for two days during which Pedro was out of town we had sub walkers. Pedro was gracious enough to give plenty of notice about his trip AND set up a time for me and my dog to meet the sub walkers beforehand to make sure everything would be good. We had Pedro dog-sit our 2 dogs at our wedding recently at Wave Hill in the Bronx. He was TREMENDOUS! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dog sitter. He was amazing to work with and such a great guy. He took phenomenal care of our dogs (1 big dog and 1 little dog). The dogs were honestly upset to be leaving his care at the end of the night. Pedro was a class act. He dressed incredibly well and was such a pleasure to work with. We were so happy we found him!

Pedro has been taking care of our Jack Russell since 2013 and she absolutely loves him. Pedro and Vincent have been walking my large, lazy dog for nearly 2 years. He is professional, flexible and easy to work with. He is always cheerful and pleasant and really cares about our dog. Our dog can be quite resistant to getting off the couch to walk during the day - especially in the summer or if it's raining - and Hot Paws can always get him happily out the door. They are awesome and a real asset to the neighborhood!

I hired Pedro to take care of my GSD while I was working out of state. Pedro did an excellent job taking care of my pride and joy. After a not so great experience with another daycare service; I took my Maltipoo Malcolm to Pumpkin Paws Pet Service. I wanted to socialize my 6 month old puppy in a safe environment. Well, we got that and more. Once they saw Malcolm was relatively reserved, they busted out a ball toy. Malcolm LOVES balls. That’s all he needed to get him going. Malcolm had such a good time here. The other dogs were friendly as well, so I never felt my little guy would be physically harmed. They post pictures and videos. They are communicative. I am Sadden that we moved away and are unable to visit Pumkin Paws again. I have not been able to find another safe and welcoming daycare for my little guy since. Thank you Pumpkin Paws!!

The absolute best- they've been without exception professional and capable for the year we've been using their services, and they were able to quickly adapt and confidently administer medication to a tricky cat following a last minute vet visit right before a vacation. My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with Pumkin Paws! They have taken wonderful care of our Goldendoodle. They have been really flexible. Our needs change weekly and they have adjusted their walks as necessary. The staff is friendly and courteous and we have never thought twice about allowing them in our home.

My daughter is new to this place but she seems happy with them. Today was a good day for my daughters dog leia seems to be coming along. Chad sent my son in law a video of leia getting along with the other dogs. I think that was great.

My dog got away from this facility I had to file a police report and pay a hefty fee to get my dog back weeks later it was an absolute nightmare I do not recommend this place!

Asked Lorraine to wash and trim Milo but to maintain as much of his hair as possible since it is nearly November. Provided two sample pictures. I left additional instruction regarding Milo's leash. I returned to him basically shaved down. Unwarranted as he was not matted. Lorraine gave me zero notice. She just decided to butcher him because she felt his hair was dry. Also ignored/forgot my request regarding the leash. I won't be returning although the other groomer he usually sees there has been better. Buzz down wasn't even done properly and his head/ears/face are choppy/uneven. Incredibly disappointed and won't be returning for 'grooms' here.

I would be very careful about leaving your pets here, i walked by and two dogs were left unattended, no water, urine all over. This is really disgusted. I've reported this buisness to SPCA. Shame on you for leaving these pets like this

Had a real nice experience here last week. Never had trusted places with my dog, and Splish Splash has gained my trust and themselves another customer. Quality service, and great communication.

Terrible experience. Thought I could trust this establishment with my dog, and I was wrong. I saw so many other dogs laying in pee, and unattended. Asked specifically for a wash and took it upon themselves to cut my dogs hair!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!! DO NOT trust your dog with this business as you will be disappointed.

No communication. They will do whatever they want with your dog once you drop them off . BEWARE OF THIS place if you don't want your dog to get butcher try grooming them somewhere else. The cut they gave my dog was THE WORSE I EVER SEEN. 5 year old could've done a better job than what this place did to my dog . Being that winter is around the corner we told them not to cut his hair just a regular clean. They buzzed him down to the skin without asking us . Now my dog can't sleep because of how cold and uncomfortable he is . This place should be shut down.

We’ve periodically dropped off our full sized Bernedoodle at Splish, splash dog daycare, sometimes even four days at a time. Mogambo is always eager to run in to the facility when he gets there and seems to have a wonderful time there. They have an Instagram account where they post regular updates of the dogs. He is usually a bit messy when he returns from a few days of play with the other dogs, and the facility is kind enough to give him a shower upon request.

Matilda loves this place! The staff are amazing.

My boy Goose loves going with the Well Rounded Hound team for the day! The days of the week he’s going with them, he’s constantly looking out the window for the bus to arrive. You can tell this crew loves the dogs they look after every day. My dog gets to socialize with other pups while spending all morning and afternoon outside.. the pick up and drop off service is so great! The staff is super friendly and patient with my hyper boy. I can’t say enough good things, my dog always comes back home nice and pooped!

I am so happy my friend referred me to well rounded hound! The people are so wonderful with the dogs especially with my Bella. I never had any issues with anyone or with the other dogs. In the beginning, I even tracked Bella to see if she was ok. And of course she was having the best time ever. I communicate a lot with Jackie and she is absolutely the best. I can't think of any company/retailer/store I've been happier to find in the past several years that we use on a consistent basis. Doggy Deuce has been our pooper scooping service for many many years, 3 dogs and counting. We now use them for pet sitting while we're away on vacation or just for overnights. While we're away, we get pictures of them, updates on how they're doing and Chris even goes the extra mile and offers to bring in our mail and take care of the pool while we're gone. I challenge anyone to find a small business that offers such service! Also, when I'm looking for any other service recommendation, (window washing, pool closing, carpet cleaning, etc.) Chris from Doggy Deuce always knows the best businesses to call upon. He's part of a big network of local businesses that have proven to be trustworthy and capable; the best can always recommend the best. Doggy Deuce is also an active advocate for pet adoption and strongly care about the welfare of animals. And the office staff is extremely attentive and available, returning emails and calls with very quick turnaround. This company is the real deal. I've recommended them to 3 other families on my block who now also use them! Our pets are our family, our house is our home, and I wouldn't trust either of them to anyone but Doggy Deuce. I'd be happy to offer a personal recommendation to anyone who reaches out.

We have been using them for a couple of years now. Our last trip away I scheduled them to visit my home twice a day for 3 days to take care of my 15-1/2 yr old Yorkie who is partially blind and deaf. On the final day of service I received an invoice I could not open so I emailed them back and requested it sent in a different format. The following day on our way home from our trip I received a call from Becky advising me that unfortunately, she mixed up the dates and no one visited my home to take care of my dog for 3 days. She proceeded to explain she was sick the day she took my appointment and probably shouldn't have been making appointments. What I don't understand is how an invoice is sent for the correct dates, but yet the dates were mixed up. These people are lucky my dog was alive. Barely alive, but she was! The dog was without water for 3 days. One more day and I doubt she would've survived. This is a huge mistake! This is a life we are talking about here. These mistakes cannot happen. I was very upset and angry and refused to further speak to them. There is nothing they can do to make this OK other than REFUND me my money they took without providing services! I would never recommend them to anyone!

I have been using doggie deuce now for over four years and they are amazing! I use them for both dog boarding and pooper scooper and they are super dependable, accommodating and (in my opinion) reasonably priced. Chris (the owner) and Jen (the manager) are super nice and you get a sense that they truly love what they do and the dogs. My dogs actually look happy when they leave to stay there while we are on vacation. While the dogs are there- they send pictures and updates which is awesome. I cannot say enough how much I love them and how much easier it is having them in our life. If you love your dogs as much as we do- you definitely want to give them a try the next time you are going away.

In addition to loving and caring for my own personal dogs, I spend much of my time rescuing animals in need. As a result, my yard tends to suffer. Unfortunately this company has yet again failed to properly trained or communicate with their new staff. Once again one of the their employees have left my gate open for my two pit bulls which are not dog friendly. They were instructed since the beginning to call my phone before they came so we can ensure the dogs were inside, but they failed to do that too. If he was confused as I was told. He should have called the office, myself or rescheduled. I find it very disturbing and hard to understand the lack of common sense of this person. He not only put my dogs in danger but other dogs too.

Doggy Deuce watches my pup when I go out of town and she has so much fun. They take such great care of her and make sure she is treated like a princess.

Went on a tour here and took our dogs for evaluations. The facility is gorgeous and very well kept. We saw a video of our dogs on social media which was fine. I also called to check on my dogs before they posted the video since it was their first doggy daycare. In the video, we didn’t love the volume of dogs in the play area. The dogs did great with their evaluation and the staff is absolutely lovely. We just noticed our dogs looked overwhelmed with all the other dogs there (it was close to 30 total that day). We were told max capacity is 75 dogs in a play area and they have appropriate staffing when they get to those volumes. I think it’s just a personal preference that we want our dogs in a smaller group environment so they aren’t overwhelmed. If it weren’t for the volume of dogs that go to this daycare, we would’ve used them daily but it just didn’t feel like a good fit for our pups

Our dog Lucy has stayed with K 9 Resorts a couple of times. One short weekend and then a two week stay while we are out of the country. When we picked her up on our return, she was excited, friendly, and very happy. All indications to us is our dog had a good time, looked healthy, and smelled fresh and clean from her pick up day bath. We are going away in late October and Lucy will definitely be staying at K 9 Resorts. By the way, after that Original short day, Lucy seemed excited when she went through the door going in for the two weeks stay, she liked the place, and that’s a great sign. Thanks so much for taking great care of her.

Sawyer loves hanging out with his doggie friends. The staff always takes such good care of him and he comes home happy and tired! We recently left him for 3 weeks and we worried about the length of time, but he came home happy and healthy.

K9 Resorts is very well run with a staff that cares about the dogs staying there. It was the first time my dogs were boarded and I felt comfortable taking them there and was very happy with their care during their stay!

I had 2 dogs who have never boarded before stay at this location for 4 nights and they were well cared for, played with, and looked after with the utmost kindness and professionalism. Marion walked our three beagles (4 year old and two 3 months old) for 3 weeks during the day. With the puppies it required lunch and time out of their crate to stretch and do their business and our older beagle needed his time and attention. She was great - she took photos and let us know how they were doing. We feel very happy to have found her and will definitely use her again. We highly recommend her.

I met Marion in 2021 after having surgery on my thoracic spine when Pharoah was only 1 year 1/2. Marion understood my situation and took on a puppy that was unruly and difficult to walk and she was able to keep him on a schedule and taught him to walk on his leash. She has been a life saver and a friend…she would also took pictures of my baby while on his walks and would give me an update on his behavior when she returned to my apartment. Thank you Marion for giving Pharoah the best discipline, care and love when he needed it the most!

I have been using Marion as my dog walker for at least five years. She walks my two dogs 🐶 Howie and Susie 🐶 at least two days a week. She is dependable , reliable and always there when we need her. Marion is easy to communicate with and reliable. She sends me a photo of my boy every day. She takes great care of him and makes sure everything is right before she leaves him. He loves her. She makes sure his bowls are clean, feeds him, checks the fountain, empties the litterbox..Knowing she is there allows me to relax while on vacation. Thank you Marion.

We used J&J PetCare during the summer of 2023 to take care of our two dogs (a yorkie and a chihuahua) over the course of 10 days when we were away, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service! They made apartment visits twice a day for our paper-trained pups, ensuring they were fed, had plenty of fresh water, and were treated to delicious treats. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the love they showed our dogs. They sent us regular videos and pictures, which made us feel so connected to our pups while we were away. It was clear they spent a lot of time playing and engaging with them during each visit, keeping them happy and entertained. Additionally, they always cleaned up the wee wee pads and replaced them with fresh ones, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend J&J Petcare in a heartbeat. Their level of care, communication, and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be using their services again!

I can’t say enough about J&J Pet Care. They are incredibly reliable, professional and trustworthy. We frequently take unplanned weekend get aways, and J&J is able to take our puppy without advance notice. We know that she is in great hands from a team that really loves dogs and has their best interests in-mind. George always goes the extra mile and has even offered to pick-up needed items for our puppy when he is at the pet store. You don’t need to look anywhere else, J&J Pet Care is as good as it gets!

My dog really looks forward to seeing Jorge every morning! I get update pictures from every walk and my little guy comes back very exhausted from the amount of exercise he gets which is great! He’s also learned to use the bathroom outside which is a great success. Now a days it’s very hard to know who to trust with your fur babies. Overall we are happy with the service. My pups reaction at pick up time also let’s me know he is happy as well. Thank you!

J&J walks our dog Coco daily and on most days we get a photo of Coco showing her having a wonderful time on her walk. They are reliable and flexible and have really helped us out in emergencies. It is apparent that they LOVE animals - so gentle and loving with our pets. We highly recommend them. They sent us this photo of Coco on her walk one day (see attached).

I have been a customer with The Tail Trail for over five years. FANTASTIC....YOU CAN FEEL THAT YOUR PETS ARE WELL-CARED FOR! I have an 85 yellow Labrador and a cat. Tail Trail takes care of my dog and cat...whether I’m away for a week or a weekend. The staff that is sent to care for your pet is provided with a detailed sheet as to location of food, etc. We usually have the pets cared for 3x a day for 1/2 hour per visit. Some of the staffers will send me a morning photo of my pets. The staff are all tremendous animal lovers. I highly recommend
