This is the second time I've used Mike and Karen for housesitting. They were very accommodating and responsive when another housesitter canceled at the last minute. Mike and Karen went above and beyond my expectations during this housesit! They provided excellent care for our pets, being very patient with Penny as she has anxiety and takes a while to warm up to people. During the housesit, they were very responsive, and provided pictures and videos of our pets, making us feel reassured that they were being well cared for. They left the house immaculate, even providing flowers and a card when they were done, as well as their own checklist with what they had done during the housesit. I'll definitely be reaching out to them again for future housesits!
Taylor came and watched over our dogs while we were away out of state. She was very thorough and communicative with how the dogs were while we were gone. She was responsive and very clean. When we came home the house was as clean if not cleaner than we had left it. I would recommend Taylor to anyone looking for a responsible person to look after your house and/or dogs. She was amazing and I would use her again easily.
Patrick and Alison loved their time in our mountain home with Mylo. Mylo seemed to like them. Alison works outside the home, so most of Mylo's time was with Patrick. One suggestion would be to provide some commentary with the daily photo. We had a complaint from neighbors after one of their friends stayed in a camper van n our driveway overnight (unbeknownst to us). We had said their friends could come for dinner but would not have said yes to that.
