We absolutely loved our stay with Ziggy and Kitty. Ziggy is the most chill, low maintenance dog. Kitty was full of life and gave us lots of cuddles. The area is lovely, super close to Richmond park and the Thames. Very close to the South Western railway stop in Mortlake and around 25 min walk to tube stop in Kew Gardens. Rob and Rachel were easy going and clear hosts. Thanks so much for our stay!!
Be careful on this house sit, because you'll fall in love with Riley. She has been terrifically raised by Arla and Darryl in their open concept home, where everyone, dog included, is living a free flowing energetic life. What a great pleasure this house sit was, to be a part of that flow while taking care of Riley! Nearby walks and hikes with Riley are plentiful. Immediately behind the house, are a network of pathways that take you off into a few suburban park areas. Mt Douglas is right close by, and there's plenty of good hiking there, down low as well as on up. Several amazing hikes with Riley open up within just a 10 or 20 minute drive, with the choice of fresh water or salt water destinations. I would love to house sit again some time, just for that chance to spend some high quality dog time with Riley and to re-connect with Arla and Darryl one more time too!
We had an amazing experience with Coda and Quinn (we call them Gordo and Chiquita). The dogs are super sweet, friendly and get along very well each other, they even sleep together sometimes. Susan made us feel very welcome, she gave us detailed information about how to take care of the dogs, the home, the neighborhood and even the areas to visit, she made the whole experience easy and pleasant. She was always available if we needed anything. We highly recommend sitting for her and we would love to come back soon.
Susan's house is located in a beautiful neighborhood with charming gardens, fantastic coffee shops, grocery stores, and convenient bus stops. The neighbors are incredibly friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Susan herself is not only considerate and communicative but also has a wonderful sense of humor! Her home is tastefully decorated, reflecting her love of literature, art and life. Taking care of Teddy and Fern was a pleasure. Teddy(boy), is sociable and mellow, while Fern (girl), is a bit more reserved yet energetic once she warms up to you. Their unique cat-alities make them an interesting pair – Teddy loves interaction, while Fern enjoys playtime, food, and even watching TV! Overall, my stay was truly enjoyable. Susan kept me well-informed and made me feel appreciated and respected throughout. I fell in love with both the kitties and the cute town of Berkeley. I hope to return soon! I highly recommend Susan's place!

The staff truly cares about the dogs like their own. I will never trust anyone else with my dog! They are quite busy so you cant always get in with a last minute booking, especailly around the holidays and in the summer. So plan in advance!

Just an update: We have been bringing our lovely dog here for a 5 years! And we could not be happier with Indulge. If you want your dog to be happy and well taken care of, this is the place. The staff is super friendly and they are incredibly patient and love our pup! Book ahead of time though, they are always full!
We love indulge. So convenient they are connected with Marlborough animal hospital so our pup gets updated shots. We were nervous on the first day of drop off and she came home with a report card and was so tired. So we felt great! Now we go at least 3 times a week! The staff are always so sweet even when I forget my leash and have to borrow theirs 😂
Indulge Pet Resort is by far the best doggy daycare I have ever visited! The staff goes above and beyond everyday to ensure the comfort, safety and fun of your pet. I get daily updates from the staff, photos and stories of what my pup did that day. If you love your pet, you owe it to them to bring them to doggy daycare at Indulge Pet Resort, with a large outdoor area and indoor area for bad weather, they will get plenty of playtime and love!
Our dog has been going to Indulge for over 3 years for both weekly daycare and boarding stays. He loves it. He always gets excited when we drive up and can't wait to get inside to go play. The staff are great, friendly and accommodating. Update - Since reopening with covid restrictions, the staff have been great about distancing and wearing masks. Pickup and drop off now done outdoors has gone smoothly.
My dog just started going here and I feel so comfortable leaving him there. My dog struggles with hot spots in the summer so after McGraw swam in the little pool the staff gave him a blow dry to prevent hot spot reoccurrence!! They truly care about the dogs.

I can’t say enough about this place, one review isn’t enough.. It’s not everyone who can tend to 110lbs, 18mo old St Berdoodle and the pictures speak louder than words. Every detail was attended to, perfectly groomed, and not to mention our pup smelled great!! The ladies at GoldenPaw put extra TLC into everything they do. We've been using Golden Paw for weekly dog walking for a while now and we're very happy with them. Our dog is so excited every time they arrive to pick him up - his whole body wags with his tail! Any time I've needed to reach out to reschedule, cancel, or just ask questions, Golden Paw staff are extremely responsive and caring. One week, our dog wasn't feeling well and I let them know he may be slow or reluctant to walk. They replied to me that day to report back on his walk and ALSO replied to me (unprompted) the next time they walked him to report that he seemed to be doing better. They really go above and beyond and it shows how much they care about the dogs they work with. I can't recommend Golden Paw enough!
I needed my kitten picked up on short notice. The kitten was in Boston and I’m in Marlborough injured and unable to drive so I couldn’t pick up the cat. Golden Paw was able to get the kitten for me and I’m very happy with how they handled things. Everything was delivered right to my door in perfect shape and very quickly. Fernanda was very helpful and personable. I couldn’t thank her enough. I will be using this company for service again. If I could give another star I would.
My puppy Oliver loves Golden Paw! The staff are very friendly, my puppy comes home safe, happy and exhausted! He gets so excited to hop in the car in the mornings which says a lot for my scared little guy. We love Golden Paw and will continue using them every week!
Best experience! We have been sending our Lab to golden paw since he was a 4 month old puppy. He is now 6months and golden paw has taken such great care of him. We use the awesome pet taxi service to pick him up and drop off while we are at work. Everyone is so friendly and really love all the pups. Hands down the best hidden gem of a doggy daycare, overnight boarding, and dog walking service in Central Massachusetts. I work in Marlborough and live in Westminster. It’s peace of mind to bring my dog who is an 11 month old Dutch shepherd to Golden paws where he gets so much exercise!! All of the staff members are very knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to all breeds. I have referred two friends to Golden paws who also are very happy. I highly recommend Golden Paws! The best part is that they had a free trial to make sure it was a good fit before even spending any money….so why not give it a go? Sherman, my dog would love more friends!!

I left my dog Bobby at Golden Paws for 3 weeks while I travelled overseas and I was extremely happy with the service they provided with a personal touch . Fernanda took the trouble of taking Bobbyto the vet when he had an issue with his eye and provided me with regular updates on how he was doing . I came home with a freshly bathed and groomed dog . I decided to take my dog for a full grooming at this location because of the excellent reviews here and it was the best decision I made. Fernanda was so nice and so accommodating. Everything is very manageable on their website. The groomer (I forgot her name now 😢) was a doll. Not only my dog looked so cute but she was very patient since it was his first time there and he is very anxious. Definitely returning and I already looked into boarding with them 😄

Shelly has groomed my dogs for about 8 years now, and she is the best! All of my dogs are nervous, and one of them is a rescue who is extremely anxious around strangers, but Shelly does a perfect job with even that pup! She cuts my Chinese Crested Powderpuffs beautifully. Top notch, worth every penny.
Barbara, Pauline and all the sitters I've had are amazing. I am ashamed I haven't written this review earlier. We have been using them for a few years now and I always rest easy knowing my fur babies are in good hands. They make sure they have emergency plans in place for all our critters and take such detailed notes. They have watched my cats and turtle. My cats are sheltered pandemic babies who have met very few people and are skittish. I am always amazed that they get at least one of the cats to come out and play! Also, great communication and updates. Highly recommend!!

Friendly well educated staff. Maggie is very anxious but I feel comfortable leaving her in their hands. They do such an amazing job. We have been coming here for a year now and I will never go anywhere else. My mom and a few of my neighbors now bring their dogs here too and all love them. Highly recommend.
Wonderful groomer - easy to get an appointment, incredibly friendly staff, very reasonable prices. These people clearly love animals! They see very understanding with dogs who need a little extra care (anxiety, illness, etc). At other facilities you feel like you are an imposition, but not here! Definitely the best local groomer.
Today was our first visit and we were so impressed. Our little lady Gracie who is 17 and needs extra tlc and patience certainly received it there and then some. I highly recommend them. When we picked her up which was an amazing thing in itself as it was all done in an hour and she looked and smelled great but she was not stressed at all. Was actually happy and so comfortable. I also thought it was very affordable too.
I am a brand new customer with a sometimes difficult, older little dog. Very finicky as well. I was in need of a new groomer and my vet recommended Companion Pet Sitting. I have found them extremely caring, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly patient with an out of the ordinary dog, who by the way looks absolutely amazing! If you're someone who needs a new groomer, I can highly recommend them! Wish I had known of them sooner!

I have an old man cat who complains incessantly and demands walks. Sitters from Companion Pet sitting have been so kind with him on their visits. They are very accommodating and it's a great deal when you book them for longer visits.
This is the only place I will board my dogs! Nicole and Jeff truly treat my dogs like family. I don’t have to worry when they are in their care. My dogs always return to me happy and calm. They get plenty of outdoor time and are taken for walks and hikes often. I will forever use them. I can not recommend them enough!
We have been sending our two Cocker Spaniels to stay at Petvacations for over 7 years and we could not be happier with them. The attention that they both receive there is like they are at home with us. Both get excited when we drive up to drop them off and always enjoy running around and playing in the large fenced in backyard. The owners are super friendly and patient and are always more than accommodating to administer any medications if needed. Be sure to book ahead of time as they do fill up!

Mary took away all of our anxiety about leaving our three month old puppy alone. In December we got the first puppy of our lifetimes and, being retired, we stayed at home for three months doting on her. When friends came to meet Beazie, we observed that she was timid and it took her a while to become comfortable with each new person. We dreaded the inevitable time when we would both have to be away from the house and leave her in the care of someone else. Mary volunteered to come for a meet and greet prior to our first pet sitting appointment. She requested that we run through Beazie’s entire potty routine from beginning to end to accustom Beazie to her presence. Mary instinctively knew how to approach Beazie in a way that helped her become more at ease. She brought treats and a special toy which continues to be her favorite as she approaches her first birthday. After only a few minutes, Beazie was settled in her lap without fear and Mary’s love of animals was clearly on display. Her practical knowledge of animals and their behavior has been incredibly valuable as we have never raised a dog. Mary is friendly, trustworthy, flexible and dependable. We never worry a minute when we are away from the house. We don’t know what we would do without Mary. Neither does Beazie!
I can't say enough good things about Mary Littlefield who takes care of our very timid cat when we travel, which we do often. Miss Violet usually streaks upstairs when she hears a car pull into the driveway, and there she keeps watch from the top step, expecting pillage and mayhem and the demise of us all .... unless it's Mary. Then she comes downstairs quickly and purrs loudly while directing long, meaningful glances toward her sitter. She's utterly shameless in her admiration for Mary. We try to ignore Miss Violet's outlandish behaviour, but sometimes wonder if we should spend more time at home -- put a little damper on this foolish infatuation. There was a crisis three years ago when Miss Violet swallowed a long string, and we weren't due back for another week. Mary handled the situation beautifully and kept us abreast of what was going on before and after the procedure to remove it. (Thanks, Mary!) Mary has apologized for endearing herself so to Miss Vi, and we forgive her wholeheartedly. She's become indispensable to our gadabout family. I can't recommend Mary Littlefield highly enough to anyone who travels and needs to leave a shy kitty at home.

Went for a visit to board my Shih tzu. Owner very nice, it's a house transitioned over be a kennel. All the dogs I saw were large and well taken care of. I felt my fog is to timid to be among all these big dogs. She was willing to separate him but I think just the barking and excitement for a small dog that lives with 2 retired people would be to overwhelming. I would highly recommend this establishment for a active dog.

It’s a smaller place but my dog loves it, he always gets so excited when he realizes where he is and whines when he has to go home. I appreciate that they separate dogs based on size and energy level so my crazy dog won’t terrorize a little shih tzu.

Natural Care Kennels was an amazing kennel! The ownership of this Kennel has recently been changed and the new owners are fantastic! They are very friendly and personable and you can tell they really love the dogs they care for! The dogs have lots of room to play in the kennel and have their own private outside run they can access as much as they like through out the day! Shirley and Dave take excellent care of the dogs and take their specific needs into account when they are there. I will definitely be back!
First time leaving our two dogs in kennels since moving to MA and could not be happier with the care they received at Natural Care Kennels. Our Golden is so anxious and usually comes home from boarding 10lbs lighter as she doesn’t eat. Dave noticed she wasn’t eating and gave her different (high quality) food and she looks great (as does our other pup)! So pleased to have found this boarding facility and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good quality, caring place for your pups to board!
Kennel is kept very clean, all dogs have access to an outdoor run and get multiple breaks from their pen with trips to the yard. We are repeat customers and our dog seems to enjoy going there. Owners have significant experience with dogs. The best kennel option in the area, in my opinion.

This is by far the best place, not only do they LOVE the dogs, but love the dog parents too! My parents found Woof through Jim who has groomed my parents dogs for years. I got my own little girly and she now not only sees Jim, but LOVES playcare! My 8 pound menace has come out of her shell, is getting trained, and did a better job at boarding while I got married than her mom did! Special shoutout to Jim, Maria, Valdita, & Makayla!! The whole staff is the BEST!!
I wish I read the recent reviews. They need training in customer service. The person I talked to over the phone was condescending and this should not be tolerated by any customers. That is not how you treat customers even if they get upset with certain circumstances especially rescheduling last minute. Instead of apologizing, she felt the need to be righteous and tell me all grooming places do this. This is my dog's third appointment. I told her thats incorrect and she kept talking over me. Definitely she needs to consider training in customer services. I am happy to look elsewhere. There are better grooming place than this. Run away if you want reliability and pleasant services.

I have been taking my Goldendoodle Jewel here for 5 years now for her grooming, day care, and occasional boarding. I wouldn't take my dog to any other day care. The staff here are outstanding and they do a great job caring for pets. I drive to Woof from Lancaster just so my dog can go to a daycare center that truly takes the best care of pets! If you’re looking for reliable service DONT go here for grooming. I have been taking my dog here for about a year and a half to see groomer Morgan and have struggled to obtain reliable service. Appointments are cancelled either day of or day before always for some other excuse. This year alone (2023) she and the company followed through with 1 scheduled appointment on time. I will reiterate - if you need reliable service, do NOT make an appointment here. In perspective, if I book an appointment once a month and so far this year most of them have been canceled or rescheduled, it makes you question what appointments she will show up for.
My dog has been going to Woo Woo’s doggy daycare for several months and she absolutely loves it! She runs in their door every time I drop her off, so excited to see her doggy friends! I get a report card every day detailing all the fun she had, and she is exhausted from all the playtime when we get home at night. The cost is very reasonable and their operating hours are perfect for working pup parents. The staff are the nicest, most dog loving people I’ve ever met and I feel totally comfortable leaving my dog in their care all day. Highly recommend Woo Woo’s doggy daycare!
We recently got a new puppy that was in need of socialization and Woo Woo's Pet Adventure has been able to provide that. After just one day at daycare, we noticed a significant improvement in our puppy's behavior. In the last week, we have noticed a calmer, happier and more confident puppy. We started bringing our other dog who was very nervous and unsure at first but the morning of his second full day at daycare, he was running inside and very happy to see his friends again! Woo Woo's Pet adventure uses positive reinforcement to teach our dogs how they should behave. We are able to easily use their cues at home which creates a consistent and positive environment for my pups. Additionally, they provide ample toys and enrichment activities to keep the dogs physically and mentally stimulated throughout the day. This prevents the dogs from coming home with excess energy and reduces behavioral issues. We are very fortunate to have Jess and Kai in our lives to help care for our pets. Having someone who is passionate about animals and genuinely cares for their well-being is invaluable when you can't provide constant attention to your pets. It's clear that Jess and Kai have made a positive difference in our pets' lives, and we are fortunate to have them as part of our support system. It's clear that Woo Woo's Pet Adventure goes the extra mile to ensure a well-rounded and positive experience for our dogs. I am taking my puppy here for near 5 months now and I cannot be more happy 😍 I have to go to office 3 times a week and all those days my dog goes to this daycare. She is my first dog so I am so sensitive about her and change 3 daycare until I find woo woo and now not only I feel relax and calm when I leave my dog there, every time I tell her we are going to daycare she get super excited and cannot wait to get there and play. Which is a great sign that she is having fun I love that they have a limit for number of dog that take everyday and they group them based on size and behavior. They have different toys they can play with and they have small pools to play with water in hot weather, sandbox and so on I love everyone there, they love love dogs and super patient with them. I even mentioned that I am doing some training with lavender and they start doing them too which is amazing! I never hear any dog daycare do that. I also asked them to clip my dog nails (she hates it) and they tried a lot of times and different ways until they found a way to do it without my dog get scared!
Can't stress enough how much I recommend Woo Woo's Pet Adventure for doggy daycare and training. The owner and staff are amazing and my dogs absolutely love everyone who works there. When I go to pick them up, they do not want to leave and want to stay and keep playing. I have a dog who was very reactive and not confident. He is now a completely different dog who has improved so much all thanks to the staff at Woo Woo's.
Going to Woo Woo's is my dog's favorite part of the week! Over the last few months of going to daycare, I have seen a significant improvement in Neptune's demeanor and behavior at home. He comes home exhausted and happy, and he can't wait to do it all over again :) While the facility doesn't have puppy cams, Jess is good about posting fun moments on Instagram for you to see some great snapshots of the day! My dog, Phoebe, has been going to Woo Woo’s for almost 2 months and it has been amazing. Phoebe is 2 years old and this was her first experience with dog daycare. I was able to see a difference within 2 weeks. Woo Woo’s lets her get all of her energy out with other dogs. The staff are great and the owner is absolutely aces.
Our lab, Sammie, has been going to Woo Woo for 6 months now and he’s such a happier dog because of this place. Sammie was 4 months old when we adopted him and came to us with a few insecurities. The socialization and training that Woo Woo provides has been critical in his development and happiness. Jessie and her team love our big guy and you can see it. Sammie is now well adjusted, emotional and trusting. Dog training and transition just takes time, and this team has the best patience for it.

Jess and Kai at Woo Woo's are like family for our dog Pluto. Not only does he get socialization but as positive reinforcement trainers they have taught him fundamental skills of being a good dog like sit, down, leave it, crate training, etc. When ever my husband or I say "daycare" to him in the morning he gets so excited, it's his favorite place to go. Recently, Pluto had surgery on his leg and Jess has been checking on him every few days to hear how he is doing. We are so thankful to have Woo Woo's as part of ours and Pluto's lives.
I can’t say enough about Jess & Kai, my dog Katara absolutely loves going to Woo Woo’s. When I first called to inquire about their services, I left a message and immediately received a call back from Jess, which has not been the case with multiple daycares that I’ve contacted. Jess listened while I explained the “issues” I’ve been told that my dog has from a prior daycare. After her evaluation it turns out that her “issues” were not issues at all; Katara loves everyone and wants to play all the time, she is not aggressive, just playful. There is a difference and Jess & Kai’s knowledge of dog behavior and ability to recognize that difference is what makes Woo Woo’s such a great place. The facility is clean and well managed, there are multiple gates separating the lobby area from the daycare area so there is no chance of escaping dogs. I love that we get a report card at the end of the day, so we know how her day was. I would highly recommend Woo Woo’s to anyone looking for a safe place for their dog to socialize and have fun.
