Sheila and Ian were great! Very friendly, helpful and amenable. Sent regular updates with photos of Maisie and left the place very tidy when I came home, with a bowl of lovely home-made soup and some bread which meant I didn't have to run back out and get my dinner. Lovely people, highly recommended and Maisie seemed very happy too.
If you want the best of the best, it's Dan and Paige. They did a fantastic job. communication was great including pics of our Charlie and Ellie. But above and beyond, they actually taught these pups some manners and they are so much more relaxed and not jumping on everyone. The house was impeccably clean. What a treat that was since this is Easter weekend and we are having guests for dinner. They made friends with our neighbors and were obviously an asset to the neighborhood. Hopefully we can get them to sit for us again. Another big plus for the frozen peanut butter pies that were in our freezer when we got home.
My two pugs had fantastic care under Joe's watch. Joe asked all the right questions that made me confident that he cared about the pups' wellbeing. He is highly communicative before, during and after the stay and he provided frequent updates and photos of the pugs that I looked forward to while away. I came back to happy, healthy pups and a super clean apartment. 10/10 recommend Joe.
