We had such a lovely Christmas time staying in Amanda’s house with Ottie and Reggie. Amanda communicated well beforehand, and was so welcoming, organised and friendly when we arrived. The house is in a sweet road of well cared for terraced properties, 10 minutes walk away from Henleaze shopping parade, which has lovely delicatessens and coffee shops, with a Waitrose too. Amanda’s home is warm, comfortable and well equipped, with a very comfy bed, and we enjoyed relaxing there with her cute young cats, while also spending time over Christmas with our family in Bristol, who didn’t have room to put us up. Now to Ottie and Reggie - they are the cutest, amusing and affectionate 1-year old little brothers who won our hearts! Ottie is instantly friendly and Reggie takes a little longer to realise we’re ok humans! Ottie always reached up and asked to sit on our shoulders or laps, and Reggie loved his head and ears stroked, purring in delight. After a day or two he felt secure enough to climb on our laps for more cuddles. Feeding and the enclosed litter box were easy to do. We are so grateful to Amanda and her daughter for trusting us to look after their house and kitties over Christmas, while being happy for us to spend time with family nearby, which was such a help as we live two hours from Bristol. We would happily come back again, and would highly recommend this lovely housesit.
Tiffany was very welcoming and a great host. The guest room bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! Birdie became my new best friend and Mr. Toots will grace you with his presence when he feels like it. The backyard pool was a just an added bonus. Overall, a great sit.

Your and Alastair’s relaxed approach helped me to settle into the sit knowing you were at the end of the phone should I need you. I felt we connected even before meeting in person and I had lots of fun caring for your animals. Despite Bramble’s visual loss she is such a happy, loving little dog who has clearly adapted well and can hear a carrot being chopped from across the room! Bosun was an added bonus, the main hazard being his very waggy tail which occasionally would slap Bramble on the chops! 😂. She learned to keep back when she felt the breeze it created and got her own back when he blocked the route to her favourite spot on the sofa by just climbing over him. Amanda has trained my dog Rebel in obedience and dock diving. She got my dog Rebel titled in novice. She then gave him the confidence that he skipped a title in the Junior division and went straight to title in the Senior division. Rebel has become the well behaved and confident dog. I would definitely recommend her.
Know Trick K9 helped us so much with our dog, Josh! He is very high energy and was difficult to walk on a leash, especially when he would see other dogs. Amanda helped us learn how to manage him calmly on our walks and with his manners at home. Now we can enjoy his fun personality without the stress!

I traveled to Colorado for an English Bulldog, the day after we returned home with her, I could tell something wasn’t right, of course the breeder didn’t respond to my calls or text. I called this office on the verge of tears and the wonderful receptionist was kind and patient, we got In that very same day, my little Pumpkin is doing great! And she LOVES the staff at this office. I’ve also switched my other dogs to this office as well.

Like most dogs, mine gets nervous going to the vet but now that I’m taking her here she does so much better! Their office is always calm and they have very short lobby area wait times..if any at all. They are so attentive and really take time to listen to every concern I have. They also review all our options including giving straightforward cost. It’s a wonderful place and I won’t be taking my dogs anywhere else.
The staff that cared for my pup at this center yesterday were incredible - so gentle and kind towards her and reassuring me the whole time. All my questions were answered thoroughly and the care received was everything I could have hoped for in an urgent time of need. Grateful to have discovered this spot! And prices were very reasonable - even for a same day visit and treatment!
I have been a patient here for a long time with my 4 dogs. When I came in today my doctor was gone along with 3 other doctors, the front desk manager gone and the best assistant was gone! To say the least I was shocked! The vibe was very different and not in a good way at all! I spoke with a the manager and asked what was going on and with her bad attitude she said I should get used to new faces! I am now following the doctor that always helped us to Aztec Vet

Absolutely wonderful! They took such good care of my little princess Cloudy. She went in for an ear infection and they did a great job. I definitely recommend. They are attentive, sensitive, educated, and affordable. Even took the time to let her get comfy as she is a bit sensitive, being a big grumbly Mastiff. Thank you for being there for my sweet baby.
Horrible. Scheduled my cat an appointment to be neutered and got there 10 minutes early and waited 2 hours to have them see my cat and never called her name while the staff did nothing as my cat waited 2 hours In her cage with no apology once so ever. Do not recommend bringing any pet here
Our rescued Rez Dog was taken here to be spayed. Everyone there was wonderful! If I lived closer I’d take all my fur babies there!

I feel horrible. I took in two stray cats that needed help to this vet. They gave me medicine and requested further testing. I declined the test. Then, I wanted to take my other cat to this vet for regular vaccinations. They agreed this was appropriate and made me an appointment for her. I waited weeks and finally called the vet to verify the the date. The woman who works there says due to my communication issue (I'm autistic) They will no longer see any of my animals and also canceled my appointment for my other cat without telling me. They have no compassion for autistic people, they discriminate against autistic people, and have no compassion for regular cats either. They should be ashamed. Autistic people deserve regular treatment and so do their animals but this vet disagrees, schedules them and cancels their appointment without telling them, but autistic people have the communication problem?
I will definitely recommend this Vet clinic for your pet. They were extremely patient with our dogs and thorough when explaining their needs and specifics about their health. Our pets usually behave a little anxious in other places but felt comfortable there and with the staff. All of our questions were answered in detail our visit was never rushed. And we received our pets lab work results soon after. We are happy to know our pets will be well taken care of. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF!!!
Very nice people, but I took my fur baby in due to vomiting. All these tests were performed, and ex rays before I knew it, the bill was over 700.00 dollars. They told me they would call me with the blood results the same day but didn't. I called the following day and was told the Vet would be out. I asked them to please call me with the results instead of emailing them due to the fact that I'm older and do not have a laptop, and I have problems seeing them on my phone. I was then told that I had a balance because another test was ordered, and medication for diarrea was prescribed. My fur baby didn't have diarrea for over a week, and only 1 time as they should have known because I told them several times and also took a stool sample. I think they should notify the customer before ordering tests and medications. I'm on a fixed income and think I have the right to know since I'm paying for it. I also asked them to trim his nails, but that wasn't done. It's been a week. They did email the lab and ex rays results, so I assume everything is okay since animal health is not my field of expertise, so I'm going to call them today and ask. On the summary explaining when the vomiting started even after explaining several times, it was incorrect. I feel that I was not important enough to really listen to. I'm going to be looking for another place to have my dog cared for. I received a call today from Pawz to inform me that they would give me a credit for the test that was not charged during the visit. Also, they will document my file to call with results as I requested. I really appreciate Pawz reaching out to me. Pawz has always taken great care of my fur baby, and I will be considering not changing to another clinic.

Would never recommend this vet!!! Traumatized my dog so bad that he has become aggressive and scared of everything!! I watch the vet tech drag my dog to the exam room after surgery!! He is now scared of leashes handing out treats and is not the same baby I used to have I appreciate the horrible care of my animal and I truly hope you guys fail as a business because i am afraid to take my dog anywhere i appreciate it so so so much! I don't need a remedy or a solution or a response from you people just want people to know the kind of service you provide And not to bring there animals to you regardless of the reviews!

I was having a horrible day and screwed up the time of my appointment for my two dogs and showed up half an hour late. Dr. Spohn and her staff (I’m so sorry I didn’t get your names!) still made time for us even though we were clearly the last appointment there. They took the time to really listen to me, assess my dogs, explain treatment plans, all without feeling rushed. I felt like they really cared about the well-being of the dogs. I would highly, highly recommend Pawz to Care! Thank you all for your kindness!

They've been great. My cat has some major arthritis issues and they took the time to help me understand the situation better, provided useful options with varying degrees of cost and effort, and at no time tried to make me feel shame for seeing my pets as pets and not my own children.
Stopped in on a whim and really enjoyed the customer service I recieved. The man was very helpful and talked me through several options. They also have a decent selection of dog supplies.
The Wild Birdhouse took great care of our dog Monty. He isn’t a fan of getting a hair cut, so I appreciate them explicitly taking their time so he gets breaks. They did an amazing job going above and beyond, he smells lovely soft. I was pleasantly surprised to see a handsome little bow tie when I picked him up. Most importantly he wasn’t traumatized, like he has been in the past with other groomers. Can’t wait to take him back. I would highly recommend.

The new owner is terrible. Supposedly called and confirmed our appointment (that we waited three months for) but turns out they left a VM on my line that says to text because I don’t check it. We drive 40 minutes to get there so we called at opening to confirm ourselves and said we’d be there at 10. That was confirmed. The new owner cancelled on us at 10:04 as we were getting there. We explained we drive 40 minutes and we’re pulling up. He didn’t care. Told him he was going to lose a customer and we drive over an hour between both ways, he said fine. This place has gone way down hill since the old owners left. I’ll never go back. Hope this post saves someone else the trouble. Per his response, my lady was in there at 10:05 and I tried to post the photo of her call to me letting me know he didn't care. Again, don't say 10 is ok knowing we have to drive that far (which we stated and were told that time was fine). Awful service. No other customers were in there and he had time to post a response to my review, just not take care of us? Terrible

The grooming is done in a great manner. My Bandita loves her visit because I usually get her some treats or toys whenever I take her. They're gentle with her and did a great job at a great price.
We made an appointment for 8am to have our pets groomed only to be told they wouldn’t be ready at or about 2pm, that’s 6 hours. We’ve been coming here for 10 years and NEVER had our pets stay that long. Furthermore, my wife asked for a specific cut for our female, exactly like she previously had (xtra $$$), and she came out looking like her brother. When I called about 12:15 for an update we were told our male was just finished, we were told he was started on as soon as he arrived at 8am, that’s 4 hours for a normal cut. Our female (with special cut) was done in about 2 hours. My wife brushes them (Shih Tzus) every day and was even acknowledged by the groomer for doing so. Today, the excuse was that they were matted up! Really! NEVER AGAIN!

Briana did a house call today to do wing and nail trims for my 3 birds. My cockatiel recently started getting seizures when I would take him to the vet to get a nail trim. This time, there were no seizures and it was much less stressful for the birds to not be loaded in their travel cages and take the trip to the vet. I highly recommend Brianna and Purple Paws Pet Care. Outstanding customer service, and very reasonable fees!

Cutting her nails, cleaning ears, and regular maintenance was daunting for my parents. Discovering Purple Paw Pet Care has been life changing, for Oreo, myself, and my parents. This company takes the stress away of trying to do pet maintenance yourself, or trucking your pet somewhere. Our Great Pyrenees rescue, Dolly, enjoyed her time with the ladies this morning over lots of positive reinforcement, freeze dried liver treats and a pot of peanut butter while having her talon length nails expertly trimmed and all the chunky clunkies removed from behind her ears, tail and pants. I have never used this service before. Purple Paw Pet Care, LLC joined us during the Great Greyhound Global Walk this morning. I have also never in 7 yrs seen Amelia's tongue just hang out in relaxed, pure pleasure. She is getting her ears cleaned. Both of my Greyhounds got the spa treatment from these gals at the park. They come to your house. I sure hope they have room for another client (or 3.)
Briana is amazingly patient and super compassionate. One of the hidden gems I’m glad to have discovered. She’s helped with trimming nails on my dogs to administering antibiotics to my goats. Don’t hesitate, she won’t disappoint!
My dog suffers so bad with allergies year round. Purple Paws has been giving my dog medicated baths. It is the best thing that has worked and has relieved him drastically. These ladies are awesome and good with any size dog!!

We are so grateful to get to work with Briana! We've been utilizing her mobile services 2x/month since November 2021, and can't be happier with the service and care she takes with our dog. Briana is very thorough and knowledgeable. My dog needs regular vet care and has the worst anxiety about getting out. Having that care at home where he can be calm and happy is such a blessing.
Briana is simply the best. She's patient wirh Bosque, my cat, who doesn't like her nails trimmed. Briana gets it done without any fuss in 5 minutes. Bosque actually likes her. Usually, Bosque doesn't like anybody but me. Briana's reliable, punctual, reasonably priced and works with your schedule and last minute changes with no problem.
