We had a lovely experience with Lauren and Justin. They took wonderful care of our home and kitties, and we really appreciated the updates and pictures of our fur babies while we were away. Before we went away, Lauren was very communicative while arranging the sit, and we felt very comfortable knowing our kitties were in their capable and caring hands throughout our time away. We highly recommend Lauren and Justin, and would be lucky to have them sit for us again.
Paul and Lynnea were very nice and attentive to us, they welcomed us very well in their beautiful apartment. Nissa is a very beautiful cat, very affectionate, and calm, we will miss her very much. The apartment is very cozy, organized and clean, and has all the comforts. We really liked getting to know Rokko Island, it is a very quiet island with a supermarket, pharmacy and other stores, it is very well connected, the transportation works very well. 😸🌸🙌
They were great dogs and Daniel was great to communicate with and fast to respond when there was questions.
I had a lovely stay with Tigger in the beautiful town of Meonstoke. Laura and Gerry's home is beautiful and comfortable. Laura was great with communicating prior to check in so I felt confident arriving even after they had already departed. The village is like something out of a storybook. Every home is beautiful. All the flowers were in bloom (in May) It's a very quiet village surrounded by nature. There is a wonderful pub within walking distance that has surprisingly amazing pizza. A little further down the road is a very adorable shop that is well stocked with everything you could need. I spent two weeks here in this beautiful home. It is definitely a slower paced area, but that's exactly what I was looking for. I spent a lot of time walking on the footpath down the street. Laura and Gerry's garden is beautiful! If Laura has left you some of her sourdough bread, then you are very lucky! It is so delicious, especially with Gerry's homemade lemon marmalade. They have a lovely neighbor, Denise, who came over, introduced herself and offered to show me the way to the store and the trailhead. She also let me know that she was going to Winchester in a few days and offered me a ride, if I would like to join her. I would highly recommend this house sit. Wonderful people, and a beautiful home. Tigger was super low maintenance. She was definitely a little shy, and liked staying in her comfort zone, but she is so sweet! 10 out of 10!
I loved my stay. Penny is a very loveable cat, and she grew on me quickly. Morag was very informative and welcoming, even gave me a ride to the train station. Thank you!
Sitting for Cameron was a breeze. She was chill, laid back, super responsive, and had two sweetie pie cats in the Upper West Side. Her apartment was conveniently close to Central Park, which was a nice walk and walking distance to so many museums, cafes, restaurants, and bars to check out. The AC in the bedroom saved us from NYC’s muggy Summer! But besides the occasional jaunt outside, we spent a lot of time indoors with the kits. Salsa and Chips are a heck of a duo. Salsa, greeting me on day 1 literally with licks on my face and shy Chips with such a strong "I'm Hungry!" meow. Our nicknames for Salsa were "Little Princess" and "Salsa Picante" 'cause she's such a spicy girl! Chips' nicknames were "Little Prince" and "Chocolate Chip" ‘cause he’s such a sweet boy. They're both a great mix of high energy and chill. They love their treats, and they love playtime even more. Chips amazes me with his acrobatics each time. He could probably play for hours! They loved their Cat TV, hanging out by the window, and pouncing through their cat tunnels. And I loved Cameron's catified set up of her home! I took some notes down for us to do that for our girls! These two kittens were very fun to get to know and care for. Very easy to look after and their antics had us laughing throughout the day. Thank you Cameron for the wonderful opportunity to stay at your place and care for your babies. ~Melquea and James
Mika was such a kind and generous host. There were two dogs Hamish and Hallie, both strong, fun and adorable, and our little dog took a real shine to Hallie. He followed her around everywhere. We quickly settled into a routine each day with walks, feeding, play and sleep! The dogs loved playing together then would flake out for several hours. The house is packed full of history - totally unique. The garden is beautiful and would be fantastic for a summer house sit. There were nice walks by nearby fields. The village nearby had a deli with the best bread and there was a Coop there too. We had good communication each day. We will miss ‘Sir Hamish’ and ‘Lady Hallie’.
