Lisa Ann arrived the day before our departure, as previously arranged. This gave us plenty of time to relax, to get to know each other, and to go over our mutual expectations. She is a lovely person who obviously cares about the animals under her care. She provided us with updates and photos of Gracie and Skook via email, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, Lisa Ann had to deal with a medical emergency with one of the dogs, which required that we connect with her and our vet via Zoom. Lisa Ann did an awesome job of handling all aspects of the situation - the vet even commented how well Lisa Ann handled everything. We are so grateful that she was there to look after our girls. We returned to a very clean house and yard. We would love to have Lisa Ann back to look after our house and dogs again, and would highly recommend her!
I had great contact leading up to Jacob’s stay. That was comforting. He arrived promptly. We returned to a tidy home and well cared for pets. He was very competent. Looking forward to having him sit again.
This was our first experience with zeewoi, and we couldn't be happier. We were a little wary at first about having a stranger stay in our home, but Susan is gem. She's a lovely, lovely person and conscientious about absolutely everything. While we were away, she sent us regular emails (with photos) to let us know that everything was OK. When we returned home, our house was immaculate, our garden looked wonderful, and our kitty was happy, healthy, and obviously very well cared for. We give Susan five stars in every category and would give her more stars if we could. We recommend wholeheartedly and without reservation.
Pet sitting for Sebastian and Sara was a wonderful experience. Their communication and flexibility made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Jenna, their dog, was an absolute delight to look after. She greeted me with excitement every time I returned home from an outing, which was so heartwarming! Their home near the beach was a lovely place to stay, with all the accommodations you could ask for. I would highly recommend pet sitting for them to anyone.
