We had Joanna and Lucia sit for us for 3 weeks in August 2021. They arrived on time for their orientation and fully understood all that was required of them. As well they asked totally appropriate questions relating to the care of our home and our pets ...... 2 cats, one deaf and one a very timid but gentle feral cat and our dog Oliver. Oliver was torn between them and us when we returned home. A good comment on the care and walks he received. As well, our home was left in excellent clean condition with everything put away. They even laundered the bedding they used, bonus! Who wants more laundry after a trip. They were respectful of our strata subdivision and its rules. Ramon, Miranda & Venry their son went above and beyond in taking care of my house and my cat Nino and are very responsible, my cat Nino got sick the night before I left for my business trip, I had to take him to the vet before I left and he was prescribed quite a few medications, Ramon came with me to the vet and made sure he knew what medications to give to Nino and when to give them to him, they understood it was stressful for me and reassured me that they will take good care of him and they kept me updated on how he was doing, when I returned back from my trip the house was cleaner than when I left it, I am truly grateful for their help in taking care of Nino and my home.

We have never used a pet sitter before Danielle as we always had family members watch our pets. I am SO thankful for Danielle and the care she provides our animals. Danielle and Launa are AMAZING! They watched my two cats and dog while my husband and I were out of town for a week, and I came home to 3 happy animals. My dog isn't a fan of new people entering the house, but during the consultation, I could tell that they knew how to handle an unsure/uncomfortable dog. Danielle is absolutely amazing. During our first consult our naughty Lab ran out the front door. Not only did Danielle chase after him, she also stopped traffic on 1st Street in downtown Loveland so he wouldn’t be hit by traffic. Danielle watched my cats when I was out of town and she did an incredible job! I really appreciated her thorough text updates and the adorable photos she would send.
