I was looking for a doggy daycare facility because I am currently taking care of a sick relative. Simon, my sweet Lhasapoo, had never been to a doggy day care, so I was an anxious mess. Lenora was soooo very patient and kind to both Simon and me. I will definitely bring him back. He needs to work on his social skills, and I’m more than sure he will get better with the team that’s assembled there. Thank you for your patience and overall kindness while my family works through a very difficult time. Simon and I look forward to seeing you all very soon!

My little guy loves the team at GoDog RTP- and he doesn’t usually like people in general! I’ve had to travel a lot recently and they always take great care of him when he boards. The staff is great, they ask for a lot of info so they can make sure your pet gets what they need, and I appreciate all the options and the fun perks… especially the daily playtime photos! On this trip we opted for a bath and he came home looking great with a cute little bandana. Very thankful for the team who give me peace of mind whenever I have to leave him.

I have taken my foster dog, Beauty, to GoDog RTP for day camp to get socialized with other dogs and enjoy some play time. She's easily startled and suffers from anxiety of other dogs. She loves humans, but is adjusting to dogs. At the end of her first day of camp, a labradoodle was her friend. I have boarded her there as well and she met one of the staff's dogs, a German Shepard. The RTP staff is very friendly and welcoming. The campus is attractive, clean, and inviting. I will continue to take Beauty to GoDog RTP to meet and play with new furry friends.

We had been going to a doggy camp for almost 2 years in Durham and were recently told we needed to find other care for our pup. With an upcoming wedding out of state and honeymoon out of the country we were Feeling nervous and scared to switch daycare for our pup we decided to give godog a try. Everything has been great so far! Super helpful when I call or email. They give me updates about his days and how he’s acclimating when I ask. I Love seeing my pup on camera. He seems to be enjoying himself and I feel a sense of relief knowing he’s in good care.

We have taken our dog to 3 daycare/boarding locations (all with cameras that we watch diligently to keep an eye on him) due to us moving several times, we decided to try GoDog because we might be moving to the RTP area. This is the first and only bad experience we have had at any daycare, our dog usually has a blast and gets good reviews from all of the staff! When I dropped off our dog he was calm and his usual self, he loves to play though and is a high energy dog! When I watched him on the cameras 5 min later he was barking and definitely not himself - not sure what happened in that time frame that freaked him out so badly. Apparently, because he was barking I watched a staff member aggressively push him. I'm all for corrective actions but an aggressive shove for a barking dog is not okay. This is also the ONLY daycare I have ever seen where the staff are sitting in chairs in the middle of the play area. When I picked him up I could immediately tell he was not himself and it took several hours for him to calm down after, I'm used to him being tired after a good day of playing at daycare but this was something else entirely. I suppose if you have an older or lazier breed dog who just wanders about the yard this might be an okay spot, but if you have a dog that is higher energy and wants to play he certainly won't be monitored by attendants sitting in chairs or that are up and shoving dogs around aggressively. We certainly will not be back and encourage everyone to closely monitor what happens on camera.

Lucky dogs, lucky owners! So glad GoDogRTP opened - my dogs get excited when we turn into the parking lot and can’t wait to get inside and play. What a professionally—run business with people who really do love dogs. The pups come home so tired and content and love the time they get with other dogs and the GoDog staff. Great for daycare and boarding.

Thank you so much for taking in my Buttercup ❤️ she really did enjoy her time and i'm so happy she did ☺️, I was so worried at first it being her 1st time boarding and doing daycare but I was able to watch the cameras with no problem and they answered any time I called and or had questions! This was my first experience having to board my dog. From the drop off to the pick up and all the updates in between it was such a great and seamless experience. I would hands-down refer anyone to GoDog RTP. Feel confident your pet will be in safe hands.

If your pup is not perfect don’t waste your time. I lost $2500 on a trip because they called me to pick up my dog within 24 mins of me dropping her off. I found another facility where the employees are not scared of less than perfect dogs and she is doing great! The employees here seep fear and your animal can tell!! Don’t waste your time if your pup will be scared or has never been boarded before.

We have been taking our dog there for a few months now. Daycare and boarding experiences have both been great! The staff is always very friendly and are very good with the dogs. I like being able to check in on him using the cameras too. Highly recommend!

Loving Bond Pet Service offers an amazing service. We have used them at least 3 times for extended periods of time. I have three dogs with varying needs. I have an older dog who needs more care and medication, a very shy and skittish dog, and a very active six month old puppy. I always feel at ease leaving them with Marianne and Jenny. We receive amazing feedback with constant updates and pictures of our fur babies. It is evident that they really love taking care of your pets and my dogs seem to adore them! I hated boarding my dogs and I am so grateful I found such amazing pet sitters. It makes going away much easier. I highly recommend Loving Bond Pet Services!

We absolutely love Marianne and Jenny, but most importantly, our two pups do! We have an older pit and a very energetic lab/pit mix. They take care of and love on our boys so well. We get pictures every visit and they make sure the boys are happy and healthy. What blows me away is how thoughtful they are. We have a new baby at home and Marianne saw we needed a filter to be changed, so she grabbed one we had stowed away and took care of it for us. Noone else will take the time to see that and address it - such a small thing but speaks volume of who they are. Will never use another dog sitter if they’re okay with it lol

Marianne has taken care of my cat a few times while I've been away. He can be a bit of a handful, so I need the right person who knows how to handle him. I was lucky to find Marianne; she is great with him and is always very reliable. Before my last trip out of town, he had a minor medical situation that she had no problem handling. I know that when I'm away he will be in very good hands!

We’ve used them twice now and both times have been great! Our pups are a bit high maintenance and require extra care. Our boxer mix is very skittish and they took the time for an extra visit to make home more comfortable. They do great check-in’s and give very reliable updates. We trust them with our babies and would recommend highly!

We've never used a pet sitter before but Robin was fantastic! She went out of her way to make time for us for an otherwise busy fourth of July week and worked with us on our preferred schedule. Our two cats can be a lot of work but Robin left us incredibly detailed messages of all she did, took lots of pictures, and even let us know we were almost out of something so we could pick it up before returning home! We're so thankful we can leave our pets without worry!

What a wonderful experience- Robin is amazing and after this week I think my cat might like her more than me! I was nervous to leave Juniper alone for so long but after the first update I knew there would be no issues. Robin made sure to send in depth notes about each visit and lots of photos (which always made my day). I’ve never come home from a trip away without June being sort of grumpy at me but this time she was relaxed and very happy, like we hadn’t left at all. I should also mention that the set up process was a breeze and we had a meet and greet beforehand just to get everyone acquainted. I can’t recccomend Robin and Pure Love enough!!

We have been using Pure Love Pet Sitting for the past two years and I can honestly say that our vacations and work trips are more relaxing knowing our pets are in good hands. Not only are they hands on and loving with our fur babies, they are amazing when it comes to leaving little updates and notifications with each visit they make. Robin is the best! I have a senior dog with some behavior quirks and Robin worked with me to make sure my dog was comfortable with her before sitting for my 3 day trip. This was the first time I have tried in-home sitting and it was a great success! Robin is calm, confident and loving with my dog, which I think makes a huge difference in my dog being comfortable with her. All of my instructions were followed to a T. I received a detailed written report with pictures after every visit. I loved seeing the pictures of my dog playing and snuggling with Robin; happy as a clam at home vs stressed at a kennel. Robin is a cat whisperer! My cat is afraid of everyone….except Robin. He actually greets her at the door when she comes to feed him and lets her pet him. This was the best experience I’ve had with a pet sitter! My cats are messy eaters and worse with the litter box. Robin is amazing at cleaning up everything!! She communicates all details and sends great pictures!! I felt so relaxed knowing my cats were in great care! I would high recommend Pure Love Pet Sitting!

Robin and Jeremy are absolutely the best. Do not hesitate to reach out to them if you are in need of pet sitting. One of our pups was diagnosed with pancreatitis prior to leaving town. With the meds and strict food intake, and the idea of boarding them we almost canceled our trip. Instead, I reached out to the Pure love team and they scheduled a meet and greet to meet the dogs and come up with a scheduled plan. They exceeded our expectations and we will be a forever customer. The dogs loved Jeremy and he sent us updates and photos through the affiliate app they use. It's easy to access and message for updates and questions. I cannot thank them enough for caring for our fur babies!

We were fortunate to have such a kind and caring person as Jeremy taking care of our cat (Winslow) while we were away. Jeremy went the extra mile during each visit, including vacuuming around the litter box after scooping it out and cleaning up where he saw that Winslow had thrown up. My wife keeps marveling at how clean our house was when we returned! Jeremy also sent us lots of wonderful pictures of Winslow each day, including the three that are posted. It was clear from the pictures that Winslow was very comfortable with Jeremy and was enjoying his usual routines of drinking from the faucet and getting lots of attention. Jeremy may have taken better care of Winslow than we do! I’m sure Winslow is looking forward to the next time we leave town so that he can be completely spoiled again. We felt very comfortable with Pure Love Pet Sitting taking care of our cat and our house while we were away and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone!

Robin is amazing!!! I reached out to her last minute within days of our trip and she was able to squeeze us in her schedule no problem. The app she uses to schedule the visits is easy to use and leaves no room for confusion. She went above and beyond during her visits, sent us a bunch of pictures and details of what the visit included. I love how detail oriented she is, she not only took care of our dog but made sure our home was safe too. We knew our dog was in good hands and we were able to relax and enjoy our trip 100%. They helped us back before COVID when our dog was just a puppy and we needed someone to give him a mid-day walks and now come by for our kitties when we are out of town. I am so happy with the care my sitter Holly gives my 2 german shepard babies and my kitty. I love that I can schedule or change my pet sitting needs online and they are quick to respond. I also get email and text updates for each visit with pictures. I have gone through several Pet sitting services and I have finally found a trustworthy and consistent one I will keep for along time.

We used Four Paws services during the winter holidays in 2022. Our sitter, Holly, was fantastic and communicated with us daily, providing pictures of the boys when they weren't hiding. ;) We came home to happy cats, cleaned litter boxes, and when a nasty storm blew over our recycling, Holly picked up the yard. Forever our go to!

It has taken me awhile to get to writing a review for Four Paws but I wanted to make sure I did. Four Paws helped me with my dog for the 4 years I was in veterinary school. I had an older Labrador who steadily declined in health over those 4 years and required greater care. I had a few dog walkers and each of them were helpful but my most consistent walker, Ann, did an INCREDIBLE job. She left me extremely thorough notes and always texted me while I was in class to give me an update. She would send pictures, give Lola special treats and even gave us presents at times. She was incredibly thoughtful and did not complain about the extra effort it took with my dog. She knew how much she meant to me and always made sure I was informed and let me know of anything that concerned her with my dog's health as well. She was responsible, timely and so compassionate. If I could keep Ann around me and my pets forever, I gladly would! Four Paws was always prompt in returning emails of any concerns and was willing to work with me with my sometimes difficult schedule and on a quick-needs basis. They were able to get through the gates of my apartment with no issues working with the staff and I was extremely satisfied with their services (and as I said, especially with Ann!). I am moving and looking for a new dog walking service and I'm nervous it won't be as great as experience as I have had with 4 Paws so thank you all for the help!

Kato and her team did a very thorough job learning about our cat's needs and preferences before our trip. This attention to detail paid off, as our pet sitters Ginny and Becca both went above and beyond in taking care of our little Hazel. They sent us a detailed summary of their visits twice daily, including several photos and amusing anecdotes. In addition, they took care of our home while we were away, took out trash, collected mail, etc. We would not hesitate in recommending Bone-A-Fide to any pet owner!

We have been using Bone-A-Fide Pet Care for overnight pet sitting and daily care for over a year now. Our fur baby, Lucy, is 14 years old and the care given to her has far exceeded our expectations. We have used Bone-A-Fide for bi-weekly dog walks for 7+ years. First for one dog, then with several fosters, and finally with the addition of our 2nd dog. They have always been very responsive and attentive to our dogs’ needs. They have worked with us through training challenges, occasional illness, extreme weather and even the pandemic! After each walk, we always get a full report – with photos, and it’s obvious that the dog walkers really care. Our dogs LOVE their dog walker – and we trust her implicitly. Highly recommend!

We travel regularly and boarding is hard for everyone under the best circumstances! I recently used Best In Show Pet Sitting to watch our two kitties while my family was traveling for a week, and it was such a great experience. Hillary made the process so easy, and the cats loved her. She kept us updated via text including adorable pics and videos of our babies every single day while we were gone. It was so comforting to see the kitties each day, and to know that they were being so well-cared-for. I will gladly use her services again when we need to leave home for an extended duration.

When your cats don't look excited to see you when you get home from vacation, then you know they like the Pet sitter! I have 2 older cats, 15 and 17, both on medication. Hilary came in and was great with both cats! Best in Show is the first pet sitter I've used and we will always call Hilary when we need a sitter after the great care that our cats received! I love Creature Comforts! The one star review left by the lady who is upset about the food and supposed nail trim she “paid for” is absolutely ridiculous. I have been going here daily for 3 years now, for daycare and for boarding purposes as well as grooming purposes, and they take the utmost care of their animals. At one time I was planning to work there and got a tour of the facilities, and the cleanliness, as well as the love and care shown to each pet was incredible. Grooming is always done as requested, and extra care is taken if your pet has any known reactions or aggressive tendencies. They communicate fantastically about anything regarding your pet, and if you want will even send you pictures whenever requested. My dog is always so thrilled to see any of the staff, and coming from an anxious, reactive dog who is not comfortable with people at all, says a lot to me. Plus they are in the same parking lot as their vets office, which really puts me at ease having a senior dog, knowing that she will be in good hands should anything (god forbid) happen to her healthwise. I absolutely recommend this place! People just want to get things for free and don’t remember what they said before so when they lie it really shows through.

We take Buckshot to Creature Comforts for doggie day care and when we are out of town. They know our dog and he gives them 4 tail wags for reliability and TLC. The only negative is they are closed on Sunday

I spoke with Kim about a last-minute reservation for some unexpected travel I had to undertake. She was incredibly kind, sweet, empathetic, and helpful. She made sure I could get my pooch in that day and that he would be beyond comfortable while I was gone. I was nervous about boarding my dog since I’d only recently gotten him recently, but the services provided were excellent. I’m sure that he had a great time playing with other dogs while I was gone and getting lots of attention from the staff. I will definitely bring my dog back here, and I’m so happy they could accommodate me last minute.

We have been taking our dog Lola here for nearly a year now and we are so happy with their services! She is also a patient next door at Cornwallis Animal Hospital which not only makes it convenient for us, but also assures me that if there were any emergency, the vet is right there. The staff at Creature Comforts Inn works with Lola's high energy and have even helped her with socializing better with the other dogs. It's great that there somewhere I trust with my baby when I have to head into the office and don't want to leave her at home alone. I'm very grateful for them!

My dog Millie loves boarding and daycare at Creature Comforts Inn! She is always so excited to go and spend time with the team (both caretakers and doggos!) Excellent facility and excellent staff that will accommodate a lot of needs. My only gripe is that I wish they were still open for pick up on Sunday, but five starts nonetheless.

My dog, Cooper, has been going to doggy daycare everyday at Creature Comforts Inn since August 2020. They have been an absolute life saver for me and my dog with my work schedule. They take such an amazing care of my dog and have been so easy to work with. Cooper is excited to go to daycare everyday and always comes back to me just as happy. They have really customized Cooper's care to fit his needs and I could never thank them enough for that. I would recommend Creatures Comforts Inn to anyone looking for a safe and fun place for their dog to go while you work.

They treat the dogs and cats as if they were their own. Morning and afternoon play times for the pups. Wading pools in the summer. If too hot or cold playtime is inside.Cats get personal attention, a comfy condo & ? playtime. Highly recommend this place, one fills out a form ahead of time each time for specifics preferences & needs for your pet. Our dig pulls us into Creature Comforts & barely has time to say goodbye, she is that excited to be there with her friends!

We bring our dog Otis to daycare at Creature Comforts Inn at least once a week and he LOVES it. It is so wonderful to be able to socialize our dog (and simultaneously get a break from him) at a place where he is getting the best care. All we have to say is “daycare” and he runs to the door with excitement. The prices are the best, the hours are perfect, the care is fabulous. Do yourself a favor and check them out asap!

My dog Chester LOVES coming to Creature Comforts Inn! The staff clearly cares about him and his well-being. Pickup/dropoff is a breeze. The prices are very fair and they offer packages at a discount. You can easily request and manage daycare sign-ups using their online portal. Added bonus is that there is an animal hospital right next door if anything should ever happen, I know my dog will be taken care of quickly.

Rachel just watched our two Cockapoos, a female 17.5 y/o, & a 12.5 y/o male for13 days at her house while we were out of the country. My wife said it was the 1st time she never worried about the dogs while we were gone. Rachel's house is a perfect "dog oasis" a dedicated sunroof w/ furniture & slate floors, as well as a beautiful backyard for them to explore. Our older dog was so well taken of by Rachel, that we both commented that she looked "younger" after her "spa vacation". I would not hesitate to ever use Rachel again.

My little pup had the time of her life at Loving Care. I had heard from neighbors how wonderful Rachel was and about her extensive care with animals. This past week, I was able to “see” it all in action. From the moment I met her, there was instant trust and I was able to see that my pup would be in loving hands and, more importantly, she would be safe while we traveled. Rachel is attentive, organized, insured, licensed, and the list goes on and on. Also, Rachel is very cautious about the introduction of dogs to ensure there is a safe bond. Furthermore, she only has 2 guest dogs at any time. My pup was a part of her household and life which allowed her to be more comfortable while we traveled. I highly recommend Rachel and am so happy I used her for our past trip.

Rachel enabled me to enjoy my vacation without worrying about my dog and cat. Rachel took my young, extremely active dog for daily hikes, sent pictures of their adventures and sent gps generated maps so I could see what kind of fun my dog was having. My shy little kitty Slept with Rachel!! I felt totally at peace leaving my beloved pets with Rachel.

Rachel is everything she tells you she is. I came home to a happy and tired out puppy who had solid fun and adventures the whole time I was away. I was kept up to date throughout with photos and videos and notes about how things were going. I’ve never been so comfortable being away from my beloved dog and home. We love Rachel!

Our experience was wonderful ❤️Rachel’s attention to detail made me so comfortable. 3-5 mile hikes daily ( this is my routine so I was thrilled that Rachel kept it up) I home cook for Bella and usually have to precook and freeze but Rachel made her food fresh daily which saved me tons of time. Got pics and texts every day, along with personal details. Rachel uses a Whistle tag that she sent to show me Bella’s progress. The peace of mind I have knowing my girl is in capable hands no matter what comes up, along with all the love and personal attention she gets is priceless.

Love. Love. Love. We are so excited to have found such a caring professional to take care of our fur nuggets when we are away! We have a large dog with some behavioral quirks that make it difficult to find care (ie he gets kicked out of day care, lol). But Rachel used her experience and skill to win him over in the end. She stayed at our house for 5 nights and sent us updates with pictures like we asked. It is so nice to have peace of mind when we need to be away. Thanks Rachel!!

Rachel is a reliable and caring pet sitter. She took care of our 3 cats for almost two weeks each time. Rachel sent us text messages with pictures to update us on how our cats were doing, so we were reassured that they were well taken care of. She also spent time playing with them and bringing them some toys that they were interested in. One of our cats had an accident, but Rachel cleaned everything up so it was nice to come home and not to worry about cleaning the floor after a long flight. Overall, Rachel is a trustworthy and caring pet sitter who we highly recommend.

Rachel and Loving Care Pet Sits is the absolute best! I was very hesitant to leave my 2 small dogs behind as we usually travel with them but this vacation was going to have to be without them. From the moment we were in contact Rachel made me feel so very comfortable. You can see that she has plenty of experience with animals. She was very thorough in finding out all the information regarding each of my dogs behaviors and habits. She stayed overnight for 4 nights and it was great getting updates and pictures. We recently used Rachel for overnight pet sitting services. This was a fairly new pet for us and the first time we had left her alone overnight, so I was pretty anxious. Our cat looked very content on all videos and photos Rachel sent daily, and she stuck to her routine. Our cat loves to play and Rachel kept her entertained. She was very responsive to all text messages I sent while we were gone. You can tell she’s an animal lover and we definitely recommend.

We have 2 cats and a dog that needed a sitter while we were out of town. We have only been in the area a short while so we hadn't been able to establish a pet sitter previously and our dog takes a while to warm up to new people. Edward from Lucy's Pet Care was a godsend. He was so patient with our dog while she warmed up to him and because of his patience she was so excited to see him and play with her new friend when he came to see her every day. We got daily updates and photos and you could tell our animals were very happy and well taken care of while we were away. We will definitely be using Lucy's again. On top of the great staff, booking is easy once your account is set up, and the company really works to find the perfect staff person to meet your needs. Communication was great as well from everyone. So thankful we found Lucy's.

Lucy's Pet Care provides the BEST service and care for your pets while you are away! After knowing exactly who was coming to my home, I knew that my pets were in good hands. I was very impressed with Callie, who took care of my three dogs while I was away. She gave any medication that was needed and sent me an email update along with photos of the furry ones at the end of each day. It gave me much relief knowing that my dogs were well taken care of. When I needed additional pet sitting, it was easy to get in touch with Lucy and Callie. I came home to an incredibly clean house with very happy pups there to greet me. I will definitely be recommending this service to anyone who needs a good pet sitter for either a relief walk during the day or a pet sitter while away for an extended period of time.

He came once before we left for vacation to meet our cats and get all the information about their usual routine. We had him scheduled for twice daily visits and he was here like clockwork! We recently moved to the area and had to take a short trip away. We were nervous about leaving our 3 little cats in the hands of strangers, but had to do it. When I first contacted Lucy, I left a message late in the evening, thinking that she would return the call the next day. I was so wrong - she returned it within 5 minutes! :) Needless to say, this was indicative of our entire experience was with Lucy's Pet Care service. Everyone is very friendly and very efficient AND, most importantly, very caring of our pets. Our cats were well cared for, had clearly been playing and enjoying the company of Daiane, who stayed overnight. What a wonderful gift to know that your pets are loved and receiving not only the food, water and litter changes, but also the attention, fun and love they all need. We continue to use them and will likely do so in the future, because we have always received the best care from Lucy and her staff. They are simply wonderful! :)

Lucy Moore has done two overnight stays (Dinner 'til Dawn package) with our two dogs and cat at our home in recent weeks. We have been very pleased and don't have a single complaint. Before the overnight visits, Lucy came to our home, spent some time with our animals, and talked through their whole routine with us to make sure she understood their needs. She also uses a full online profile to keep detailed records on the animals and their routines and requirements. Lucy was very prompt in all communications with us. She even arrived a bit early the first night she stayed at our home. She was great about keeping us up to date on how all three of our animals were doing, sending us pictures and text messages throughout her stay. She left our home in perfect condition, brought our mail in, and left us a detailed note about her visit. Most importantly, she took loving and thoughtful care of our animals while we were out of town. Our older dog needs medication and she was diligent about providing this to him right on schedule. We feel very comfortable having Lucy as a guest in our home. She is an excellent and trustworthy care giver and offers very affordable services. We will unquestionably use her service again in the future, in fact we already have two additional visits scheduled in the next month. Highly recommend Lucy's Pet Care!

We are new to Durham and have just discovered Lucy's Pet Care. We were matched with Callie, who recently took care of our two kitties while we were out of town for 4 days. The service was highly professional and well thought out. They went way beyond what we had expected when we first started looking for a pet care service. Callie came to our house prior to our leaving at no extra charge to meet our cats and to discuss their routines. We got daily texts- and pictures!- about how they were doing. Extras like bringing in mail, turning lights on/off, etc. were no extra charge. Both Lucy and Callie were delightful and I would highly recommend the service.
