We had an initial call with Steph to talk about the sit and she was very friendly and open. We had lots of communication prior to agree timings, pick up etc so we were in a good and organised place when she arrived. Steph stayed the night before we left so we could settle her with the dogs and we got to know each other a bit more which also helped us feel super comfortable to leave our dogs and house in her care. The dogs loved Steph - and are still holding a vigil at her bedroom door in the hope she’ll return! We had daily updates & pics which was great for us. The dogs and the house were in great shape when we returned. Thanks Steph, it was great to meet you!
Communication with Vicki before and during the set was great. Alfie, Jarger and Ronnie was straightforward. The cottage was extremely comfortable and the garden was beautiful to enjoy a relaxing time at the cottage. Location is also extremely good for short distance visit around the area. Would happy to return and highly recommend
Zoe is a fantastic host! She provides you with detailed information about her pets (videos + welcome guide) and is so welcoming! She’s very friendly & approachable, easy to communicate with during the sit, and she will give you plenty of tips on lovely spots to explore if it’s your first time in the region. Her house is clean, and set in a very private & quiet residence, with a peaceful garden. Miza is a sweet old gal! She doesn’t walk much anymore and can get a bit anxious at times but she loves company and will not leave your side. She also loves her food and pats! ;) RuPaul is a cheeky cat, who goes about his life in the garden, but will come snuggle on the bed at night. It was a very pleasant stay with gorgeous animals and we recommend it to anyone!
Funky apartment, sweet location, cool peeps and cuuuuuutie cats, need I say more? 😍 The only negative was that the sit was too short, haha. Thanks for having me for a fab little weekend stay with the boys! 😄
Célia, Joe and Dave live in a gorgeous, comfortable house in the French countryside and we thoroughly enjoyed our time looking after Dave and a new addition to the family Meep. Both cats are affectionate, when they get to know you, and easy to look after. We had some very pleasant evenings with the log burner on and cats having cuddles. Celia and Joe were very hospitable and we had a meal with them the evening before they left and received comprehensive instructions regarding cat care and the house which always makes the stay easier from the start. Plenty to explore both in the area and in the grounds and woods around the house. It was a treat to be in such a peaceful hamlet and to listen to the owls at night. If you are fortunate enough to be invited to sit for them, you shouldn’t hesitate to accept.
I had the best time with Basil and Pixie in Alan and Gosia’s gorgeous Edinburgh home. Communication was excellent and i felt so welcome from the moment i arrived. The home is lovely, clean and brilliantly decorated with the cutest garden that gets the morning sun. It’s in the perfect location for walks to the seaside and getting into the city centre. I enjoyed my time exploring but Basil and Pixie were absolutely the highlight. Both so loving in their own ways, and it was so nice to spend the inevitable rainy days inside with both of them by my side. It was so hard to say goodbye, they are truly gorgeous cats that will make you feel very special. I would 100% recommend this sit, Alan and Gosia are so lovely and it was a pleasure to get the opportunity to sit for them.
Abby & Dean were amazing to sit for. They were so kind, welcoming & laid back. They gave excellent instructions & were available for questions/clarification. Their kitty would be a fierce contestant for cutest kitty award if there was such a thing. She likes to be held & be combed & have your attention but she won't come up & demand it. She just enjoys it when you give it. She's very sweet. The home is gorgeous, I felt spoiled the whole time I was there & the location is very safe & lots of fun things hiding around every corner! Right by the water too! Can't beat this sit!
