A big shout out to Rachel (and her daughter Leilani) for looking after our cat Window so admirably. We were going away for a lengthy amount of time (7weeks) and had never used a house sitter service in the past so needless to say the whole prospect of leaving our cat (and our house) in unknown hands was a little nerve wracking. But Rachel went above and beyond to alleviate our anxieties right off the bat. She is a trustworthy, experienced and caring professional ! She agreed to come in a day early so we could have a meet and greet and show her around, which was great. Not only did she sent us updates, pictures and short videos of our fur ball but also notices of anything that seemed of importance, be it a letter in the mail or something with our house. Our cat is not the friendliest with strangers but it seemed like she was comfortable around them almost immediately. We returned to a clean house and a very happy kitty. Who could ask for anything more? I would definitely recommend Rachel to house/pet sit and if she wants to come back again to NY, will have her in a heartbeat. Go away with peace of mind. Thanks a million Rachel!
Daniel was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, Daniel proved to be incredibly reliable and self-sufficient. He managed everything independently, which allowed me to focus on my work trip and not worry about my home or pets while I was away. Daniel was also very clean and left my house in excellent condition. Communication was smooth and he was always responsive whenever I checked in. My cats seemed well cared for and happy upon my return, which speaks volumes about his attentiveness and care. I highly recommend Daniel for anyone in need of a trustworthy and responsible house sitter and pet caretaker.

Jim and his family welcomed me to their stunning home, for a gorgeous meal before they headed off on holiday. An absolute treat to stay in their home, everything was laid out with clear instructions regarding the care of the dogs and how to handle their routines and needs. The dogs are super relaxed and were a joy to sit and the house is so peaceful with stunning views and everything at top spec and supremely well arranged. Very comfortable by the fire with the dogs by my side. Highly recommend as a House sit and Jim, and family were very easy going and felt very welcome there. Thumbs up indeed.
