Where to begin with the Harding family? Emma and Dom are warm and welcoming and Boots is just perfection. The home is beautiful, well-appointed, and cozy! My bedroom was comfortable with great linens and everything I needed for restful nights. The property is extraordinary with its own walking paths where it's fun to walk and throw the ball for Boots. I was there late summer, but I think it would be a delight in any season. I LOVE WALKING, so this was a great sit for me. I also took Boots to downtown Hudson, to another off-leash hiking area, and even on a couple of "field trips." She is an absolute angel in the car and a fun sidekick! Emma and Dom left thorough notes for me, but things come up. They were in the UK during my sit, but very responsive whenever I had any questions. If I weren't settling into my own home I'd be sitting for Boots at any/every possible opportunity.
My family (including 2 small children) came to look after Minty during the summer and she was an absolute joy. Although she was initially a little shy, she quickly fitted in as one of the family. This was our first experience with TrustedHousesitters and we would highly recommend this sit as well as Elena’s home.
Shadia is an outstanding host; I loved every day of this experience. Her home is exceptionally clean and organized, and she was always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions. The city is beautiful and pleasant, and the cats are simply adorable. I fell in love with each one of them. If you stay here, I hope you take good care of Rosine and all the other cats in the house. The city is just an hour away from Frankfurt, and the transportation is convenient. Shadia is a wonderful person, and at the end of my stay, she even gave me a gift. I am extremely happy and highly recommend Shadia to everyone.
I need to find the right words to describe this lovely family and, their beautiful home. Sheree and John are excellent hosts. They truly welcome you at their home and make you feel comfortable like it is your own. House location is amazing, short car or bike ride to the beach, mall, and city center. Quiet neighborhood, safe - lots of schools around. Communication was not only perfect but also pleasant, Sharee is a very loving and warm person. She brings joy with every message she sends! She also makes sure that everything is prepared for the whole stay. Pure perfection! I got to spend quite some time with them and I'm happy to say that those two are the sweetest, 100% genuine, and most amazing people you get to meet! And Frankie or Frankie... He was a delight, he showed me love from the very first second we laid eyes on each other. He is calm but goofy. He is sweet but not boring. He is loving, also funny. He needs some special attention when he doesn't know the environment well or the situation gets overwhelming which isn't happening often. He listens - really listens, distinguish on walks - like a real Lord :P but can zoomie around like a little puppy too! He is patient, loves people's company, loves kids very much (and they love him back) but is not needy. Can take care of himself for hours :) Bottom line is: the three of them made my experience wonderful and leaving them was heartbreaking.
Joe and Sarah have three lovely cats each with their own distinct quirks and nuances. The sweetest cat was Marge who required medication twice a day - this was honestly not a problem at all to administer and she is very good about taking it as it just goes into her food. The house is lovely and on the edge of Corofin which is very close to The Burren National Park. Joe and Sarah are very keen supporters of wildlife which also made this sit even the more interesting for me as I got to fill the bird feeders and put food out for a fox - which I saw one day on the front yard. Joe and Sarah were very responsive to messages and made me feel right at home. I would happily go back to Corofin to sit again if it was ever possible. Thanks Joe and Sarah for picking me!
