We first met Sonya via a skype call and immediately felt comfortable with her. She was warm, welcoming and just all round lovely person. A few weeks before our vacation, we were told by my doctor that I was unable to fly and so we had to revise our vacation from an international trip to more of a local trip. We immediately contacted Sonya and Paul and they were extremely understanding and accommodating about our date changes. We met them in person a few days before our trip and had such a fun time together getting to know each other. Our cats fell in love with them instantly and we knew they were in good hands. While we were on the vacation, they kept us up to date by sending messages and the most cutest pics of the cats. We felt at ease the entire time. They are truly one of a kind and I would gladly (in an instant) have them take care of our pets anytime and I do hope they will come back! We have truly found friends in Sonya and Paul!
It was an absolute pleasure to meet Dr Rob and beautiful Wolfie. Wolfie is a well trained, well behaved, beautiful and loving dog. We LOVED every moment with him and it was a wonderful stay. We loved our stay with Harriet and Ozzie at Ian and Maureens' beautiful house in Ivanhoe. The house is lovely and tranquil, was left in immaculate condition and all instructions for the cats were very clear and easy to follow. Harriet and Ozzie are the most gorgeous little munchkins and we loved seeing them come out of their shell more and more each day. Communication was always easy with Maureen and we were kept up to date with all necessary information. The house is perfectly situated to be close to the city and lots of amazing trails for hiking or biking! We highly recommend this stay to any future pet and house sitters. Thank you Ian and Maureen for inviting us into your home.
Rosie, Shooba and the gang are all friendly and very social animals who are so much fun to care for. Taylor is a great communicator and left a thorough welcome packet. The town is adorable and the residents are a delight. By midweek I knew the owner of the bookshop, the coffee shop and had two new friends who are fellow pug owners. Highly recommend this stay!
We had a lovely time in Kerry's beautiful home in Banstead. The cats - Freddie and Robbie - we're very friendly and loved a lot of attention. We'd never met a cat like Robbie who absolutely loved being combed! Kerry has a lovely garden with plenty of beautiful birds and we had nightly visits from her local hedge hogs. Banstead is really well located for visiting London and the South East and we were very happy to accept another sit in August. Thanks Kerry!
We spent a month sitting for Tazzy and Sassy. While they are not much for lap sitting they both enjoyed being in the same room with us, and often at our feet. Tazzy was always up for playing. When the weather was perfect Sassy spent her time on the deck napping or preferably getting a brushing. Rick and Linda made us feel very welcomed with a ride to and from the airport and pantry staples. They left gobs of room for our things. Their condo is right on the bike trail so we were able to walk uptown easily or ride our bikes for miles with only a few street crossings. The uptown area had many events several times a week. The condo was quiet and comfortable. Thanks again for having us.
