They were absolutely wonderful! They took Excellent care of our dog. The daily pictures they sent of them and our dog were heartwarming. When the sit was over and they left, our dog sat at the front door for an hour waiting for them to come back. She definitely felt the love they gave her. Our house was spotless. They washed and remade the beds, all the bathroom and kitchen towels also. If you get a chance to have them sit for you don’t pass up the opportunity.
Jacquie house sat for our Massachusetts home. She was reliable, neat and tidy, communicated well and was generally a delightful sitter/guest. Our dog Gracie was not in residence at the time so I can’t personally comment on her pet care, however I know that a friend of mine is very happy with her cat sitting. I would not hesitate to have Jacquie take care of our home again, or take care of Gracie. Jacquie is highly recommended!
Yan and Chenlin were very responsible and responsive. They sent photos of my pup each day and gave plenty of updates! My home was left spotless and very tidy. It was such a relief to leave for a weekend and not have to worry about my pup. Any pet is in good hands with them!
Just spent a lovely few days in Bideford looking after Minnie and Lulu. Katherine and Gareth were lovely helpful host they gave us lots of tips for things to do.Minnie enjoyed trips out in the car with us.She is the cutest most loving little dog.
