Laura and her family are such lovely and kind people! Laura took absolutely amazing care of our pets. It was clear that she was a true animal lover and that she showered our dogs and cats with all of her love during her stay. She was also a great communicator and gave us lots of updates on how all the animals were doing while we were away. She also took great care of our home and left it tidy and clean (and even went above and beyond washing linens, etc). Would love to have Laura and family back any time!

Sian and Robin were amazing! We communicated regularly before arriving and were able to do a quick hello / goodbye on the day. Our dog and cat enjoyed walks and cuddles and I received updates as the week went along. They cared for my house as of it was there own, and watered my garden! The house was left spotless. Ambar took care of our German Shepherd Sasha, and cat Bijou, and did an absolutely brilliant job. She was caring, considerate, and confident with our big dog, and attentive to our old cat’s needs, ensuring they were both eating and sleeping well. She sent regular updates but was also very self-sufficient, and asked thoughtful questions about the house to make sure everything ran smoothly. We came home to two very happy and calm pets, and a completely spotless house — she even put the bedding in the washer and left the house smelling better than we left it! A true gem, I’d highly recommend Ambar!

I had the pleasure of having Saules and Modestas watch my two dogs over the Labor Day weekend. Each dog has unique needs—one requires daily medication (pills and topical treatments), while the other needs plenty of exercise. Saules and Modestas eagerly took on these responsibilities, carefully following the detailed care instructions I provided. They kept me updated throughout their stay with regular photos and messages, which was incredibly reassuring. Upon my return, I found the house in perfect order—sheets washed, dishes cleaned and put away, and as an extra thoughtful touch, they even left popsicles for my kids to enjoy. I couldn't be happier with the care they provided and highly recommend them to anyone looking for responsible and caring house sitters.

Malva is blind and deaf, she requires care and attention, Angela was able to provide all the comfort she needed to feel secure. Both Wayne and Michele were very welcoming and provided all the information for a successful sit.
Communication was great and I was definitely made to feel at home. 
Nova was terrific. loved to walk an play. He is a very friendly dog and a pleasure to spend time with.
The Condo is in a terrific location right next to Granville Island and the seawall.
I would welcome the opportunity to care for their home and Nova again.

Lara

We loved this housesit. Heath and Ghost are big softies. They have quite different personalities and are lots of fun to hang out with. Ghost is curious and likes to know what’s going on, Heath likes company and attention. We had some lovely walks in surrounding areas and played lots of games with Ghost while Heath ambled along beside us. We never did quite tire out Ghost but it was fun to try. The dogs are easy to manage with a routine, a firm hand, and plenty of love and cuddles. Nevertheless, it was also nice to have the odd day off when the dogs “went to work”, we appreciated them all the more when we got them back, and we are grateful to Phil and Lara’s employee for taking them out.
The hens need minimal care and we were rewarded with eggs, which were delicious.
The house is fabulous, with all mod cons and comforts, and easy to maintain. We particularly enjoyed relaxing with the dogs in front of a fire in the evening occasionally.
Phil and Lara are wonderful hosts, generous in sharing their home, and we are touched by their kindness and trust in us. It was great to stay in touch throughout the sit and reassuring if we had any questions.
We recommend this sit and we hope to be back again.

Graham, Kristy, and Austin are wonderful! Kristy and Austin are kind, responsive, and fun to work with. And Mr. Graham is so sweet and well behaved! We enjoyed lots of walks to the nearby park, he's fantastic off lease, and he was the best PIC while I worked from the house. Which is fantastic too btw. Great location, super comfy couch, and lovely room/bathroom with stand up desk. Would recommend sitting here, and I hope to again one day!

Wick is a most picturesque village and I greatly enjoyed my stay in the lovely old house surrounded by beautiful gardens. Sean and Elaine were welcoming and hospitable, very well organised and the cats were good company and easy to care for. A very pleasant and relaxing stay with plenty of walking and interesting places to visit in the local area. I would be more than happy to stay again should the opportunity arise.
