What a magical sit this was. Like a hobbit house in the woods with two beautiful cats. Suki was more shy and independent but when he felt like it he was chatty and cuddly and we felt very lucky when he would approach us! Luna hardly left our side which we loved as she was so sweet, she would snuggle up by our feet or play with us ❤️ they both came and went as they liked through their cat flap and apart from food and cuddles they didn’t need much so we were able to go explore the area too which was beautiful - plenty to do and see if you have a car (cliffs of moher just over an hour away!) shops were a ten min drive and there’s a pub which had great music on too. We loved seeing the birds come for food every morning and even saw a deer and fox during our stay! Nicholas and Nathalie were great, Nathalie met us on arrival and showed us the house and we had tea and coffee and a lovely chat before she headed off. Any questions we had, Nathalie was quick to answer by message and more than helpful. We will miss this place and the cats and would absolutely recommend sitting here :)
This is one of the easiest reviews I have ever had to write. Sitting for Angie and Mark was a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone. They were very prepared and had great communication throughout the sit. Their house is located in an amazing suburb of Brisbane, but feels like you are far away from the city. The main perk of this sit is that you get to sit for two amazing animals. Kiki (the dog) always wants to spend time with you and is the sweetest dog ever. She will show you love, play with you, and most of all, relax around the house with you as much as you want. Bernice (the cat) makes you work a little harder for her love as she's a bit more independent and shy at first. But, once she warms up to you (thorough time or treats) she enjoys some pets and cuddles. They were both so easy and fun! Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely pet sit for Mark and Angie again given the chance. Consider yourself lucky to meet this amazing family and these wonderful pets!"
What a wonderful housesit!! Charlotte and Joe are such lovely people who really welcomed me into their home and trusted me to look after their little ones. Minnie, Dennie and Poppet are the sweetest cats anyone could ask for - so affectionate and entertaining - never a day without cuddles! Their home is beautiful, super close to the beach and town centre. You really couldn't ask for more. Definitely a housesit to recommend - I would go back anytime :)
I had a lovely time sitting for Jessalyn! Her cats Chee Chee and Gus Gus are brilliant, very cute! Jessalyn was so informative and kind. Her flat is so stylish, cozy and in a great location. I really enjoy sitting for Jessalyn. Chee Chee and Gus Gus were meeting me, when I was coming back home. It was really sweet. And they like to seat on my knees. And cats really liked to be stroked. Gus Gus is more shy, but we find a good connection with her. This sitting was exciting for me, I feel like I spent my time with best friends!
Staying at Merreck's was an absolute delight! The house's location was perfect- super convenient and charming. Merreck was an exceptional host, making sure everything was comfortable and clear for expectations and dog care. Sadie, his adorable dog, added an extra layer of warmth to the stay - super sweet dog that was easy to care for.
Julie made me feel so comfortable in her gorgeous home. Her dog, Izzy is one of the most loving and laid back dogs I’ve ever looked after. Everything was clearly laid out in detail in terms of how to look after Izzy and Julie was so generous with me! Would love to return back :)
