It was an absolute pleasure to sit for Andrew and Lucinda, who are the most caring and generous people you could wish to meet. They are most conscientious pet owners, so clear instructions and detailed contact information was provided, with great support provided to us. We were entrusted with the care of Rosie and Inga, two well mannered and affectionate labradors, who immediately adopted us - and the "girls" (hens) . Caring for them was an enriching and rewarding experience as they enthusiastically partook in our adventures, and happily snoozed at our feet at night. Flixton is a wonderful, friendly village, close to many great sights and in such a lovely part of England. We felt and were treated like family, and hope to return to Yorkshire to catch up with our new friends soon.
We had a wonderful time looking after Rageh and Tusker (and two cats Prego and Scusi). Lucy and Andrew were very welcoming and accommodating letting us bring our dog Angel (who also had a great time!). Their beautiful house is very comfortable, clean and homely surrounded by views of the countryside with great walks from the door. The dogs are really lovely and responsive to walk off lead. They enjoyed cuddles with us by the fire in the evenings which we will miss! It was a great sit and we would love to go back in the future.
Fantastic stay at Beth's place. Tuna is such a loving and sweet dog. I only wish the stay was longer so we could have done some walks at Wash Park. Meatloaf is so cute and laid back. I enjoyed my time a lot with both of them. The neighborhood is great for walking. Definitely would recommend this petsit!
Marianne and Stuart were gracious hosts. They made us feel most welcome. We had a wonderful time looking after their beautiful property as well as the individual personalities of all of their critters. They were very easy to care for. Detailed instructions were left for us regarding the house sit along with numerous contacts should something out of the ordinary occur. We’d love to sit for them again one day.
