Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.

Tall Tail Pets have been amazing and I highly recommend them. They have helped me train my cockapoo puppy and they walk him regularly each week. Michelle visited our cat twice daily when we were on holiday and she did such a good job! She did a visit first to get through the admin side of things (for free). When we came back home, our cat was clean, well fed and happy. Her litter was scooped and bin changed as well. Michelle also sent us updates almost daily and collected a parcel that was left at our doorstep. Highly recommend and price is very competitive!

Been coming here every week for a while now and love the field. So peaceful and our doberman gets to run and be free. Even in the winter months the field is not waterlogged like some others. Altough the field is not as big as some locial others, its definitely our favourite and big enough to knacker our boy. The owners are lovely and always respond to messages ect. The pathways to the field are a bit narrow and you can pass the next person coming, so I would advise to contact first if your dog is reactive.
Great private field to be able to take your dog to run around off leash! The farmers are always so friendly, and the owner you can contact for the field is very helpful and lovely. Renting a private dog field is great if your dog has no recall, they’re reactive or you just want some stress free time to relax while your dog runs around or to play with them in an enclosed space!! I have a fear reactive small dog and he loves it here. Note that since it’s on a farm, on the other side of the fence are visible llamas to your dog…does work as a good training opportunity though to get them used to large animals. I would also recommend leaving 5 or so minutes before your session ends so that you don’t bump into the next clients if you have a reactive dog as they will be waiting right outside as it’s a thin pathway. Love this field and will be regularly booking. Great to be able to have this nearby as there isn’t many private dog fields in london😊
We absolutely love Biggin Hill Bark and Manny especially as he collects our dog Scoots twice a week to spend the workday at their farm. Scoots is always happy and calm when she comes home and we have just had Jo and Manny have her for a few days whilst we went to a wedding. They are the nicest family and really love dogs, but more importantly are great with training and socializing them properly. Scoots, our dobie x German shepherd, is so friendly and playful with any dog we meet and it has a lot to do with her playing at Biggin Hill Barks since she was a small puppy. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I contacted BH Bark as I had issues with my mini dachshund who had started to jump up at my children for attention and was pulling on their clothes. I spoke to Jo who gave me so much advice over the phone and also over text (all free!!). She was brilliant, I sent her videos of the issues and she reassured me that the behaviour was fixable. She really knows her stuff and was just so kind and relatable. She told me to see how I got on and update her on progress and is there to chat if I needed her. I contacted Biggin Hill Bark for training advice when our puppy was 16 weeks old and the advice I received was nothing short of superb and most importantly the training advice worked really well! There was also no charge for this kind and much welcome advice. An extremely professional dog service and I would recommend Biggin Hill Bark to anyone who is looking for genuine care and attention for their four legged friends.
My dog loves his time at Biggin Hill Bark, it really helps me as I work full time. They are reliable and can have my dog at short notice too if I need to. They send me videos and pictures of Jack playing and having fun. I know my dog is really happy there. Would highly recommend.

Louise and her team have been amazing with our puppy, Winnie. We live in Greenwich, but are often in Chelsfield to stay with family, and they have been so flexible helping out whenever we need daycare / boarding. She loves to go and comes back exhausted, so we are happy! Prices are very reasonable, too. Would highly recommend.

My little guy Archie is a 1 y/o maltipoo and has been going to doggy daycare here twice a week since he was 6mths. He LOVES it. He has a great time with his doggy friends and adores the staff who take great care of him. He is completely exhausted when he gets home from the day's adventures. I also get him groomed here; he's not a fan so it's nice that it's done by people he knows and trusts. Highly recommend Louise and her team!
I was reasonably happy with padifoots. The walkers are very good and they were always happy to provide updates on my dogs walk when I happened to speak with them. Found the owner to be slightly uncommunicative and forthcoming with information or responding to queries but as my dog loved the walkers i was ok with this. Just been told at 10pm on Sunday that I have 5 days to find a new dog walker as she has moved and will no longer be providing a service to dartford, to say I am fuming is an understatement and I know of other dog owners in my area in a similar position. Moving does not happen overnight and the lack of communication is disrespectful to a loyal client of nearly 3 years. I would not recommend them because of this as you never know when the "goal posts" will change
First of all you need to understand that Lily is my baby and as such, only the best will do for her. That's where Padifoot Pet Care came in. My home life circumstances changed and as such I was going to be spending more time away from home. I went along to meet Louise and to 'check the place out' before committing to leaving Lily in their care, all looked perfect and all my questions and concerns were answered without a flicker of hesitation. Initially I was just looking for someone to look after her a couple of days a week here and there while I was at work. I have to admit that the first few times I was very nervous about leaving her, allowing my mind to wander and imagine all kinds of dramatic scenarios...nothing of the sort happened...in fact, Lily loves it there. As soon as we turn the corner to drive up the road, Lily is alert and making whining noises demonstrating how excited she is to be going there. She has the opportunity to socialise with other dogs, she goes out for lovely long walks and runs around freely with Louise and her team having the time of her life. As I said, it was initially for only a day here and there but it has turned in to much more than that and some weeks she is there every day. She has, on occasions, stayed overnight and again, the first couple of times were the hardest (for me, not her) but she was fine. I love it that she is happy to go there as often as she needs to, I love how friendly Louise, her family and team are and how much care they take of not only my girl, but all the dogs in their care. It makes my day when I see photos posted on their FB page and I can see how much fun she is having. If your dog is your baby and you are having any doubts whatsoever, trust me, this is the place to go, they love and you too will be happy with your choice to take them there. I would definitely recommended Padifoot Pet Care to everyone (in fact, I tell most people I meet about how great it is). If you are in any doubt, just have a look at the photos on their page, Lily is the chocolate lab with only one eye...the one loving life and having a ball!
Padifoot Pet Care are the best in town! You only need to open their front door to see how happy the good boys and girls are, all wagging their tails. As a Home Board, the dogs get the absolute best treatment you could wish for when compared to standard kennels. The dogs are spoilt with lots of toys to play with, sofas to lay on, a garden to run around in, a wooden agility course within the garden, a paddling pool in the hot summer months... the list goes on! The dogs have such an active day, every day, with multiple walks in the local fields and woods, and non-stop playtime with their doggy friends during day care. Padifoot offer grooming services too if your pooch is in need of a wash, dry and trim. The owner has worked with dogs for over 15 years, so really knows what she is doing with the animals, how to take the best care of them, and how to properly deal with any troublesome situations. We cannot recommend Nicholas enough! He has dog sat our 4 dogs. We have 2 mastiffs, 1 Great Dane and a frenchie. My Dane is a nervous dog, within 10 minutes she was all over him, sitting with him, on him. He has a way with dogs that gives us confidence to use his services. I do not know what we would do without him (probably not go out!!) He really deserves this shining review!! 5 star recommendation!!

My little dog is a rescue with one eye who was extremely nervous when she arrived. She has been going to Sharon for four years now once a week for socialising but also stays for longer when I am away. I cannot recommend Sharon enough....she is lovely and takes good care of our dogs. I love the fact that small to medium dogs are allowed only as our Bella (miniature poodle) gets scared of bigger dogs. We have booked Bella in last minute with no issues at all, Bella adjusted easily there. All the daily updates we receive are also great. We are very happy to have found a reliable place for our girl in case we need it.
Finding Sharon was a godsend for us! Our usual boarder had ceased trading and we were desperate to finally get away after the endless lockdowns. Sharon is so professional and so caring of all of the dogs she looks after. We struggle to trust anyone with our little boy, but he couldn’t be in safer hands. We get continual updates (more than we get from anyone looking after our kids!) and so we can fully relax knowing Casper’s in safe hands. He loves going to Board n Bones and doesn’t look back when we drop him off. Highly recommend!!
Sharon genuinely loves the pups she boards! She made Hector feel completely at home and he had a wonderful few days days with her and the family (dog and human). Claw & Paw were brilliant, Brett took care of our cat Kismet for a week whilst we were away and sent daily photo updates which we really appreciated. Previously we have used catteries and he always comes back rattled and unhappy but when we got back this time he seemed very happy and definitely benefited from being able to stay in his own house. Will definitely use Claw & Paw pet sitting again! It was easy to book, and Brett is very trustworthy and our cat loved him!

Claw and Paw are super professional and have looked after our cat Michael really well. Brett met with us beforehand and talked me through the process then sent me pictures every day while I was on holiday. Sometimes Michael huffs a bit when we go away but we came home to a very happy cat. I had to go away urgently after this and Claw & Paw were able to step in and ensure Michael was well looked after. I highly recommend their service!

We found Brett at relatively short notice after deciding against using a cattery and couldn’t be more happy with him and his services. He was very professional and asked all of the right questions on the initial meeting such as vet information, medical and food requirements etc. He was able to come at our preferred times to feed and spend some time with our cat and even put the bins out on collection day. He sent us daily updates and photographs of our cat via WhatsApp which is a nice touch and very reassuring. The online portal is great where you can make sure all the information Brett has about your pet is up to date and he has the correct days. The prices are also reasonable for the service. Our cat seemed very content when we arrived back home. We will definitely be using Claw and Paw pet sitting again and would highly recommend.

Our Rabbit Thumper came to you for 2 weeks. I was so worried about leaving him as he had never been left before. He is also a house Rabbit. I cannot rate this place enough, it is absolutely fantastic and he was so well cared for. The photos on facebook were so lovely to see, I was looking daily to see which other animals had arrived. It was so lovely to see him outside in the fresh air but what I really loved was the arrivals and departures boards on the website-this was a fantastic touch. Thank you for looking after Thumper so well he will definitely come back for his holiday 😊

So happy to have found a lovely boarding centre where we know our rabbit Harley will be well looked after when we're away. I have been taking my rabbit Rolo to stay with Lorraine for a few years now and once he stayed there for around 2 months whilst I was moving home. Rolo has always been well cared for and I feel very happy to have somewhere to leave him where I know he will be looked after and happy! Lorraine always asks for vaccination certificates which gives me confidence that all the animals in her care have up to date vaccinations so I know Rolo will be safe there. There have been a few times when I have had flight delays or similar and Lorraine has always been accommodating! Very pleased with the service and I would thoroughly recommend Lorraine and her family
We very nervously left our very lovely but rather old rabbit Peggy with Lorraine. So reassuring to see her photo on the site and we now have her back home having been well cared for during her stay. Many thanks Lorraine
I'm disappointed to say that I didn't share the same positive experience as the other customers have reported. There is no doubt that our 2 male Guinea Pigs were cared for during their stay here. This review is more to do with the interactions with me as the pet owner. Communication with me was very poor, not one single update either during the GP's 4 day stay nor when I picked them up. Yet the owners thought it was appropriate to take pictures of the GP's & post on social media for their own gain, without the common courtesy of asking permission. Unfortunately, I was held up driving across London to collect, I'd let Lorraine know & she was ok with this. When I arrived, I feel like the boys had been in their carrier for some considerable time, they were petrified. I can only believe that they were put in at a certain time & left regardless. Also worth noting that there is a cat roaming around the house where the boys were left in their carrier. Bottom line, it feels like this is very much a business transaction for Lorraine, once you've paid that's the comms over with & for a place that is looking after my pets, I expect a little more heart & care to be shown towards them. I won't be returning.
Have been taking guinea pigs to stay at Now Boarding Croydon for several years now. Responses are always prompt and the guinea pigs seem to really enjoy their time being looked after. Would recommend!
Have used Now Boarding for several years for my guinea pigs - excellent service. Recently had to extend my booking on the day as I was unexpectedly unable to pick up the guinea pigs and they were incredibly accommodating. Would highly recommend - absolutely brilliant!

Always book our rabbits in here when we are away. Know they are being well looked after and never need to worry about them.
Such an amazing devoted couple dedicated to caring for your Dog. I’d booked in Jimmy for a long weekend and was updated with Photos every day. My pooch looked like he was on his own holiday, loving life meeting other dogs and plenty of walks. Could not thank you two enough. Book well in advance as Michelle and Andy’s availability gets snapped up very quickly! Understandably! Will always be my first choice! Thanks again guys. See you soon.
Trusted, reliable, friendly and safe dog walking for my quirky rescue dog. Used for 3 years now and will continue to. Whilst away they start a WhatsApp group to give regular updates. Wonderful customer service!
Would highly recommend Paws Buddys pet Care . The level of care they gave my two very old dogs when we went away was superb . We received regular updates and photos which were lovely , Michelle and Andy went to great trouble to ensure their routines were kept to and coming home to two very happy and content dogs and an immaculate house was wonderful. Absolutely brilliant , very caring and knowledgeable and knowing your dogs are in the best of care was a huge relief.
Michelle and Andy have looked after our black Labrador Oscar over a number of years. They are reliable, lovely people and most importantly… really love the dogs they look after! They have always been flexible with my shift work/requirements and I recommend them highly!

Instead of leaving a review I should attach a video of Rory when she realizes she is at Zoe's...she practically pulls my arm off running towards the door and runs straight in without looking back!! We have been taking Rory to Zoe's twice a week since she was a puppy and she absolutely loves it! She always comes back home content (and exhausted!). She loves getting a day to play with her doggy friends and we can relax at work knowing she is happy. She loves to be around other dogs so daycare is the perfect option for us. Rory has boarded with Zoe once and again, came back happy and bouncy and we enjoyed the little updates while we were away, she will definitely be going back again for our next holiday! Zoe and her dad, Paul, are both really friendly, approachable and have been brilliant at taking Rory last minute when the unexpected comes up. We always get little updates when we ask during the day and sometimes a little video of her enjoying herself on the walk! I'm really glad we found Zoe's, its been completely invaluable to us and was brilliant for Rory's early socializing! We would definitely recommend sending your pup' here for either a holiday or the day! Thanks so much Zoe and Paul!
Zoe and Paul are the most amazing people! Our Cavapoo (Harper) went to Zoe’s Daycare for almost six months (twice a week) whilst we were staying in Croydon. She absolutely loved her time at daycare - she’d literally run into the door to see Zoe and Paul and to play with her new friends! We were working from home but wanted our puppy to be well socialised and have fun. We certainly had peace of mind knowing she was in a safe environment with Zoe and Paul. They’re so diligent, attentive and caring! We received pictures and videos often which I personally loved. Harper stayed overnight with Zoe and Paul too. It was so comforting for us know she was in the best hands and being so well cared for. We are moving out of the area and I know we won’t ever find such an amazing daycare. It really is one of a kind. We’re lucky enough to have come across Zoe and Paul and whenever we’re allowed to travel again we know exactly who’s going to be having Harper for an extended stay! Zoe and Paul are genuinely two of the most honest and caring people I’ve ever met. I know Harper’s going to miss her days with them and I will miss dropping her off and seeing her ‘wiggle bum’ with excitement to be at daycare. We couldn’t be happier with the care Harper received and would 100%+ recommend Zoe’s Doggy Daycare!
My labradoodle has been going to Zoe’s Doggy Daycare for over 18 months. She absolutely loves spending time there, and I am very happy with the care she receives. Zoe and Paul go out of their way to ensure my little fusspot is fed, and happy. When I pick her up in the evenings, she is always happy and tired. This is definitely her second home and I couldn’t imagine leaving her with anyone else.
Zoe's has been a wonderful second home for our dogs for the last four years. Our current springer gets so excited that she tries to drag me to Zoe's front door. Whether it's day care or boarding, Zoe and her family are utterly dedicated to the welfare of the dogs they look after; they are endlessly enthusiastic and inventive as we see in the photos and short videos Zoe sometimes sends us. Our dog Bella (A chocolate lab) has been going to Zoe's for the past 5 years and we must say that Zoe and her parents have been absolutely great with her. Bella enjoys spending time at Zoe's and comes back home happy after being with her doggie friends. Having placed Bella in Zoe's care for the past 5 years, we highly recommend Zoe's Doggie Day Care without any reservation. Our 8-month-old cockapoo Phyllis has been going to Zoe and her lovely family since she was 12 weeks old. Phyllis absolutely loves her doggy daycare - she's so excited when she sees Zoe in the mornings, and is exhausted and happy when she gets home after a fun day of walks and playing with the other dogs. For us, it's so important to know that Phyllis is happy and well cared for, and we couldn't recommend Zoe enough. She offers a great service and she's really flexible - she does pick up and drop off for us, sends pictures and videos of the dogs having fun during the day, and she recently gave Phyllis her first haircut. Most of all, she loves Phyllis, and Phyllis loves her! Thanks Zoe and family for taking such good care of our little girl.
I have been taking my dog Lucy to Zoe's for daycare five days a week for the past three months, and the only reason I had to stop is because of a change in circumstances. Lucy loved it there - it was a home away from home! Sometimes she didn't even want to leave in the evenings! Zoe and Paul are great - really friendly and flexible when I had to work late, which was such a huge support - and I was happy to leave Lucy in such safe hands. They gave Lucy a lot of love and cuddles, as well as some lovely walks, and I know they were sad to see her go. Lucy will miss them very much!
Zoe has been looking after Jack & Molly for over 2 years, its become their second home! Not only do I feel confident and happy that I'm leaving my dogs with someone who cares for them as much as I do, Zoe and Co continuously go out of their way by dropping and picking up Jack and Molly when we are working late, popping round to remove ticks because I'm awful at it, and so much more! Molly is totally spoilt with her favourite lunchtime treat at the breakfast bar with Paul, not the service she gets at home! Zoe also now grooms both dogs, she takes such care and they come back looking and smelling fabulous! I could not recommend Zoe's Doggy Daycare highly enough! We'd be totally lost without her!
My doggy Teddy has being attending Zoe’s Doggie daycare since he was a 10 week Pup. Cannot fault Zoe and her team for the care and attention they provide for my Cavapoo dog. I would have no hesitation in recommending Zoe for daycare, walks or holiday care for your fur babies.
We're so glad we found Zoe. We needed holiday boarding for our newly adopted cockapoo Maisie, and Zoe was brilliant. She made sure Maisie had a few visits before we went away, and gave us regular updates during her stay. Myself and my dog have only experienced excellent care and professionalism from everyone at STP. They are reliable and responsive. My rescue dog first started with the dog walks, as nervous and unsure. Over the years she has been supported to become the happiest most content, confident and relaxed dog. The service reports you receive after each walk are so helpful. I am very happy to highly recommend STP.

Hayley and the team at Simply The Pets do an amazing job taking care of my dog. The booking process is so simple and easy to manage. My dog loves her walkers, especially Louise! I love receiving the end of walk updates and all the pictures as well.

Amazing! Simply the Pets have been a lifesaver for us - our dog Kassie absolutely loves her walks and all of the walkers. Hayley goes above and beyond to provide exemplary customer care and always responds to emails really quickly. The walkers are all people who clearly just love dogs. Simply the Pets having been walking our puppy for the last few months. I cannot recommend them more highly! They look after Eric like he is their own. Eric has become so much more confident and well socialised and has lots of friends. They are so professional! You receive a pet report after every walk along with a photo, they go to lots of different places and are great at training your dogs aswell. We love Hayley and her team

My Willow has been having weekly walks with Olivia at Simply the Pets for about a month now and I’m so pleased with how the service works.
