If I could give ten stars for this family I would without reservation. I’ve never had a family with children sit for our cat and have always been nervous to do it. This family removed any fear. Their children are delightful and seemed very sweet and kind to Scout. Rebecca and Alex were very responsive and trustworthy. I got a daily update and Scout could not have seemed more happy. When we got home the entire house was cleaner than we left it. We absolutely recommend them and would be happy to have them pet sit anytime.

My dogs and cat were very happy to have Bert in our home, and I'm very grateful to him for making them so happy! Bert spent a lot of time with me in a video call prior to the sit; I appreciated the chance to learn more about him and his past pet sitting experiences, and I also appreciated his taking the time to fully understand the situation at my house before committing to the sit. His questions during our conversation showed me that he was thinking ahead and that he was serious about wanting to give the best possible care to my animals. A good friend of mine who lives in my town helped me greet Bert when he arrived; this friend told me that Bert asked a lot of good questions and was very friendly and polite. Throughout the sit, Bert kept in touch with me, sending me photos of my babies and asking me any questions that came up. He even cared enough to ask about the locations of my dogs' and cat's toys. Due to the unusual circumstances of my trip, I never got to meet Bert in person, but in the photos he sent, I always saw very happy dogs and a very pleased cat. Two of my dogs are quite shy, and the photos of them crowding in close for Bert's attention and cuddles really warmed my heart. Because my local friend was not available on Bert's last day at my house, Bert was kind enough to stick around and make the time to be at my house to welcome my next sitter. I really appreciated his help in introducing her to my pets and showing her what she needed to know before he left. It was clear to me that with Bert, my animals and home were in very good hands, I am thankful for his good care, and I would happily welcome him back into my home with my pets whenever he next comes back to Taiwan.

Resa and Stefan were ideal sitters. Great communication, very responsible and considerate, great cleanup, willing to be flexible, fun to meet (they agreed to come by early). Our pets were very happy to see us but also very well cared-for. We have no complaints and they would be welcome again any time!

I wish we could have Valentin and Anna watch our kitty every time we’re away! They were some of the best sitters we’ve had, and I would recommend them 100% They took amazing care of our girl and sent tons of pictures and updates. It was very obvious how much they cared about our cat and gave her so much love and affection. They left our apartment spotless and were just a joy to communicate with. Angelika is lovely, friendly, caring, and an absolute delight of a sitter. 

Communication was great and at all times we felt at ease having left our fur babies and home into her hands.

Upon arrival, she was committed to gathering all the relevant information related to the sit - be it regarding the care of our pets or of the house. She asked a lot of questions, all very pertinent and it made us feel very confident that she is committed to following our instructions and wishes. She provided updates several times a day, in video and text format. This is something we appreciate a lot.

The house was cared for, we found it clean and tidy.
