We had a great weekend in Cascais. Natasha was very helpful and was there if we had any questions. Even though she had her hands full getting ready to leave and taking care of the kids, we felt so welcome from the moment we walked in. Ziggy, Dexter and Dotty were lovely to spend time with. There's nothing like more welcoming than having a loyal Ziggy at your bedside when you wake up! Although expectations were managed we might not get to hang out with her, Dotty popped in late one night and had a nice visit! This beautiful home has such amazing amenities, you barely want to go out and explore. We did venture out to try the Lebanese restaurant just in front of the house - coming from a small town with only Portugese food, this was a real treat for us! We'd love to have the opportunity to come back, as well as get to chat a bit more with Natasha and James :) Thanks Again!
Lambra's pets are well-behaved, chill, and the dogs understand when to wait for rubbing their wet feet off before traipsing into the house! :-D It was an honor to meet Max on the last day of my stay as he likes to observe from a distance, but Annie made up for it by singing duets with me. Mollie and Murphy are complete cuddle-buddies that enjoy their walks in the neighborhood. Very easy, quiet, and fun sit, and Lambra is a generous human. Thanks again, Lambra!
This was such a beautiful stay. Lucy and Alethea made wonderful hosts and left everything I needed and really clear instructions. A really comfy flat. Nala and Jeremy will always hold a special place in my heart. Lucy and Alethea were so lovely I actually invited them to stay in Margate when I went away. They accepted and were the most attentive ‘temporary butlers’ to my cats and respectful guests. Thank you so much. ❤️❤️❤️
First and foremost, We want to express our sincere thanks to Celia & Dick who welcomed us warmly into their beautiful home and entrusted us with their exceptional Yellow Labrador... the very handsome Humphrey. We loved the location of the house as it is in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood and within eight minutes walk to city center and fifteen minutes walk to the waterfront. The house is spacious, beautiful, comfortable and with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the garden is planted with all sorts of flowers, herbs and vegetables for a pleasant outdoor atmosphere. Our room was simply superb! A comfortable bed with an adjacent bathroom, with a tub & walk-in shower. Now let me brag about Humphrey... OMG, Humphrey was supremely sweet and smart. He loved being caressed, loved and jumped with joy when it was time to go on a walk in the wide open park or to the nearby dog-friendly pubs. We enjoyed our time with Humphrey so much so it was truly hard to say goodbye. We are grateful for choosing us to look after your very loving and utterly handsome Humphrey. I highly recommend this sit because it's a terrific sit by all measures. Lanell & Omar

I only stayed for a short time but would happily stayed longer because the dogs are so lovable and cuddly! I got all information I needed listed in a book and whenever I had a question, Mish replied immediately. There is a huge area of fields and woods to explore right behind their house and Mish even provides maps with recommended walks! The dogs are not a lot of work because they actually sleep most of the time. But if you want to engage more they love to play, cuddle and participate in indoor activity. All of them are very kind and affectionate. Twiggs is an old, grumpy gentleman and sometimes annoyed by the other dogs (especially Basil) and lets them know, but even if he sounds hostile sometimes he never shows any bad behaviour towards humans, so don't be fooled, he is lovely! 😊 Four dogs can be of course a lot of hair and dirt (if the weather is bad) and it can be smelly, but there is a powerful hoover, so you can get rid of that. I met Mish & George afterwards and was invited for tea, they are great people and we had some good conversations. I will definitely miss their dogs and would sit for them again!
