I cannot recommend Scarlett and David highly enough. They cared for our home and our pets just as we would and kept us fully posted every day with photos of dog walks and updates. We have a very frail and elderly dog, who needs medication every day and lots of encouragement to move by the end of the day and he had the best care we could have hoped for. We also have a much younger dog with lots of energy, who loves life. She had some great walks and was taken out on pub visits, etc. She clearly fell in love with Scarlett and David, because she went all round the house looking for them after they left. We had a very poorly quail that had to be separated from the others while we were away. Scarlett and David gave him excellent care indoors and he has made a great recovery. We felt very confident, in fact, the whole time we were away, that our animals were being looked after and were happy. Regarding contact and reliability, we had a good chat by video call before we left and knew straight away that Scarlett and David were exactly who we would be happy to leave in charge of everything. They arrived exactly when they said they would and stayed until we got home. The house was just as we left it and the animals (and the plants in the greenhouse) were all happy and healthy. We would love Scarlett and David to come back again and again!
