We were a little hesitant to have Tori bring her dog, Harley, because our dogs can be territorial. Before the sit, Tori brought Harley to meet our dogs and with some minor skirmishes, it went well. Tori devised plans for keeping the dogs separated at various points during the day and when her partner couldn't make it up here to help, she had an alternate person come help out with the three dogs so she managed the situation quite well. We would be happy to have Tori and Harley back again!
Had a great time looking after Vinny, he is such a gorgeous sweetie. Morgan is so nice and welcoming. The house is beautiful and located in a great area near many parks and shops.
We thoroughly enjoyed our house sit for Patricia and John. Their dog Zara was a real pleasure to look after and the walks available at their back door were amazing. We loved exploring with Zara and also took her in the car to enjoy further areas of the Campbell Valley Regional Park. Their house was extremely comfortable and we felt very much at home from our first evening with Patricia and John, sharing an evening meal with them. Thank you both for allowing us to house sit for you.
I had an absolutely fantastic time with Heidi in Berlin. She is a very sweet cat, very cool and easy going. She loves going to the balcony and playing. Annabelle's apartment is beautiful and so comfortable. Great place! Annabelle was great giving me all the details I needed before I arrived and was always reachable and easy to contact. Amazing area to stay in beautiful country location . Lovely long walks to take dogs on from back garden . Can’t wait to sit again ! Highly recommended .
Where to begin... it was an adventure getting to Maple & Truffles home due to a torrential downpour flooding. Road blockage, river overflow, mystery potholes, and floating bins/pots. Victoria and Andrew are such wonderful people - they had waited for us until we arrived safely (despite it being incredibly late! We felt awful/embarrassed). Made sure we are well throughout our ride whilst having little way of connecting with them. They had prepared a welcome package for us which contained; sites to visit, pubs to try, tutorials around the house - all of which were helpful during our stay. The girls were such a dream to be with. Alex and myself cherished them through long walks, ample amount of cozy snuggle, and countless fetch. We had play fights with both, hide and seek, and chase (including us). They are quite intelligent, loving, sweet, and well-behaved. Phenomenal fur-parents = Phenomenal fur-kids, it truly reflects..the care and love they receive that the girls shared that with us. Having the girls as of my/our core memory is an honour. I look forward to future sits or simply keeping in touch for any sort of assistance they may need!
Staying at Joy and Luke's home in Boulder was a total delight. They left complete instructions for taking care of their darling King Charles Spaniels, Simone and Prince. Their Maine Coon kitty, Tigre, stayed shyly in the background. A really great sit and am happy to be going back again. Thank you, Joy and Luke for a comfortable sit!
