Cate, Andy, & Basil we’re so welcoming and generous!! Communication from the start was excellent. They welcomed me into their home with open arms with a wee welcome gift and provided a ton of local references and must-see places in the area! Basil was a delight to have around and was such a good buddy for walking, coastal day trips, and cozy nights in with a movie. Cate & Andy’s home was clean / organized and perfectly stocked for my stay, I felt right at home. I can’t recommend a stay with Basil enough! I stayed here from June 1-23rd. Kate lives in a cute cottage near the center of town. It's super convenient for seeing Chichester and surrounding areas. The best bonus is the parking spot she provided, for which I was extremely grateful! Her and Zebedee are a sweet team, and there was good communication throughout. When I arrived, the home was not cleaned sufficiently or hygienic, and I spent the first few days cleaning it to make it livable and comfortable. The toliet is also not working, and I had to manually flush it by lifting up the toliet bowl. Unfortunately, poor Zebedee got fleas during the stay, which involved a vet visit during my work hours, having to leave the house for hours for fumigation and thoroughly cleaning all the bedding and cluttered sections of the house. Although inconvenienced, I was happy to do this! However, my stay was cut abruptly short when the fleas returned, and I wasn't comfortable with a friend entering the house while I was there as per community guidelines. I had one day notice to find another accommodation. Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy the house as much as I had hoped and spent the majority of the time out. A real shame as Zebedee is quite loving! I was quite stressed! The location is great, but I do think there needs to be some updating in the home, especially in the bathroom, and thorough cleaning before it's suitable for another sitter.
I miss Finley so much already! House and dog sitting for Lindsay was absolutely wonderful. Their home was clean, the bed was comfortable, and they even welcomed me with candy and wine upon arrival. Lindsay's communication was excellent and she was always quick to respond to my messages. She's extremely thoughtful and made sure I was taken care of. Finley was an absolute delight to hang out with and not a mention, a huge smuggler :) Great stay and watch!

I can not put into words how grateful we are to have found Claudia and her company Love 4 Paws. We have been using Love 4 Paws services since our 4 yr old Rhodesian was a 12 wk old puppy. She is not the easiest dog - timid with strangers and in general very shy, but she LOVES Claudia. I never have to worry when she is in Claudia's care. We have used the walking, dog boarding, and home day care services. Claudia is an excellent communicator, sends photos often, and is always willing to help with a last minute request. Most places make boarding super complicated and expensive, she made everything simple and had reasonable prices. Great Service! Florencia is a friendly and professional person. She treats the dogs like a family. I've tried her services many times. She is good in grooming and she is able to meet your needs for example hours that sometimes it's hard with other big grooming companies. She is always a courteous person and able to manage more dogs at the same time. I tried also boarding with her and my dog had a lot of fun there with her and other dogs. What I like most is that this boarding is what I was looking for, is a house where pets feel like they are at their house. Other places around Miami are like zoos where dogs are treated as a number end they spend a lot of time in the cage. Here, with Florencia, pets are free and safe at the same time.
Let me start by telling you that the best part of my 2 week’s vacation, was coming back home to pick up 2 happy dogs. It was a truly peace of mind knowing that my babies where safe, they enjoyed their time so much, they played and socialize and had so much fun, We did took advantage of the full spa service and boy the looked and smelled so good after their bath. Conclusion l: we picked 2 happy and very clean pups. I will definitely use their services again. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of my babies.

This is by far the best Spa & Boarding center in all of Miami! Really did a ton of research because it can be scary to trust anybody with your fur family but at Rios you don’t have to worry about anything. My two dogs used to be very nervous around other animals but over here they were slowly but comfortably socializing more until they got to the point that they wanna spend more time here! Amazing service, communication, and attention. Highly recommended 10/10!!

Truly the best!! I’ve been taking my dog here for years and this summer I’ve been taking him even more than usual. My dog has such a good time there. The last time we took him there, when we went to pick him up he didn’t even want to stop playing with the dogs and the workers! The grooming is incredible, not to mention the boarding services. Every time our little boy comes back from Rio’s Pet Spa, we feel the service is always a 15/10!!!

I can not say enough good things about Patricia and the staff at Rio’s pet spa. I have never really lefts my 2 dogs anywhere but the vet and they came back a little depressed. Someone in the Shores recommended them and I decided to give them a try and I am so happy I did. I took the dogs for a trial day and they passed and I left them for 9 nights and they were very well cared for and I loved that I was able to see pictures of them on Instagram. I also took both my dogs for a bath there. I will definitely use them in the future for everything I need.
First time grooming. Front desk was extremely nice and you can tell they care for the pooches here. They know each dog by name and personality. My dog had a big smile on his face and his cut is smooth when I picked him up. Owners are always as nervous as the dogs in a new place, and the ladies of Rios pet spa took the time to show me and my doggy around the building areas. I will definitely be coming back here!!
always professional and happy people - clean eyes clean nails and if I am running late they don’t leave my dog caged for very long- Fur Parents pay attention if you baby doesn’t hesitate to go with the groomer then you know your baby is safe- there is an extra charge for day care so if you need to drop off early and pick up late you can - I recommend it and the price is reasonable specially nice to know it’s available when you need it- I have never used boarding but do recommend visit the place request a tour they are great! My Camie mix Yorker and Maltese - her reaction to the groomer priceless
Katie was very attentive to our dog's needs. She made sure our dogs were relaxed while we were away and assured they got ample play time. We really enjoyed the picture and video updates too. We've already booked her again while we're away on our next trip!

Silvia and Kendra run the most caring and personalized doggy boarding i have had for my 2 little guys ever. It is difficult to find someone reliable i can trust. And I have total peace of mind that they are in good hands when i leave them. They are both kind souls who absolutely love pets. They have created a fun, safe space for our furry friends. I get nervous leaving my little fragile Maltipoos with other dogs, but their screening process ensures that only dogs that are friendly and safe are in the group.They also are on hand 24 x 7 so the dogs always have someone close by. Other places just leave the dogs overnight alone. In addition, they have other important touches, like only feeding the best wholesome nutritious food; filtered water and also a huge back yard where it is like a fenced in dog park where the dogs are free to run and play.
My puppy almost a year old, was an extremely anxious, yappy, leash puller! I was in desperate need of help, it was evident even in public so a friend recommended The Caring Paws, best decision ever, with in the week he was walking by my side and sitting before entering, comfortable in his cage and much more relaxed. The best part is that this is a family owned business, they are so reliable and helpful, and their love for their business and each other is so refreshing, they really do care, always giving great recommendations and encouragement. We still have weeks of work left and I'm already so relieved with the progress, I will definitely be continuing my business with them after the training is finished with their daycare and boarding programs, I know that they care about my baby as much as I do!!!
Kendra and her mom have been so wonderful with our dogs. I can always count on them to show up when scheduled and Kendra has been so forgiving and flexible with us, particularly during the pandemic. I know our pups love Kendra and her mom because they get so excited when they see her, as we often see them out walking other dogs in our neighborhood. They have also been great with putting us in touch with other services like teeth cleaning and training, which has been so helpful. I definitely recommend The Caring Paws without hesitation.

We gave her a mess of our 90 pound Bouvier des Flanders, and in just a few hours he was magnificent!! Would definitely recommend this place for grooming, and I think they may board dogs but not sure. 5 star service!!

Left our fury family member there for a weekend. She had a great time with all the other dogs. No crates all the dogs out playing and socializing all day. It's a perfect cage free environment. Everyone at Waggle Bros were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well taken care of with and app that you can download and check in on your little pup. Our little cupcake didn't want to leave but came home clean and happy.
I brought my schnauzer in for a hair cut. A schnauzer cut. They (Danny) did a wonderful job. I took him back the next time and was told that he had (2) small matted areas and needed too have the hair cut short in that area, but could still get his schnauzer cut. When I went to pick him up the owner was not there and I was given him by one of the persons that work there who spoke VERY little English. My dog was cut NOTHING like a schnauzer! I telephoned the owner and she gave a dry apologize,but did nothing more than that. Mind you they did such a good job the first time I pre-paid for his SCHNAUZER cut. But that’s not what I got. I then asked her so how much is a shaved down cut like what was given to him and she said “oh it’s the same price”. Needless to say I took him back again to give them another try. This time he had a cut on his heel. They messed up his beard (it was one sided) and they COMPLETELY shaved him down like a grey hound! The owner pretended to be this super nice person in the beginning, but I’m finding out something different. I asked her how much for the hair cut because it was not a schnauzer cut and again she said &75. The price is the same. I will never take my dog back there again! If she would have been apologetic and adjusted the price, ( mind you this is the second incident) I would not be writing this. Consumers need to be aware. Business owner’s need to realize that the same service they expect when they become customers, is what their customers want too. Accountability, a sincere apology and a fair and honest resolution. In life the same way we treat people is how we will one day be treated…. Don’t take your dog here,

Staff is very friendly and handled my dog very well. Love that you can see the dogs on camera in all the different areas and the little ones hang out behind the front desk. I can tell they really love dogs and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use them for boarding.

Everett and his team at Waggle Bros are amazing! We've been taking our basset hound Lucy there since she was a puppy - both for day care a few days a month and for boarding when we travel. Lucy absolutely loves it there and comes home happy and exhausted after each trip to Waggles. The staff has an obvious love for the dogs and we are confident that she is well cared for. The webcam allows us to check-in every once in a while to see her playing with the other dogs. Waggle Bros delivers a great service and we're thankful to have them in the neighborhood.
I was very weary of leaving my dog anywhere, as it was my first time in 9 years of owning my dog that she could not stay with a family member. I really loved that I could log in at anytime and look at one of multiple cameras to see what she was up to and know that she was being well cared for. Waggle Brothers was absolutely amazing and I recommend them to anyone I meet who has boarding needs.
TERRIBLE.If i could give 0 stars I would.I went to get my 2 dogs a short puppy haircut, bad customer service from the workers,very rude,although the owner herself is great. It’s been about a week and I’ve noticed that my dog was scratching himself a lot so I took a look to see what happened, and what I saw was shocking, on his neck he had a big scab with dried blood, and on his tail he had cuts and dried blood, the cuts Where obvious and they at least should have told me what happened but they just gave me my dogs and charged me $20 extra because my dog had knots in his hair which I understand but when they came back they still had knots and they where extremely cut. I usually check my dogs afterwards but I didn’t because I had trust from former experiences. They also had a couple of long hairs on their ears and they didnt brush their teeth. Very shocking because they always did so well , but I will NEVER take them there again.
I have always had a great experience here. Maria is amazing, she is always available (day, night and weekends) on her cell to answer questions and concerns and she accommodates every dog's need on a case by case basis. We had a very sick german shepherd who needed medicated food, daily meds and daily subcutaneous fluids. Maria sat with me for at least 45 mins to go over every detail of her care and then sent us daily updates on her status during our trip. Our dog didn't necessarily like being somewhere strange as she was very very shy but we knew she was in good hands here. Our new puppy is now fully vaccinated and we can't wait to have him come and socialize at Waggle brothers :)

We feel so fortunate to have found Sophia! We are most comfortable leaving our 4 month old puppy in Sophia’s care. Her home is very clean and she clearly loves animals. And she does a great job taking portraits of our “Sunny”. We can offer our highest recommendation!

Incredibly helpful staff went above and beyond to help book a walk for my pup while I had a migraine. My pup loved her walk and I loved the pictures during the walk and appreciate the gps tracking and potty notes. Truly superior service!
Steve & Dan are an amazing duo, and SoBe Pooch is a lifesaver. Their professionalism, courtesy and reliability are beyond compare. It is very comforting to see photos of my dog with toileting updates each day. Their App is amazing and I’m only a chat box away from constant communication with the team.
Steve, Daniel, and all the walkers at SOBE Pooch are absolutely fantastic! I really cannot say enough good things about them! When anyone asks me if I know a dog walker, I reply, "I know the BEST Dog Walkers!" Steve and Daniel were amazing to our senior pugs! We were in Miami for a special event and can't leave the dogs alone due to separation anxiety and other behavioral issues. I boarded my Aussie Shepherd last minute with SoBe Pooch. Daniel watched him and WOW. I’ve never had a more professional, responsive, and proactive sitter. I was visiting Miami for a day, I found SoBe Pooch on google and contacted them. Eric was prompt and responsive. They at first did not have availability for the date I wanted but later got back to me and accommodated me with a really sweet pet sitter. Daniel was very good with my puppy and kept me at ease with updates throughout the day. He sent me several pictures and videos. He also took my puppy to the dog park and played with him. SoBe Pooch is awesome! They always are on time and communicative. My dogs love them and are so excited to see them every time they are around. I trust them with my two pugs, which are like my children. My two dogs are over 13 years old and require lots of medicine, strict regimes of eye drops, etc and they always have been so diligent about making sure to treat them like they were their own. I have used them for almost two years now and I would recommend them for anyone who wants responsible and caring pet sitters and dog walkers.
I needed a dog sitter for my pup and SoBe Pooch came to the rescue. They were able to assist merely hours after contacting them. While there, I received many updates and videos. My pup was super tired when we picked him up. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Our dog, Caramelo was so happy there, and I loved knowing he is cared for and gets to be as loved as he is, when he is with us, while we are away. Could not recommend their services enough. Best part was the daily videos of his wagging tail and living his best life.
