Charlotte kept in communication with me throughout the stay and provided food and water and took care of the litter. She provided photos throughout the stay. I was a bit disappointed to find the apartment was quite dirty when I returned home, with the entire couch/blankets/pillows smelling of old cat pee (obviously on my cat for peeing, but it should have been cleaned right away or at least told me about it so I could have tried to hire a cleaner or something), to the point where I had to throw away the blankets. The dish drying rack was covered in brown and full of dirty dishes, as well as dirty dishes had been put away in the cupboards. Although I had fully cleaned before I left, most surfaces had not been wiped down and the floors had not been cleaned at all. She told me she could not find the vacuum head, but I easily found it on the cupboard floor where I told her it might have fallen, and there was also a broom.

Janine and her two sons cared for our cat and home for three weeks. She was very good at communicating and asking questions is any issue arose. We came back to one very happy cat and a spotless house! Highly recommended!

We are very happy we chose Tereza for this sit! She is very organized and reliable and also a very nice person. Gizmo liked her right away and even during this short stay we got many pictures and videos of how he's doing. Upon returning our home was clean and tidy and everything was at its place. If it wasn't for a happy kitty and changed bed sheets it didn't look like anyone was even there. :) We can definitely recommend.

Bedran and Lena are a delightful couple who were lovely company (they travelled from Switzerland to the UK to house sit as part of their summer holiday) and they stayed with us the night before we left for our time away. The dogs adored them from the second they arrived. In fact, Maurice was depressed for 24 hours after they left as he'd had such a lovely time with them. They left the house with more food than when they arrived and the house was cleaned and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to have them again.

Carmen and her daughter did a lovely job for us. Carmen is laid back, kind, and attentive to the pets' routines. She stayed in communication with us and asked when she needed to clarify something about the animals. I was happy to host this little family in Portugal. We also got to meet and talk, and Carmen is just a lovely person. I would certainly trust her again with our pets and home.

Took great care of our pets and our home. Everything left spotless clean and our pets enjoyed his company. Easy going guy and followed all the instructions we left. Highly recommend Arno 😃

Guys looked after our beloved cat with lots of care and treated our home with great respect. They addressed issues that came up in the apartment fast and efficient, had great communication and were very pleasing to work with overall! Highly recommend.

We can thoroughly recommend Urs as a house and dog-sitter. We have a rescue dog with a high prey drive and Urs was very calm and relaxed around her and prepared to be firm with her if she encountered a cat or squirrel. Urs arrived punctually with us the day before our departure and took on board all the information I, as a nervous pet parent, left for him. While we were away he let us know each day, with some pictures too, that they were both ok, and I'm glad he got to see some of the local area too. It was an exceptionally hot time of the year, but Urs ensured Maisie was safe from the heat. When we arrived home the house was extremely clean and tidy and Urs gave us a de-brief before heading home himself. We very much enjoyed meeting Urs who has a lovely personality and really enjoys travelling and house sitting. Most importantly, we felt able to totally relax knowing Urs was looking after everything back home. 100% recommend.

Susan did a wonderful job with our two cats. We were able to host her for two extra days to help with her travel plans, and the cats enjoyed her company during that time. I fully recommend her for future sits.

It was such a pleasure to have Claudia and Mathias watch our pets while we were away. They were punctual, easy to communicate with and were super helpful when Palmer wasn’t feeling well. They jumped into action with a bland diet and helped him back to recovery! I’d highly recommend them to watch your pets!

This is probably the hardest review I will ever write. My beloved kitty Boulis passed away on the last day of Edyta's sit. This was a very traumatic experience both for her and me and I truly struggled to leave this review :-( However, I need to do justice to her and the care she took of my babies. Edyta has been very organized and regularly updated me with messages and pictures throughout the sit and I knew that everything was fine. Until the last day of course, when Boulis started to feel unwell and it all evolved rapidly. I was thankfully able to be back home early and rush him to a clinic, but they couldn't do much and my wonderful kitty was forever gone before I realized. Edyta remained beside me the whole time and she was a great support for me in this devastating time. I know she was taking good care of Boulis & Angie, we also had one videocall while I was away, apart for the updates she provided. On the last day of her sit, she cancelled a boat trip just to stay beside Boulis until I was there. Edyta is a lovely person and for sure did everything in her power to give my babies what they needed & I am thankful for that. Boulis is missed everyday and will always be loved deeply 💜

Thank you Anita!!! We had a bit of a hiccup because my kids came down with a stomach virus right before our scheduled holiday. Anita was super kind and flexible. It all worked out and I hope that we’ve made a new friend through this.
