Lottie & Jay

Connor house sat for us for 2 weeks in June with his girlfriend. This is not Lottie who features in his profile, which I suggested at the time he should update but see that this has not been done yet. There was a bit of a misunderstanding about dates at the end which meant we had to come home a day early, which fortunately was not a problem for us, and I sometimes had to prompt for daily updates. Otherwise Connor seems mature and responsible, our pets were well looked after and the house was clean on our return.

Byron & Cordy

Byron and Cordy were outstanding sitters on all accounts. They took amazing care of our 2 dogs and all our other animals (chickens, sheep, goats and fish). Their dog Teddy was a delight and settled in very easily with our 2. They took the dogs in regular walks - I don’t think they wanted Cordy and Byron to leave! The house was immaculate when we got back. They had already changed the bedding and took a meal out the freezer for us. They were brilliant

Sarah

Sarah has been brilliant throughout; her ease and friendliness helped make the whole process a breeze. She took over from previous sitters for the second part of my trip away for two weeks, so we only met on Zoom, but the handover went well and she sent updates on how she and my cat were getting on, which was lovely to hear! Sarah left my home in a good way and I feel she looked after both my cat and home with care. I would definitely recommend Sarah as a sitter.

Eliana

Eliana was great, she sent me lots of updates about Woody while we were away and was very communicative but also very self sufficient. I felt very comfortable leaving Woody with her and she left our house really tidy and clean. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Eliana and you'd be very welcome back any time!

David & Stephanie

Stephanie & David were the perfect house sitters. Our little dog Ocean was extremely well looked after and from all the lovely photos and videos we were sent during the sit, we can see he got to go on lots of lovely walks and adventures. Stephanie & David were also very accommodating in that they agreed to add an extra day onto their sit so that we could attend a family party back in Scotland which was greatly appreciated. They also went above and beyond by cooking us a lovely dinner for our return after our very long drive back from Scotland! The house was also left immaculate (floors mopped, towels etc were all washed for us coming home). I wouldn't hesitate to have Stephanie & David back to sit with us again and would recommend as outstanding housesitters to anyone lucky enough to have them in their home.

Kendra & Lee

We only had the pleasure of meeting Kendra, and she was absolutely lovely, It was like having an old friend come over and stay. She was organized, communicated efficiently, kind, and gave Reuben lots of Love and attention while we were away. We would definitely have Kendra back to look after the house and Reuben!

Sophia & Matthew

OMG if we could give 10 Stars we would, we cannot praise Matthew and Sophia enough, they were AMAZING. They are fantastic and we will always be in their debt for caring for our gorgeous boy Carlos until his end 💙 but even putting that to the side they went over and above in every way whilst caring for our home and Lassie which even involved servicing our car! A gorgeous caring couple who you will be very lucky to have in your home and caring for your pets. Pups their dog was a god send when we lost Carlos and kept Lassie great company, she’s gorgeous too. I hope we will see them very soon!

Chas & Suzan

What a delightful couple!. The perfect pet sitters! Nothing phased them - even the biblical rain storm and the resultant leaks! Our dogs were very happy and basked in more attention than they could have expected from us. They kept the house beautifully clean and we would love to have them sit for Poppy and Paco again - in drier weather perhaps when they could get out and actually explore.

Samera is a dream - she loves Biscuit and is so helpful and accommodating. She’s pet sat for us multiple times now and is always my first port of call when we have a holiday planned. Les is a complete delight!!!! A total animal and plant lover, Les came early for a briefing, was confident and calm in spite of a few logistical hurdles that we had, and we found the dog, cat and plants all happy and healthy in a beautiful clean and tidy flat when we got back. Les will be my go-to sitter from now on - we would have him back anytime.

Claire was fantastic. She sat for Ziggy for 2 nights and Ziggy loved it. Very easy to organise our sit, I felt really confident that Ziggy was safe and well while she as with Claire and our house was really well taken care of. I really appreciated Claire's photo and video updates to let me know how Ziggy was getting on. I would highly recommend Claire 🙂

Joanne & Paul

Joanne and Paul were just wonderful sitters for Freya and my home and it was so nice to have a bit of time to meet them, and share a dinner the night before as well as having them drop off and pick me up at the airport! Freya was obviously so well cared for as she didn't even care about me coming home! The house was spotless, and they even had to rally through a couple of household bumps for me with absolutely no complaint and such helpfulness that it made it a relief for me to be away, knowing my cat and home were in good and capable hands. Thank you so much for being here, loving on Freya and I'd love to have you back anytime! you may need to come in the winter sometime to see the snow in Tahoe!

This was a delightful sit! Ingrid generously took the time to show me around the apartment and meet the pets before our sit, making sure I had everything I needed and that I felt comfortable. She was communicative & available whenever I had any questions or concerns. Her apartment is lovely and conveniently located. I enjoyed my time with all 3 charming cats. Max is the most social and affectionate one, warming up to me right away. Shug is more independent & calm. Oola can be shy and likes to play hide and seek. I recommend being mindful of leaving any closets/drawers or anything open that she could get locked into. I’m very appreciative of Ingrid for welcoming me to her home and trusting me with her furry ones!

I can’t recommend this housesit enough!! I am a solo female sitter and came here over Christmas. It was the most peaceful beautiful housesit ever!! Leyda is such a lovely and easy dog. We had nice walks and she is so friendly. Easy to take with you anywhere if you want to explore surrounding areas too. Margriet was so lovely and welcoming to me, picked me up from the station and helped with everything I needed! I felt so safe and comfortable the entire time, didn’t want to leave! More like a holiday! Thank you so much Margriet and Leyda, hope to be back one day!!

Petsitting during a very difficult time was made MUCH better by Claire's excellent organization and communication skills.  I immediately took to sweet little Astra and enjoyed sheltering in place with her in Claire's comfortable apartment. Astra was about as friendly and lovable as anyone could hope for, and we spent many hours entertaining each other and being grateful for one another's company. I highly recommend sitting for Claire.  She's a wonderful human being with a perfect little sidekick.  I hope to sit for her again!

Janice and Lynn are most welcoming and kind, it was a pleasure to meet them. I had a great week of telework in their cozy home with their 2 adorable boys. They were the ideal coworkers! The neighborhood is very nice too. I would happily return!

House sitting for Teddy and Beau was a great experience. The house is in a safe neighborhood, clean and modern. The guest bedroom was very comfortable and had its own bathroom. Talia left detailed instructions but taking care of the kittens was easy.
