Ann & Keith are the perfect housesitters. Excellent communication before, during and after the sit. Coming back from holiday to a clean and tidy house and very relaxed dogs is just amazing. Thank you so much for looking after our dogs and house so well.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND; Unfortunately, our experience of Natasha and her partner is sadly not that others appear to have had. We needed a sitter for two nights to care for our two dogs, two elderly cats and house while we had a couple of nights away for our youngest son’s wedding. Our usual house sitters weren’t available, and we had arranged for another sitter from zeewoi but just a few weeks from the wedding she had to pull out due to ill health. I republished the dates and Natasha applied. We arranged a video call as I always want to do this prior to agreeing for a sitter so I can meet them beforehand especially if they are not local and able to visit prior to the sit. It was only going to be Natasha and her son Colby and not her partner that were going to do the sit so the video call was only with her. Natasha and Colby arrived, and I ran through all the instructions for the house and pets and in particular that as we have several acres of land that the dogs were to be inside after dark. I left happy in the knowledge that Natasha and Colby were looking forward to a quiet evening watching a movie. Having enjoyed a family dinner and heading off to bed to get some sleep before the big day I notice several notifications on my phone from my external home security cameras. This was at 10.30pm and after dark and I notice that my little dog was out the front of the property and had been there since 10pm and no one was letting him even though he was barking. I then checked the other camera notifications, and I was shocked to not only see a man at my property, but he was exiting a rear patio door that was wide open with loud music coming from the room he had just left, and he was undressed. This room is my husband’s special room that holds a lot of his memorabilia from his early life which is important to us as a family as he now has dementia. I felt physically sick imagining what was going on in my property and especially this room. I contacted Natasha to ask what was going on and why were the dogs out when I had given specific instructions for them to be inside and who was the man at my property that I had not given permission to be there. She confirmed it was her partner and that he had inadvertently let the dogs out!!! I was furious but it was too late to do anything then, but I didn’t sleep all night worrying about my home and pets. In the morning, I managed to contact some friends who kindly rearranged their plans and took over. Natasha was asked to vacate the property as I needed to be happy that my home and pets were in good hands to be able to enjoy my son’s special day. This couple broke all the rules for being a Zeewoi, they were dishonest, and were disrespectful and I feel like they violated our property, they did not care for our pets as they had been asked and have tarnished the memory of our son’s wedding day. I would not recommend or trust them as sitters.

Holly made us feel safe in the knowledge that she would care for Freya as she was her own. They took her everywhere they went and Freya seemed happy and relaxed in the photos we received. I would definitely have Holly to care for Freya again 🐾🐾

Jie was a fantastic sitter. So friendly and personable and took a real interest in Paddy and Tiger. She left the house in great condition and i am sure the dogs will miss her. No hesitation in recommending Jie as a sitter.

Jennifer is an excellent housesitter. She took a good care of Bruce that we found, when we came back, very relaxed and his usual sweet self. The house was left perfectly cleaned and tidy. Thank you Jennifer!

Caroline and Brian have been wonderful house sitters. They looked after our home and pets to a 10 star standard. Caroline kindly gave me a little update of the day's activities each evening which was nice to know everything was going well. We home they can come back and house sit for us again! Thank you both! Stephen was a good communicator leading up to the housesit. He arrived the day before we left and was able to settle in and get to know Minnie. He took everything in his stride and was easy to get along with. We arrived back to a happy Minnie and clean and tidy house. Would welcome Stephen back to housesit again.

It was our first time using a house sitter and we could not have been more pleased. Ellen was fantastic and looked after the dogs perfectly. It was also a pleasure to meet her. She is charming, intelligent and thoughtful and clearly has a very good rapport with pets. Our dogs were very comfortable with her right from the start. I'd recommend her without hesitation.

Teresa and Philip was great pet and house sitters. They look after our dog and cat Amazingly. Both our pets were happy and spoilt and Luna got teddy which she still plays with! Sue and Nick were wonderful house sitters! We felt completely reassured leaving our home and chickens in their care. They communicated just the right amount, and left their accommodation clean and tidy. We had problems with a dishwasher while we were away, and they dealt with the repair person, and kept me updated, so that this was all sorted by the time we returned. We'd be delighted to have Sue and Nick sit for us again in future and would thoroughly recommend them.
