Naomie and Steve were amazing! Super cool people, who I would love to get to know better. Coordinating the sit was smooth and easy. They took great care of our 3 dogs and 1 cat. The house was spotless and communication was clear and helpful while we were gone. I can't recommend them enough and I hope they'll come sit for us again sometime in the future.

Nothing but positive things to say about this sit. Natasha, Bill and their family are so warm and accomodating, and have a gorgeous home in the Surrey Hills. They gave me all the information I needed without being overwhelming to set me up for a comfortable stay. Poppy is an incredibly friendly dog - one belly rub and she's yours! Missing her already!

A place of sweet loving people and a joyful Rufus : beautiful and endearing dog. The house is great, we discover Dublin and Ireland in the best conditions. What an wonderful experience. All was done to improve the experience in such an outstanding manner.

I had a lovely time with Harley, who is a very special gentle dog.❤ You need to give her time and patience before she warms up and relaxes, but it really pays off. She was the sweetest companion, she loves walks and she's fantastic on the lead. One of the easiest dogs I have ever walked.

Hayley was very friendly and welcoming and we had a lovely conversation before she left. The house is big and comfortable and close to lots of shops and parks, plus it was left absolutely spotless for me. All in all, a great stay and I hope to be back some day.

Thank you, Harley and Hayley!

A short and sweet 24 hours with Shelby. He is a lovely dog and really easy to look after. He loves chasing his ball and bathing in puddles ( will lie down in every one, so he is well used to being hosed down when he gets home! )
Ellie's house is in a dreamy location right in Regents Park. So convenient for the morning walks. Camden is just round the corner so it's a really great location. As we were only there for a night, we didn't really get up to a great deal but it's a fab little base in London and the garden is a wonderful sun trap.
Ellie was really responsive and flexible with arrival and departure times too. Would definitely look after Shelby again :)

As uncomfortable as being critical of a situation can feel, I think it's imperative that sitters are open and honest about their experiences so a clear path to improvement can emerge when necessary; leaving no feedback (to 'speak' for itself) doesn't strike me as the best way forward.

Please note that I was prepared to share these observations with Brian directly, but, at the beginning of a short, post-stay meeting - to retrieve an item I'd left behind - he stated that he was about to go onto the next ToDo in his day / didn't seem to have the time, (or interest?), in chatting more.
----
Although I appreciated talking to Brian pre-sit and being chosen to take care of sweet cuddlebugs Vinni and Jack for a couple days, I was surprised by the amount of dirt and grime I encountered in the 1st floor unit's kitchen, primarily, and to a lesser degree in its living room.

It, too, was difficult to see, not only how long the dogs' claws had been allowed to grow, but also how Vinni gnawed on his feet to the point where little fur appeared to be left on same.
----
While no Queen of Clean or Pet Owner of the Year myself, I don't know that I'd invite a helper into a space where I didn't (or couldn't?) make taking good care of its resident creatures and things a very high priority.

Courtney’s house was just perfect, you have everything you need, the cowboy pool was something extra for those sunny days, and any doubt we could just text her and she was always so nice and available for any questions

The doggies are just the best, so lovely and playful

Whiskey has a personality, just doesn’t love to be handle, but he’s just such a cutie, he will get close to you and play outside, but we had to just admire him from the far

Lula is just such a playful puppy, I don’t think she realize of her size but she’s just lovely, she loves cuddling with you and play all the time, taking her for a walk is so funny, just careful with the squirrels, she will definitely take you for a run

And Ty is the sweets perfect little boy, he’s just there wanting to get pet, and being with you, so calm the whole time, and soft, he reminded us so much of our own dog

Thank you Courtney for trusting us, we had the perfect stay! Everything was great, hope we can pet sit this guys again :))
