Mridula
Mridula has an unusually nice apartment, that is surrounded by trees. It is quiet & allows lots of privacy. Mridula is a very thoughtful person and was accommodating to my needs.
CeCe was shy at first, but got comfortable with me quickly. She is a sweet, lovable cat who is also intelligent and playful.
I really enjoyed this sit.

Katie
Really beautiful house in the countryside with a very cuddly, friendly and well trained cat, Blitz. He is a real heart melter. He comes in usually in the morning and evening for cuddles but when the weather is nice he will spend his time hunting during the day.

Katie and Charlie were very kind and accommodating hosts. They made everything really easy and were very flexible with our arrival and departure times. They also provided lots of lovely local recommendations.

We would definitely sit here again, it’s been a pleasure!

Ali
This was a great sit! Ali and Naomi are great hosts who communicated well! I felt welcome and appreciated Naomi’s attention to detail in providing me with information to Care for Tipote and a visitors guide for the city!
Tipote is very sweet and independent! Very easy to care for, as she spends most of her days outside.
The house is clean and comfortable.
The neighborhood is beautiful and in the heart of SMA. Easily walkable .
I’d highly recommend this sit and hope for an opportunity to return!

Penny
Caring for Penny's home and her family was an absolute privilege! My husband and I enjoyed every minute!

Penny was a dream home owner! From the moment she offered us the opportunity to be her house and pet sitters, it was smooth sailing. She was prompt and specific in her communication and in her willingness to answer our questions. Having a welcome guide provided by her was extremely helpful! I believe the welcome guide was instrumental in allowing her to enjoy her vacation without us having to contact her with questions.

Her home was a beautiful and peaceful sanctuary, truly a reflection of it's owner. Penny welcomed us into her home as though we were already friends. We really enjoyed the time we spent with her and believe we certainly have become friends. It is always such a nice surprise, when we are blessed with making a new friend, it makes this experience priceless.

Finally, the finest gems of this house and pet sitting adventure were the times we spent with her precious dogs. Both of these dogs have bigger than life personalities, and they made our time spent with them filled with so much fun and laughter. Leila, the German Shepherd, has many interesting facets to her character. She became Pamela's shadow and protector, just instinctive whether it be someone approaching on a walk or even an odd noise at the house. She adored Cleveland, and could often be found at his side seeking a cuddle and much attention. Each night she gave up her normal sleep spot on her Mama's bed to sleep outside our bedroom door, we loved that she was still caring for us even when we were sleeping. Ike, the Golden, initially behaved exactly as his Mama described, as though he was a cat. Seriously, I have never had a dog not warm up to me immediately and instead give my husband all the attention, definitely a stab to my poor pet loving heart. The interesting thing was that he would back himself up to me while I was sitting on the floor petting Leila. When he would do this action, it was as though he was saying, "I really do want you to scratch my bum, but no way will I tell you so." Two days into our sit, I discovered the secret, for all future sitters, you can thank me now! When Leila comes running out of the pool, grab a beach towel and rub her down, do this in view of Ike and he will come dashing over for a beach towel massage. He loved the beach towel rub downs and was not shy about letting you know he wanted more. After the secret break through, it broke the ice, and there were lots of cuddles and love for the sitters and the pups.

Everything about this experience was perfect! The long walks, hikes, pool time, play time, cuddles, and quiet sanctuary highlighted with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the mountains made this a time in our journey that we we surely consider a blessing! We definitely would encourage any sitter to take care of this lovely family, however, we have to tell you we will be watching Penny's profile to snatch up future sitting opportunities for her babies first!

We were so lucky to have been able to take care of Bella while Fran & Jeff went on vacation. Bella is an absolute pleasure to be with, extremely well behaved and trained, and affectionate as well. Fran & Jeff are wonderful hosts, their beautiful home is very comfortable and the community they live in is a pleasure to visit. We would be happy to take care of Bella again.

It was our first housesit with parrots and it was just wonderful!
Howie and Joni are social birds, singing songs and asking for your attention that we were happy to give them. At the same time they can be quite independent and depending on their mood they can ignore you or sit on your hand.

Sarah met us with all detailed instructions, easy and clear, and we were happy to get big book of state parks in SC and she shared state park pass with us, thank you ❤️
The house was clean and cozy, we felt comfortable in there.
